背景技术
传统的各类地下土木建筑工程地下室防水卷材的使用往往都是将防水卷材粘贴在垫层或空铺在基层上,防水层与结构本体的缝隙造成防水层结构的分离。然而防水层一旦破坏,水到处窜流,不易找到渗漏点,维修十分困难,甚至可能导致防水层整体失效。现有技术中的防水卷材在使用时,是将防水卷材粘贴在垫层或临时结构上,当上层建筑浇筑后粘贴在地下室底板垫层上的卷材出现随着垫层断裂的情况时,就将失去防水功能。

其中,所述高分子片材层材质为低压聚乙烯和高压聚乙烯的混合物或低压聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的混合物;所述自粘胶层材质包括主料以及辅料,所述主料为丁基橡胶、亚敏橡胶、水胶、乙丙胶中的任意一种,所述辅料为聚异戊二烯、增粘树脂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、抗老化剂、石油树脂、松香中的一种或几种的混合物;所述沙粒隔离层材质为粒径为50-100目的天然矿物沙。
优选的:所述低压聚乙烯和高压聚乙烯的混合物中低压聚乙烯与高压聚乙烯的摩尔质量比为2∶1。

由表1可见,该新型预铺式抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材是在一定厚度的高分子片材层表面上涂覆一层高分子自粘胶层,具有较高的断裂拉伸强度和撕裂强度,耐水性能好,一二级防水工程单层使用时也能够达到防水要求,采用预铺反粘施工方法,由自粘胶膜防水卷材表面得自粘胶层与结构混凝土发生粘结作用。其核心在于可预铺式反向粘贴施工;预铺反粘指将防水卷材空铺在基面上,然后浇筑上层结构混凝土,使上层(房屋主体结构)混凝土与防水卷材紧密结合的施工方法。其优点在与可以空铺施工大大的增加施工效率节约施工成本,其二优点在与使用基面广泛对基层基本没有任何要求,其三单层卷材既能达到一级防水设防大大的降低了传统双层设备照价贵的特点,其四节约了保护层,不需要像传统做法那样增设水泥砂浆保护层降低了工程整体照价。
在使用时注意事项:
1、新型预铺式抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材防水层采用冷作业施工,材料进入工作面后不得以任何形式动用明火,如有钢筋焊接所产生的火星等,则焊接处卷材面需设临时保护措施。
2、卷材铺设完成后,要注意后续的保护,钢筋笼要本着轻放的原则,不能在防水层上拖动,以避免对防水层的破坏。
3、相邻两排卷材的短边接头应相互错开300mm以上,以免多层接头重叠而使得卷材粘贴不平服。
4、绑扎钢筋过程中,如钢筋移动需要使用撬棍时应在其下设木垫板临时保护,以尽量避免破坏防水卷材。
总之,本申请提供的新型预铺式抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,降低了施工成本,提高了效率,同时使防水卷材与主体结构粘贴达到与建筑物同寿命效果,并且随着时间的推移,自粘层进行分子反应粘接扩散,粘接效果会更好。垫层混凝土达到可以上人的强度即可上人进行施工。预铺反粘大面采用空铺卷材之间采用热风焊接或自粘施工省去了传统水泥砂浆(细石混泥土)保护层省钱,省时,施工简易。

Claims (9)

1.一种新型预铺式抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,包括高分子片材层,所述高分子片材层上表面和/或下表面设置有自粘胶层,所述自粘胶层远离所述高分子片材层的表面上设置有沙粒隔离层;
其中,所述高分子片材层材质为低压聚乙烯和高压聚乙烯的混合物或低压聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的混合物;所述自粘胶层材质包括主料以及辅料,所述主料为丁基橡胶、亚敏橡胶、水胶、乙丙胶中的任意一种,所述辅料为聚异戊二烯、增粘树脂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、抗老化剂、石油树脂、松香中的一种或几种的混合物;所述沙粒隔离层材质为粒径为50-100目的天然矿物沙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷材,其特征在于,所述低压聚乙烯和高压聚乙烯的混合物中低压聚乙烯与高压聚乙烯的摩尔质量比为2∶1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷材,其特征在于,所述低压聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的混合物中低压聚乙烯与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的摩尔质量比为3∶1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卷材,其特征在于,所述自粘胶层材质中包括85%主料以及15%辅料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的卷材,其特征在于,所述主料为丁基橡胶,所述辅料为聚异戊二烯、增粘树脂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、松香的混合物;其中,所述辅料中各组分的含量百分比为聚异戊二烯20%、增粘树脂30%、紫外线吸收剂25%、抗氧化剂15%、松香10%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的卷材,其特征在于,所述主料为亚敏橡胶,所述辅料为聚异戊二烯、增粘树脂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、抗老化剂、石油树脂、松香的混合物;其中,所述辅料中各组分的含量百分比为聚异戊二烯20%、增粘树脂30%、紫外线吸收剂25%、抗氧化剂10%、抗老化剂5%、石油树脂5%、松香5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卷材,其特征在于,所述沙粒隔离层材质为粒径为75目的天然矿物沙。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的卷材,其特征在于,所述高分子片材层厚度为0.3毫米~2.0毫米。
9.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的卷材,其特征在于,所述高分子片材层采用塑料生产用挤出设备经流延、压延成型工艺加工制得。
