一种海上集装箱外部防护用氟涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
超细聚四氟乙烯粉末25-30份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10-15份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物8-12份、粉煤灰6-10份、海泡石粉4-8份、茶枯粉3-6份、甘蔗蜡3-6份、增韧剂3-6份、聚醚改性硅油2-4份、竹粉2-4份、油酸乙酯2-4份、硫化猪油1-2份、膨胀石墨粉1-2份、醋酸丁酯30-35份、环己酮25-30份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向醋酸丁酯中加入三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,充分混合后静置30min,再加热至回流状态保温搅拌15min,然后趁热加入甘蔗蜡和硫化猪油,混合均匀,即得物料I;
(2)向环己酮中加入超细聚四氟乙烯粉末和聚醚改性硅油,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌15min,再加入增韧剂、油酸乙酯和膨胀石墨粉,继续回流保温搅拌5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、粉煤灰和海泡石粉,然后加热至回流状态保温搅拌5min,待温度降至60-70℃后加入茶枯粉和竹粉,充分混合均匀。
所述增韧剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:季戊四醇油酸酯10-15份、聚氯乙烯糊树脂6-11份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5-9份、松香粉4-7份、双丙酮丙烯酰胺4-7份、聚乳酸3-5份、石棉粉3-5份、预糊化淀粉2-3份、氯化石蜡2-3份、钛酸乙酯1-2份、茶籽粉0.5-1份、纳米氧化铝0.5-1份,其制备方法为:向季戊四醇油酸酯中加入聚氯乙烯糊树脂和松香粉,先加热至80-90℃保温研磨5min,再加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和双丙酮丙烯酰胺,继续加热至120-130℃保温研磨10min,然后将所得混合物在冰水浴下以10℃/min的速度冷却降温,待温度降至0-5℃后保温静置3h,随后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,最后趁热加入聚乳酸、石棉粉、预糊化淀粉、氯化石蜡、钛酸乙酯、茶籽粉和纳米氧化铝,研磨使其充分混合均匀。

(2)向30份环己酮中加入25份超细聚四氟乙烯粉末和3份聚醚改性硅油,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌15min,再加入3份增韧剂、2份油酸乙酯和1份膨胀石墨粉,继续回流保温搅拌5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份粉煤灰和8份海泡石粉,然后加热至回流状态保温搅拌5min,待温度降至60-70℃后加入3份茶枯粉和2份竹粉,充分混合均匀。

(3)向物料I中加入物料II、10份粉煤灰和6份海泡石粉,然后加热至回流状态保温搅拌5min,待温度降至60-70℃后加入5份茶枯粉和2份竹粉,充分混合均匀。

4.根据权利要求3所述的海上集装箱外部防护用氟涂料,其特征在于:所述石棉粉使用前经过改性处理,其处理方法为:先将20-25份石棉粉加入2倍重量份水中,充分分散后静置30min,再加入3-5份磷酸氢二钠和2-3份硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀后利用等离子表面处理机处理15s,处理结束后迅速转入5-10℃环境中静置5h,然后加入2-3份田菁胶、1-2份聚合氯化铝、0.5-1份安息香,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理3min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机,最后将干燥所得颗粒研磨成粉末即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的海上集装箱外部防护用氟涂料,其特征在于:所述等离子表面处理机的工作高频频率18-60Hz、输出功率350-1000W、工作气压范围0.05-0.5MPa、气源要求0.3-1.0MPa。
