Abstract

本发明公开了用于制作防水门板的材料及其制备方法,所述材料按质量组分包括:聚氯乙烯100‑110份,木粉80‑90份,轻质钙粉60‑70份,增塑剂2‑3份,发泡剂4‑6份,填充料10‑14份,润滑剂1‑2份,增溶剂0.6‑1.2份,防水剂2‑4份。本发明的用于制作防水门板的材料及其制备方法,该材料可以有效改善家用门板的强度性能,提高了门板的强度,保障了门板的质量。

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及用于制作防水门板的材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑木复合材料是一种很有市场潜力的新型结构用材,其主要原料之一木粉或糠粉是一种大量农林作物边角料,而与之复合的高分子聚合材料通常是具有广泛用途的工业材料,因此,塑木复合材料的主要原料价格低廉,将这两种价格低廉、来源丰富的材料粘合在一起就可生产出新型的复合材料。
但是,随着社会的发展,人们对材料的要求越来越高,现有的塑木材料存在防水性能不是特别的优越,不能满足现在社会的高防水性能材料的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了用于制作防水门板的材料及其制备方法,该材料可以有效改善家用门板的防水性能,延长门板的寿命,保障了门板的质量。

用于制作防水门板材料的制备方法,该方法包括:
预混料制备:将木粉加入到高混机中,以1900—2700转/分的高速搅拌4分钟,木粉湿度控制在0.3%以下,然后分别加入上述的其余各组分,进行混料,混料将上述混料由混料机热混系统卸料至冷混系统,冷却至60℃,得到预混料;
半成品造粒粒料制备:将预混料经平行双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,工艺温度设定在200—220℃,作为半成品造粒粒料等待使用;
挤出成型制备:将挤出造粒后的粒子加入到锥形双螺杆中挤出成型,工艺温度设定在170—190℃,通过门板模具挤出,即得到防水塑木材料门板。
本发明的用于制作防水门板的材料及其制备方法,该材料可以有效改善家用门板的防水性能,延长门板的寿命,保障了门板的质量。
