本发明公开了一种高透气抗菌功能性复合面料的制备方法,属于纺织面料技术领域。本发明取聚醚二元醇和二异氰酸酯于反应釜中进行聚合反应,加入二甲基乙酰胺搅拌后与乙二胺、环己胺保温反应制得备用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,再取涤纶短纤、玉石纤维等混合后用抗菌水溶液喷涂并烘烤,合股纺织、定型后以内外两层为功能面料,中间层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的结构热熔复合即得高透气抗菌功能性复合面料,本发明所得功能性复合面料既能防止雨水进入又同时让汗气和湿气排散出去,具有较佳的高防风,高防水,透湿透气,保暖,耐老化,抗冷冻,耐磨擦等多种功能,使人体保持长久的干爽和舒适,具有较广泛的应用前景。

本发明公开了一种高透气抗菌功能性复合面料的制备方法,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,户外运动品牌采用的材料无一例外具有防御户外恶劣天气的功能,在户外运动的过程中能够防风防雨,使人免受其害,同时又能透过湿气,以保证人体汗液的正常挥发使之穿着舒适。在装备轻量化的今天,用户对服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等更加关注,户外运动服面料的轻薄程度直接影响着服装的整体重量,柔软的面料会增强服装穿着的舒适度。虽说现在很多户外运动服采用的面料都具有一定的功能,但大多只侧重于某一功能(如保暖性),很少有集保暖、防水、透湿及伸缩性于一身的复合面料,随着技术的进步及人们环保意识的增强,功能性更强且又环保的复合面料必将成为户外运动服面料的趋势。目前传统的功能性复合材料在穿着时,其透气性差,身体产生的热气很难挥发出,存在容易滋生病菌,使穿着者产生不适感,且其表面较平整,立体感差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对目前传统的功能性复合材料在穿着时,存在其透气性差,身体产生的热气很难挥发出,容易滋生病菌,使穿着者产生不适感的缺陷,本发明取聚醚二元醇和二异氰酸酯于反应釜中进行聚合反应,加入二甲基乙酰胺搅拌后与乙二胺、环己胺保温反应制得备用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,再取涤纶短纤、玉石纤维等混合后用抗菌水溶液喷涂并烘烤,合股纺织、定型后以内外两层为功能面料,中间层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的结构热熔复合即得高透气抗菌功能性复合面料,本发明所得功能性复合面料既能防止雨水进入又同时让汗气和湿气排散出去,使人体保持长久的干爽和舒适,具有较广泛的应用前景。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)量取50~60mL聚醚二元醇,80~120mL二异氰酸酯,装入反应釜中,并抽真空至釜内真空度为1~10Pa,随后通入氮气至釜内压力为0.05~0.08MPa,加热至70~90℃,保持温度反应1~2h,冷却至室温后出料,得预聚合产物;
(2)称取80~100g上述预聚合产物加入100~120mL二甲基乙酰胺中,以300~400r/min搅拌30~40min,得预聚合物溶液,将预聚合物溶液装入反应釜中,控制温度为8~10℃,在氮气氛围下,加入30~35mL乙二胺,30~35mL环己胺,反应20~30min,随后加热至200~220℃,保持温度反应30~50min,冷却至室温,得热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,备用;
(3)称取60~70g涤纶短纤,20~25gES短纤,10~20g玉石纤维,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,并用500~800mL质量分数为1%无机/有机复合抗菌整理剂JC-068水溶液,以5~10mL/min均匀喷涂,随后转入烘箱中,在170~180℃下烘烤20~40s,出料得玉石涤纶纤维;
(4)取3根上述玉石涤纶纤维合股,再取3根天丝合股,随后以50/50的交织比例,按纬平针组织结构交织成型,得面料,随后将面料在120~130℃下预烘30~40s,再在100~110℃下烘烤30~40s定型,得功能面料;
(5)将上述功能面料与步骤(2)制备的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,以内外两层为功能面料,中间层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的结构,在140~150℃下以1~2MPa复合压强热熔复合2~3min,得高透气抗菌功能性复合面料.
经检测,所得的复合面料对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98.5~99.8%,对金色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为95.7~98.5%,透湿率为270~280g/(m2·24h),透气率为50~55m2/s。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明方法操作工艺简单,生产效率高,制得的复合面料具备良好的抗菌性能;
(2)所得的复合面料透气性能较优良,人体产生的热气和水汽很容易挥发出去,不易滋生细菌,穿着舒适,适合大规模生产应用。
具体实施方式

量取55mL聚醚二元醇,100mL二异氰酸酯,装入反应釜中,并抽真空至釜内真空度为5Pa,随后通入氮气至釜内压力为0.07MPa,加热至80℃,保持温度反应1.5h,冷却至室温后出料,得预聚合产物;称取90g上述预聚合产物加入110mL二甲基乙酰胺中,以350r/min搅拌35min,得预聚合物溶液,将预聚合物溶液装入反应釜中,控制温度为9℃,在氮气氛围下,加入33mL乙二胺,33mL环己胺,反应25min,随后加热至210℃,保持温度反应40min,冷却至室温,得热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,备用;称取65g涤纶短纤,23gES短纤,15g玉石纤维,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,并用700mL质量分数为1%无机/有机复合抗菌整理剂JC-068水溶液,以7mL/min均匀喷涂,随后转入烘箱中,在175℃下烘烤30s,出料得玉石涤纶纤维;取3根上述玉石涤纶纤维合股,再取3根天丝合股,随后以50/50的交织比例,按纬平针组织结构交织成型,得面料,随后将面料在125℃下预烘35s,再在105℃下烘烤35s定型,得功能面料;将上述功能面料与制备的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,以内外两层为功能面料,中间层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的结构,在145℃下以1.5MPa复合压强热熔复合2.5min,得高透气抗菌功能性复合面料,经检测,所得的复合面料对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为99.0%,对金色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为97.0%,透湿率为275g/(m2·24h),透气率为53m2/s。

Claims (1)

1.一种高透气抗菌功能性复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)量取50~60mL聚醚二元醇,80~120mL二异氰酸酯,装入反应釜中,并抽真空至釜内真空度为1~10Pa,随后通入氮气至釜内压力为0.05~0.08MPa,加热至70~90℃,保持温度反应1~2h,冷却至室温后出料,得预聚合产物;
(2)称取80~100g上述预聚合产物加入100~120mL二甲基乙酰胺中,以300~400r/min搅拌30~40min,得预聚合物溶液,将预聚合物溶液装入反应釜中,控制温度为8~10℃,在氮气氛围下,加入30~35mL乙二胺,30~35mL环己胺,反应20~30min,随后加热至200~220℃,保持温度反应30~50min,冷却至室温,得热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,备用;
(3)称取60~70g涤纶短纤,20~25gES短纤,10~20g玉石纤维,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,并用500~800mL质量分数为1%无机/有机复合抗菌整理剂JC-068水溶液,以5~10mL/min均匀喷涂,随后转入烘箱中,在170~180℃下烘烤20~40s,出料得玉石涤纶纤维;
(4)取3根上述玉石涤纶纤维合股,再取3根天丝合股,随后以50/50的交织比例,按纬平针组织结构交织成型,得面料,随后将面料在120~130℃下预烘30~40s,再在100~110℃下烘烤30~40s定型,得功能面料;
(5)将上述功能面料与步骤(2)制备的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,以内外两层为功能面料,中间层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的结构,在140~150℃下以1~2MPa复合压强热熔复合2~3min,得高透气抗菌功能性复合面料。
