本发明公开了钢化亚克力烫钻,选取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为原料,第一步:将原料干燥;第二步:在安装好模具的注塑机内倒入干燥好的原料聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,注塑成型得到产品;第三步:将注塑成型后的产品用滚烫式烫金机作烫金处理;第四步:对烫金处理好的产品正面喷上一层钢化液;第五步:对产品烫金后的面上涂上热熔胶;第六步:用超声波震荡分离,将钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒从整排的支架上通过超声波振荡分离下来,即可得到成品钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒;本发明的有益效果:实用,增强其耐温性能,提高了生产效率和产品质量,适宜于各种规格型号的钢化亚克力烫钻生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及亚克力烫钻的加工方法,特别涉及钢化亚克力烫钻的加工方法。
背景技术
目前,普通的亚克力烫钻耐温性差,在熨烫温度达到130度就会出现变形变模糊,严重影响烫钻的装饰效果。而同类产品中,玻璃烫钻模具比较少,做不到环保品质,而且质量非常重,运输成本很高,如果面料上大量使用大颗粒的玻璃钻会使服饰变形,且生产过程污染严重。另外树脂钻工艺繁琐,多道工序都过度依赖工人,生产周期长出货慢,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供钢化亚克力烫钻。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的措施:
钢化亚克力烫钻,选取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为原料,第一步:将原料干燥;第二步:在安装好模具的注塑机内倒入干燥好的原料聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,注塑成型得到产品;第三步:将注塑成型后的产品用滚烫式烫金机作烫金处理;第四步:对烫金处理好的产品正面喷上一层钢化液;第五步:对产品烫金后的面上涂上热熔胶;第六步:用超声波震荡分离,将钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒从整排的支架上通过超声波振荡分离下来,即可得到成品钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒;
所述的第一步中干燥采用风烤箱,将原料放入在风烤箱内干燥3小时以上,风烤箱内温度保持在88-92℃;
所述的风烤箱内温度为90℃;
所述的原料倒入注塑机内的模具前,先做预热处理;
所述的第三步中的烫金处理为针对成型后的产品的底部进行烫金处理;
所述的钢化液喷在产品的正面上,喷钢化液在室温度30℃条件下操作,产品喷涂钢化液后,将产品放入60℃的烤箱内预烘2-5分钟;
所述的涂热熔胶通过滚筒式上胶机完成,将热熔胶颗粒倒入滚筒式上胶机的加热槽内融化后,通过滚筒将液体热熔胶涂敷在成品的烫金面上。
本发明的有益效果:实用,无污染,环保,降低了生产成本低,经过钢化液处理后可以耐高温熨烫,提高了生产效率和产品质量,适宜于各种规格型号的钢化亚克力烫钻生产。
具体实施方式
钢化亚克力烫钻的加工方法,选取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为原料,第一步:将原料干燥;第二步:在安装好模具的注塑机内倒入干燥好的原料聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,注塑成型得到产品;第三步:将注塑成型后的产品用滚烫式烫金机作烫金处理;第四步:对烫金处理好的产品正面喷上一层钢化液;第五步:对产品烫金后的面上涂上热熔胶;第六步:用超声波震荡分离,将钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒从整排的支架上通过超声波振荡分离下来,即可得到成品钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒。剩下的支架当废料回收再利用,环保。脱落的钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒就可以包装、出售、使用。
所述的第一步中干燥采用风烤箱,将原料放入在风烤箱内干燥3小时以上,风烤箱内温度保持在88-92℃。
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,俗称亚克力,英文简写为:PMMA。因为PMMA具有一定的吸水性,吸水率达到0.3~0.4%,而注塑需在0.1%以下,否则会出现气泡,气纹,模糊等,所以需要进行干燥。
所述的风烤箱内温度为90℃。
所述的原料倒入注塑机内的模具前,先做预热处理。
所述的第三步中的烫金处理为针对成型后的产品的底部进行烫金处理。
烫金处理,相当于给钻的底部做一层银底,使其反射光泽,增强其装饰效果。亚克力的透光率达到92%,透明度和光泽度几乎跟玻璃一样。
所述的钢化液喷在产品的正面,喷钢化液在室温度30℃条件下操作,产品喷涂钢化液后,将产品放入60℃的烤箱内预烘2-5分钟,该亚克力的钢化过程,使亚克力表面附着一层高硬度的透明保护层,硬度达到4h~6h,大大增强了其硬度和耐温性,并附带有更好的光泽性,同时一定程度上提高了其耐刮度和抗腐蚀性。
喷涂钢化液后,使亚克力基材得到更好的耐高温性耐磨抗划伤性能及永久的疏油性能。
所述的涂热熔胶通过滚筒式上胶机完成,将热熔胶颗粒倒入滚筒式上胶机的加热槽内融化后,通过滚筒将液体热熔胶涂敷在成品的烫金面上。
钢化亚克力烫钻使用的EVA型热熔胶,EVA型热熔胶是由乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂、增粘剂、蜡类、填料和抗氧剂等组成,牢度好、与面料粘合后不易剥离,耐水洗,生产出来的钢化亚克力烫钻可烫于多种面料上。大大增强了生产出来产品(钢化亚克力烫钻)的适用范围。
Claims (7)
1.钢化亚克力烫钻,选取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为原料,其特征在于:第一步:将原料干燥;第二步:在安装好模具的注塑机内倒入干燥好的原料聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,注塑成型得到产品;第三步:将注塑成型后的产品用滚烫式烫金机作烫金处理;第四步:对烫金处理好的产品正面喷上一层钢化液;第五步:对产品烫金后的面上涂上热熔胶;第六步:用超声波震荡分离,将钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒从整排的支架上通过超声波振荡分离下来,即可得到成品钢化亚克力烫钻颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢化亚克力烫钻,其特征在于:所述的第一步中干燥采用风烤箱,将原料放入在风烤箱内干燥3小时以上,风烤箱内温度保持在88-92℃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钢化亚克力烫钻,其特征在于:所述的风烤箱内温度为90℃。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的钢化亚克力烫钻,其特征在于:所述的原料倒入注塑机内的模具前,先做预热处理。
5.根据权利要求4所述的钢化亚克力烫钻的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的第三步中的烫金处理为针对成型后的产品的底部进行烫金处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的钢化亚克力烫钻,其特征在于:所述的钢化液喷在产品的正面上,喷钢化液在室温度30℃条件下操作,产品喷涂钢化液后,将产品放入60℃的烤箱内预烘2-5分钟。
7.根据权利要求6所述的钢化亚克力烫钻,其特征在于:所述的涂热熔胶通过滚筒式上胶机完成,将热熔胶颗粒倒入滚筒式上胶机的加热槽内融化后,通过滚筒将液体热熔胶涂敷在成品的烫金面上。
