本发明公开了一种碗状海蜇切丝装置,包括机架、控制柜、液压缸、刀架体、液压油箱、盛料盘、送料装置、盛料盘链轮、送料装置驱动电机、刀具导向柱、刀具和剔料盘,所述控制柜与机架连接,所述液压缸安装在刀架体上并与刀具连接,所述盛料盘、送料装置、盛料盘链轮和送料装置驱动电机分别安装在机架上,所述刀具导向柱与刀架体连接,所述刀具和剔料盘分别安装在刀架体上。本发明碗状海蜇切丝装置,节约空间和大量人力,工作效率高,制造成本低,适合在海产品加工领域推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种碗状海蜇切丝装置。
背景技术
目前,国内消费者在饮食的消费上越来越注重餐桌的便利性,尤其是针对食品加工企业,高质高效的食品加工设备越来越被广泛的应用,由于国内的环境因素,海蜇的产量及质量较原来有明显下降,国内食品加工企业越来越多的使用南美海域出产的碗形海蜇,由于海蜇在食用前需要对其切割成条形,目前国内还没有一款针对碗形海蜇切割的专用设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种针对碗形海蜇条形切割生产效率高的碗状海蜇切丝装置。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种碗状海蜇切丝装置,包括机架、控制柜、液压缸、刀架体、液压油箱、盛料盘、送料装置、盛料盘链轮、送料装置驱动电机、刀具导向柱、刀具和剔料盘,所述控制柜与机架连接,所述液压缸安装在刀架体上并与刀具连接,所述盛料盘、送料装置、盛料盘链轮和送料装置驱动电机分别安装在机架上,所述刀具导向柱与刀架体连接,所述刀具和剔料盘分别安装在刀架体上。
所述盛料盘为凹面结构。
所述刀具为等距螺旋状结构,所述刀具的下刀面为碗状结构。
所述剔料盘呈蚊香盘状结构。
本发明一种碗状海蜇切丝装置,节约空间和大量人力,工作效率高,制造成本低,适合在海产品加工领域推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1至图7所示,碗状海蜇切丝装置,包括机架1、控制柜2、液压缸3、刀架体4、液压油箱5、盛料盘6、送料装置7、盛料盘链轮8、送料装置驱动电机9、刀具导向柱10、刀具11和剔料盘12,控制柜2与机架1连接,液压缸3安装在刀架体4上并与刀具11连接,盛料盘6、送料装置7、盛料盘链轮8和送料装置驱动电机9分别安装在机架1上,刀具导向柱10与刀架体4连接,刀具11和剔料盘12分别安装在刀架体4上,盛料盘6为凹面结构,刀具11为等距螺旋状结构,刀具11的下刀面为碗状结构,剔料盘12呈蚊香盘状结构,刀架体4包括螺线刀具和螺旋退料盘,刀架体与机架连接,液压油缸与刀具连接,做上下往复切丝运动,剔料盘相对机架静止,盛料盘为凹面安装在机架上,通过电机与送料装置沿物料上料、切丝、下料方向循环运动,本碗状海蜇切丝装置,其原理为由液压油箱提供动力驱动液压缸活塞做往复动力装置,带动上刀具上下往复运动完成对碗状海蜇皮的切丝,刀具向上运动时通过剔料盘将切完的海蜇丝剔除退料至盛料盘内,刀架体上加装螺线型刀片和蚊香状螺旋退料机构,一次冲压即可完成整片海蜇切丝-退料作业,与传统海蜇剪丝作业方法相比效率提高显著,该套装置设计结构巧妙,占用空间3m*1.2m左右,自动化程度高,只需配套一台小型液压站和控制箱,本发明碗状海蜇切丝装置工作过程是:先将碗型海蜇凹面朝上摆放在盛料盘6上,启动送料装置驱动电机9,送料装置驱动电机9驱动盛料盘链轮8通过送料装置7带动盛料盘6间歇式旋转,当盛料盘6停止时,液压缸3通过活塞杆推动刀架体4沿刀具导向柱10向下运动,当刀具11触碰到碗状海蜇时,剔料盘12随刀架体4停止运动,液压缸3推动刀具11继续向下运动切割碗状海蜇,切割完成后液压缸3活塞杆抬起,考虑到切割完的海蜇丝有可能会粘连在螺线切割刀上,所以在活塞杆抬起时由固定在刀架体4上的剔料盘12将粘连的海蜇丝剔除,剔料时,刀具11随液压缸3向上运动,剔料盘12呈蚊香盘状,刀具11的刀刃正好与剔料盘12间隙相吻合,在抬刀过程中正好将粘连的海蜇丝剔除,并且不会撞刀;切丝完后,盛料盘6继续运动,由工人将切完丝工位上的的海蜇丝取出,同时由工人将待切割的海蜇放在待加工盛料盘6处,以此循环操作。
本发明碗状海蜇切丝装置,利用剪切力将海蜇切割成丝状,大大的提高了剪切的成功率和工作效率,设计结构巧妙,占用空间3m*1.2m左右,自动化程度高,只需配套一台小型液压站和控制箱,节约空间和大量人力,工作效率高,制造成本低,适合在海产品加工领域推广使用。

1.一种碗状海蜇切丝装置,其特征在于:包括机架、控制柜、液压缸、刀架体、液压油箱、盛料盘、送料装置、盛料盘链轮、送料装置驱动电机、刀具导向柱、刀具和剔料盘,所述控制柜与机架连接,所述液压缸安装在刀架体上并与刀具连接,所述盛料盘、送料装置、盛料盘链轮和送料装置驱动电机分别安装在机架上,所述刀具导向柱与刀架体连接,所述刀具和剔料盘分别安装在刀架体上,所述刀具为等距螺旋状结构,所述刀具的下刀面为碗状结构,所述剔料盘呈蚊香盘状结构,所述盛料盘为凹面结构,所述刀架体包括螺线刀具和螺旋退料盘。
