技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种抛光机，尤其涉及一种用于加工亚克力板的自动翻转型抛光机。
背景技术
目前，用亚克力板制造的各种工艺品、灯箱、装饰品等，其表面的光亮度要求是非常高的。特别是在开料面是很粗糙的情况下，为了使其表面光亮，过去都是由人工拿着工件在磨轮上对其进行抛光，不但劳动强度大，生产效率很低，而且有很大的粉尘，影响工人的健康，对亚克力锯口面的抛光一直是该行业难以解决的难题。

为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构设计简单合理、生产效率高、产品表面亮度高、使用安全方便的用于加工亚克力板的自动翻转型抛光机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种用于加工亚克力板的自动翻转型抛光机，包括机架、设在机架上的底座、工作台及电器控制箱，在所述工作台的顶部安装有用于将工件压紧的压脚，所述压脚由汽缸驱动上下活动，所述工作台的内侧活动安装有档板，所述底座上安装有自动翻转机构，所述自动翻转机构包括翻转机架与翻转电机，所述翻转电机安装在翻转机架上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构设计简单合理，该机利用了亚克力制品在经过刀具的高速切削时表面会发生熔融现象的特点，用专用刀具对其进行铣削加工就能使其表面达到很高的光亮度，取代了过去由人工拿着工件在磨轮上进行抛光的方式，极大的提高了加工效率，该机不会产生粉尘，大大改善了工作环境。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3、图4，一种用于加工亚克力板的自动翻转型抛光机，包括机架1、设在机架1上的底座2、工作台3及电器控制箱4，在所述工作台3的顶部安装有用于将工件压紧的压脚5，所述压脚5由汽缸6驱动上下活动，所述工作台3的内侧活动安装有档板7，所述底座2上安装有自动翻转机构8，所述自动翻转机构8包括翻转机架81与翻转电机82，所述翻转电机82安装在翻转机架81上。
本实用新型结构设计简单合理，该机利用了亚克力制品在经过刀具的高速切削时表面会发生熔融现象的特点，用专用刀具对其进行铣削加工就能使其表面达到很高的光亮度，取代了过去由人工拿着工件在磨轮上进行抛光的方式，极大的提高了加工效率，该机不会产生粉尘，大大改善了工作环境。
该机可同时对100MM厚的制品进行抛光，该机采用特殊结构除了可对小于刀具行程的工件进行加工，也可对无限长工件进行接刀加工。该机采用了自动翻转机构，可以对0～60度的角度进行抛光，该机采用特殊的压料压脚，可以加工宽度小于20MM的工件。该机工作行程可以根器用户要求做成任意长，我们现在做了三种即1300MM、1400MM和1600MM。
此外，本实用新型并不局限于上述实施方式，只要其以基本相同的手段达到本实用新型的技术效果，都应属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种用于加工亚克力板的自动翻转型抛光机，包括机架(1)、设在机架(1)上的底座(2)、工作台(3)及电器控制箱(4)，其特征在于：在所述工作台(3)的顶部安装有用于将工件压紧的压脚(5)，所述压脚(5)由汽缸(6)驱动上下活动，所述工作台(3)的内侧活动安装有档板(7)，所述底座(2)上安装有自动翻转机构(8)，所述自动翻转机构(8)包括翻转机架(81)与翻转电机(82)，所述翻转电机(82)安装在翻转机架(81)上。
