The heat-sealing device comprises a heat-sealing frame shaft 42, heat-sealing frames 43, a connecting rod 44, a heat-sealing plate 45, a compression spring 46 and a sealing sensor 47, wherein the heat-sealing frame shaft 42 is arranged below the rack supporting plate 2 above the center of the sealing platform, the heat-sealing frames 43 are two symmetrical arc-shaped frames, the upper ends of the heat-sealing frames 43 are hinged to the heat-sealing frame shaft 42 front and back, the lower ends of the heat-sealing frames 43 are planes, the heat-sealing plate 45 is an electric heating metal plate and fixed at the lower ends of the heat-sealing frames 43 through screws, the connecting rod 44 is two symmetrical metal rods, the upper end of the connecting rod 44 is hinged to the lower end of a hydraulic rod of the sealing hydraulic pump 37, the lower end of the connecting rod 44 is hinged to the middle parts of the arc-shaped outer sides of the two heat-sealing frames 43 respectively, and the compression spring 46 is arranged on the upper parts of the inner sides of the two heat-sealing frames 43. The seal sensor 47 is arranged on the front side of the frame 1 and at a height below the heat seal frame 43 when it is opened. Example 1
The production method for packaging the mushroom sterilization culture material by using the equipment comprises the following steps:
(1) the material box is adjusted to be smaller in volume, because the hypha of the mushroom has weaker nutrition conveying capacity, and the mushroom bag for culturing the mushroom is smaller than a common mushroom bag, the blocking platform adjusting button 9 is unscrewed, the horizontal blocking plate 7 is pulled rightwards, the volume of the material box 6 is reduced, and the blocking platform adjusting button 9 is screwed down after the material box is properly adjusted;
(2) the mushroom material pressing plate is replaced by an arc-shaped plate, and the mushroom fungus bag with smaller size is packaged into an arc-shaped mushroom fungus bag with better culture effect, so the mushroom material replacing pressing plate 17 and the mushroom fungus supporting platform 24 are replaced by the arc-shaped plate before operation;
(3) adjusting the compaction density according to the difference of the density of the base material for cultivating the mushrooms and the size of the fungus bag, adjusting an adjusting nut 32 of a hydraulic rod at the top of the hydraulic pump 16, wherein the compaction density of the fungus bag is reduced when the fungus bag rotates clockwise, and the compaction density of the fungus bag is increased when the fungus bag rotates anticlockwise, and the fungus bag is adjusted to be proper;
(4) adjusting time control switches of related circuits of the electronic control system 3 according to the requirements of the steps (1) and (3);
(5) starting a switch, and inputting the sterilized mushroom compost into a hopper 4;
(6) pulling a control handle 22 by hand, pulling the brace rod frame 20 to the front, hanging the opening edge of the fungus material packaging bag on four material bag brace rods 21 of the brace rod frame 20, then pushing the control handle 22 back to the original position, enabling the opening of the fungus material packaging bag to be aligned with the feed opening 19, enabling a sleeve frame lifting hydraulic pump 26 to work by the return of the control handle 22, and enabling the fungus bag sleeve frame 25 to vertically move upwards to sleeve the fungus material packaging bag into the fungus bag sleeve frame 25 so as to protect the fungus material packaging bag;
(7) the sterilized compost falls into the material box 6 through the material pipe 5, when the compost is fully spread in the material box 6 and contacts the extension sensor 14, the box push-pull hydraulic pump 13 is controlled by the extension sensor 14 to start pushing, the material box 6 and the linked material blocking platform are pushed rightwards through the material box push-pull plate 10, and the compost in the material pipe 5 is blocked by the material blocking platform and then falls into the material box 6;
(8) when the material box 6 slides rightwards along the movable groove 11 to the feed opening 19, the culture materials begin to fall into the fungus material packaging bags, the material box 6 continues to slide rightwards until the right side of the material box 6 touches the contraction sensor 15, at the moment, the culture materials all fall into the fungus material packaging bags, the box push-pull hydraulic pump 13 starts to contract under the control of the contraction sensor 15, the material box 6 is pulled leftwards through the material box push-pull plate 10 to return to the original position, and the box push-pull hydraulic pump 13 stops working;
(9) the return of the feed box 6 touches the sensor 29 on the right side of the feed box 6, the hydraulic pump 16 starts to press down under the control of the sensor 29, the puncturing hole and the inoculating rod 18 are inserted into the culture material at the same time, the puncturing hole operation is completed, when the hydraulic rod of the hydraulic pump 16 extends to the maximum, the electronic time delay switch 34 opens the switch under the control of the sensor 29, so that the liquid spawn in the spawn tank 30 passes through the hose 33, the puncturing hole and the inoculating rod 18, and the inoculating operation is completed under the pressure of the spawn tank pressure pump 31; then the electronic time delay switch 34 is turned off, the hydraulic rod of the hydraulic pump 16 returns, the fungus material packaging bag is separated from the material bag support rod 21 under the action of the gravity of the culture material and falls on the fungus material support platform 24, and the fungus bag sleeve frame 25 falls and returns;

(11) under the action of the driving motor and the driving wheel 38, the fungus material packaging bag is moved to the center of the sealing platform, and then touches the sealing sensor 47, under the control of the sealing sensor 47, the driving motor and the driving wheel 38 stop moving, the sealing hydraulic pump 37 starts to extend out a hydraulic rod to press the connecting rod 44 downwards, the lower end of the heat sealing frame 43 is folded under the action of the connecting rod 44 and the heat sealing frame shaft 42, the fungus material packaging bag is sealed by the heat sealing plate 45 at the lower end of the heat sealing frame 43, then the sealing hydraulic pump 37 returns to the original position, the heat sealing frame 43 is opened under the action of the sealing hydraulic pump 37 and the compression spring 46, the driving motor and the driving wheel 38 are started, the fungus bag which is sealed is moved out from the outlet 48, and one-time production operation of the edible fungus bag is completed.
Example 2
The production method of the invention for packaging the compost for sterilizing the oyster mushroom by using the equipment comprises the following steps:
(1) the material box is adjusted to be larger in volume, because the hypha of the oyster mushroom has strong nutrition conveying capacity, a fungus bag for cultivating the oyster mushroom can be made larger, so that the platform blocking adjusting button 9 is unscrewed, the horizontal blocking plate 7 is pulled leftwards, the volume of the material box 6 is increased, and the platform blocking adjusting button 9 is screwed down after proper adjustment is carried out;
(2) the mushroom material pressing plate is replaced by a flat plate, and the larger mushroom fungus bags are packed into square shapes, so that the management is more convenient, and the mushroom material replacing pressing plate 17 and the mushroom material supporting platform 24 are replaced by flat plates before operation;
(3) adjusting the compaction density according to the difference of the densities of base materials for culturing oyster mushrooms, adjusting an adjusting nut 32 of a hydraulic rod at the top of a hydraulic pump 16, wherein the compaction density of the fungus bag is decreased when the fungus bag rotates clockwise, and the compaction density of the fungus bag is increased when the fungus bag rotates anticlockwise, and the fungus bag is adjusted to be proper;
(4) adjusting time control switches of related circuits of the electronic control system 3 according to the requirements of the steps (1) and (3);
(5) starting a switch, and inputting sterilized oyster mushroom compost into a hopper 4;
the procedure is as in example 1.

1. The production equipment of the edible fungus bag is characterized by comprising a rack, a rack supporting plate, a feeding system, a bin volume adjusting system, a bin sliding system, a fungus material bagging, compacting, puncturing and inoculating system, a fungus bag pushing system, a fungus bag sealing system and an electronic control system;
the feeding system comprises a hopper and a material pipe, the hopper is fixed above the top of the rack, and the material pipe is communicated with the hopper and fixed below the top of the rack;
the bin volume adjusting system comprises a bin, a horizontal blocking plate, a vertical blocking plate, an adjusting button, a bin push-pull plate and a movable groove, wherein the bin is arranged at the periphery of a material pipe, the bin is not provided with a top and a bottom, the upper edge of the bin is 30-50 mm higher than the lower edge of the material pipe, the left side outside the bin is connected with the bin push-pull plate, a material pipe blocking platform consisting of the horizontal blocking plate, the vertical blocking plate and a blocking platform adjusting button is arranged at the left side inside the bin, the material pipe blocking platform is inverted L-shaped, the upper surface of the material pipe blocking platform is the horizontal blocking plate, the left end of the horizontal blocking plate extends out of the bin, the middle part of the horizontal blocking plate is provided with the push-pull groove, the right end of the horizontal blocking plate is connected with the vertical blocking plate, the adjusting button is arranged at the upper part of the bin push-pull plate, the adjusting button can connect the horizontal blocking plate with the bin push-pull plate together, the horizontal blocking plate can be a rail, the adjusting button can move left and right, and the lower end of the vertical blocking plate is arranged in the movable groove;

the fungus package sealing system comprises a sealing platform, a sealing hydraulic pump and a heat sealing device, wherein the sealing platform consists of a driving motor, a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a transmission belt and a guardrail, the transmission belt and a fungus material supporting platform are arranged on the same horizontal plane, the sealing hydraulic pump is arranged on the sealing platform, the heat sealing device is arranged on a machine frame 1 above the sealing platform and consists of a heat sealing frame shaft, a heat sealing frame, a connecting rod, a heat sealing plate, a compression spring and a sealing sensor, the heat sealing frame shaft is arranged below a machine frame supporting plate above the center of the sealing platform, the heat sealing frame is two symmetrical arc-shaped frames, the front and the back of the upper end of the heat sealing frame are hinged on the heat sealing frame shaft, the lower end of the heat sealing plate is a plane, the heat sealing plate is an electric heating metal plate and is fixed at the lower end of the heat sealing frame by screws, the connecting rod is two symmetrical metal rods, the upper end of the connecting rod is hinged with the lower end of a hydraulic rod of the hydraulic pump, the lower end of the connecting rod is respectively connected with the middle parts of the arc-shaped outer sides of the two heat sealing frames, the compression spring is arranged at the upper part of the inner sides of the two heat-sealing frames, and the sealing sensor is arranged at the front side of the frame and is higher than the lower part of the heat-sealing frames when the heat-sealing frames are opened;
the electronic control system is arranged inside the left side of the rack;
the production method by using the production equipment of the edible fungus bag comprises the following steps: (1) according to the needs of strains, the size of the fungus material packaging bag is adjusted by adjusting the volume of the feed box, and the method for adjusting the volume of the feed box comprises the following steps: loosening the platform blocking adjusting button, pulling the horizontal blocking plate to the left, increasing the volume of the material box, and otherwise, decreasing the volume of the material box, and screwing the platform blocking adjusting button after proper adjustment;
(2) replacing the arc or flat shapes of the fungus material pressing plate and the fungus material supporting platform according to the shape required by the fungus bag;
(3) according to different requirements of different strains and different compost fungus bag compaction densities, an adjusting nut of a hydraulic rod at the top of a hydraulic pump is adjusted, when the hydraulic rod rotates clockwise, the hydraulic rod is lifted upwards, the compaction density of the fungus bag becomes smaller, when the hydraulic rod rotates anticlockwise, the hydraulic rod extends downwards, and the compaction density of the fungus bag becomes larger;
(4) adjusting time control switches of related circuits of the electronic control system according to the requirements of the steps (1) and (3);
(5) starting a switch, and inputting the sterilized edible fungus culture material into a hopper.
2. The edible fungus bag production equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the feed opening is equal to the maximum feeding length of the bin, and the width of the feed opening is equal to the width of the bin.
3. The edible fungus bag production facility as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fungus material pressing plate is a flat plate or an arc plate.
4. The edible fungus bag production equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fungus material support platform is shaped as a flat plate or an arc.
5. The edible fungus bag production equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left and right width in the frame of the support rod frame is 10-20 mm longer than the left and right length of the feed opening, and the length of the frame is more than twice of the length of the frame.

(4) adjusting time control switches of related circuits of the electronic control system according to the requirements of the steps (1) and (3);
(5) starting a switch, and inputting the sterilized edible fungus culture material into a hopper;
(6) pulling a control handle by hand, pulling the brace rod frame to the front, hanging the opening edge of the fungus material packaging bag on four material bag brace rods of the brace rod frame, then pushing the control handle back to the original position, aligning the opening of the fungus material packaging bag with a feed opening, returning the control handle to enable a sleeve frame to lift a hydraulic pump to work, and vertically moving the fungus bag sleeve frame upwards to sleeve the fungus material packaging bag into the fungus bag sleeve frame to protect the fungus material packaging bag;
