Abstract
The invention discloses a small tea bagging mechanism which is characterized in that a sucker is used for sucking two sides of a packaging bag and opening the two sides of the packaging bag, and a certain amount of tea is fed into the packaging bag through a filling hopper to complete bagging. The key points of the technical scheme are as follows: comprises a filling hopper, an opening mechanism, a tray and a bag placing groove; the filling hopper comprises a feeding port, a base, two fixed side plates and two movable side plates, the feeding port is arranged above the base, the fixed side plates and the movable side plates are arranged below the base, the fixed side plates and the movable side plates enclose a channel for materials to pass through, and the lower end parts of the movable side plates shrink and narrow to form an opening part which can be inserted into a packaging bag; the opening mechanism comprises two suckers which are oppositely arranged, wherein at least one sucker can move up and down and stretch back and forth, and the sucker is connected with a negative pressure device and a driving device; a groove with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part is formed in the tray, and a high-frequency vibrator is arranged on the tray; two suckers of the opening mechanism are respectively positioned on two sides of the lower end part of the filling hopper, and the tray is positioned below the opening mechanism.

Background
China is the country producing most tea in the world, most tea needs to be packaged for sale, tea manufacturers mostly use manpower to manually pack the tea at present, and part of large-scale manufacturers adopt special tea packaging machines.
However, the manual bagging is slow and labor-intensive, the cost and the weight of the packaged tea are different, the product quality is affected, and more labor needs to be hired when the tea amount is huge, so that the production cost is increased; the existing tea packaging machine has the disadvantages of complex structure, high price, large occupied area and no economy for manufacturers with small volume.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a compact tea bagging mechanism which can be opened by sucking both sides of a packaging bag with a suction cup, and can complete bagging by feeding a predetermined amount of tea leaves into the packaging bag through a filling hopper.

the small tea bagging mechanism comprises a filling hopper, an opening mechanism for opening the mouth of a packaging bag, a tray for supporting the packaging bag and a bag placing groove for stacking the packaging bag in advance; the filling hopper comprises a feeding hole, a base, two fixed side plates and two movable side plates, the feeding hole is arranged above the base, the fixed side plates and the movable side plates are arranged below the base, the fixed side plates and the movable side plates enclose a passage for materials to pass through, and the lower end parts of the movable side plates shrink and narrow to form an opening part which can be inserted into a packaging bag; the opening mechanism comprises two suckers which are oppositely arranged, wherein at least one sucker can move up and down and stretch back and forth, and the sucker is connected with a negative pressure device and a driving device; a groove for preventing the packaging bag from collapsing and inclining is formed in the tray, the groove is wide at the upper part and narrow at the lower part, and a high-frequency vibrator is arranged on the tray; two suckers of the opening mechanism are respectively positioned on two sides of the lower end part of the filling hopper, and the tray is positioned below the opening mechanism.
Preferably, two fixed curb plate parallel arrangement, fixed curb plate narrow gradually from top to bottom, activity curb plate rear end and base swivelling joint, the both sides edge of activity curb plate can laminate to the edge of two fixed curb plates respectively, and the length of activity curb plate is greater than fixed curb plate.

And the opening part of the movable side plate can extend into the bag opening of the packaging bag, and meanwhile, the baffle on the movable side plate supports the limiting plate to enable the movable side plate to be automatically opened towards two sides, so that the bag opening of the packaging bag is completely opened around by matching with the sucking disc, and tea leaves are prevented from being scattered outside the packaging bag.
Thirdly, high frequency vibrator drives the tray and vibrates with the high frequency, makes the tealeaves that falls into in the wrapping bag can pile up together more closely, avoids tealeaves just to spill over from the sack when not filling enough weight, makes tealeaves be close to the wrapping bag bottom moreover and piles up, can avoid sealing the department of sealing in with tealeaves when sealing.

The small tea bagging mechanism shown in fig. 1 to 5 comprises a liftable filling hopper 1, two groups of opening mechanisms 2, a bag placing groove 3 and a tray 4, wherein the filling hopper 1 is used for placing weighed tea, the filling hopper 1 is connected with a driving assembly 6, and the filling hopper comprises a feeding hole 1, a base 11, two fixed side plates 12 and two movable side plates 13; the opening mechanism 2 is used for opening the mouth of the packaging bag 5, the opening mechanism 2 comprises two oppositely arranged suckers 20, the two suckers 20 respectively suck the two sides of the packaging bag 5, and then the two suckers move outwards and can tear the mouth of the packaging bag 5 open; the bag placing groove 3 is used for placing the packaging bags 5 in advance, the packaging bags 5 are vertically and tightly stacked in the bag placing groove 3, and the tray 4 is used for supporting the bottoms of the packaging bags 5 during bagging.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the feeding port 10 is disposed above the base 11, the fixed side plate 12 and the movable side plate 13 are disposed below the base 11, the fixed side plate 12 and the movable side plate 13 enclose a passage for passing the material, and the lower end of the movable side plate 13 is contracted and narrowed to form an expanding portion 133 that can be inserted into the packing bag 5; two fixed curb plates 12 parallel arrangement, fixed curb plate 12 narrows down from top to bottom gradually, and tip and 11 swivelling joint of base behind the activity curb plate 13, the both sides edge of activity curb plate 13 can be laminated respectively to the edge of two fixed curb plates 12, and the length of activity curb plate 13 is greater than fixed curb plate 12. The base 11 is connected with the driving assembly 6, the movable side plate 13 is further provided with a return spring 130 and a baffle 131, a limiting plate 132 is arranged right below the baffle 131, and when the filling hopper 1 descends, the baffle 131 gradually approaches to and abuts against the limiting plate 132, so that the movable side plate 13 is opened outwards.

The tray 4 is positioned below the opening mechanism 2, a groove 40 for preventing the packaging bag 5 from collapsing and inclining is formed in the tray 4, the groove 40 is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and a high-frequency vibrator 41 is arranged at the bottom of the tray 4.

-the tray (4) is hollow to form a groove (40) for preventing the packaging bag (5) from collapsing and inclining, the groove (40) is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and a high-frequency vibrator (41) is arranged on the tray (4);
