本发明公开了一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环,由下列重量份的原料制成:铬19‑21、碳0.025‑0.028、钨0.2‑0.4、钇0.6‑0.9、铜11‑13、纳米石墨粉0.9‑1.4、氧化铌0.6‑0.8、高密度聚乙烯粉1‑2、氢氧化铝0.2‑0.4、乙基三甲氧基硅烷1.9‑2.4、沥青乳液2‑3、石油树脂7‑9、锰锌铁氧体0.7‑0.9、铁52‑55,本发明将改性后的纳米石墨粉表面覆盖一层铜膜作为固体润滑剂,还添加改性锰锌铁氧体并复合钨、钇等成分,采用烧结、高温退火工艺,改善材料微观形貌,具有阻燃耐高温,实现了软磁铁氧体磁环成串叠装密堆不发生开裂、粘连掉块的目标。

一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环及其制作 方法
技术领域
本发明涉及磁性材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环及其制作方法。
背景技术
软磁材料,是一类常见的功能材料,广泛地应用在电动机、发电机、变压器、传感器以及其他电气设备中,是现代文明的先进设备中非常重要的组成部分。其特点是在较小的磁场下能较快地响应并达到饱和磁化状态,且在去掉外磁场后磁化状态几乎消失,易于通过轻微地改变外场而控制材料的磁化状态。随着汽车产业的不断发展,环境友好、节能减排、绿色新能源汽车的普及率逐年递增,软磁材料的需求量也稳步增加,尤其是用于新能源车辆的电机、控制器等电器的磁力水泵关键零件内、外磁环的市场规模将日益增大。磁环又称铁氧体磁环是电子电路中常用的抗干扰元件,对于高频噪声有很好的抑制作用。
铁氧体可以将其看成是铁的氧化物和其他金属氧化物的复合体,常用的铁氧体主要是锰锌、镍锌和镁锌系列的铁氧体。锰锌铁氧体具有高饱和磁感应强度、高磁导率、高电阻率、低功耗等优良特性,其性能的好坏直接决定着软磁材料的性能优劣,因而对锰锌铁氧体的性能改进尤为重要,有关其研究也较多,比如《CaO对Mn-Zn铁氧体微观结构与磁性能的影响》采用传统氧化物陶瓷工艺制备了CaO-Bi2O3-MoO3-Nb2O5复合掺杂高磁导率Mn-Zn铁氧体材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、B-H测试仪和阻抗分析仪等对材料结构和磁性能进行了表征,研究了不同添加量CaO对高磁导率Mn-Zn铁氧体的微观结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量的CaO可以细化晶粒、提高材料的频率特性和品质因数 Q,降低材料的损耗;当质量分数CaO=0.03%时,材料具有最佳的综合性能:μi=9772.22,L200/L10=99.36%,室温 PCV=435.14mW/cm3。
然而文献中仅仅是在微观水平上对锰锌铁氧体进行改进,尽管其频率特性有所改善,但用于制备磁环时存在磁性低、不耐腐蚀、耐酸碱性差、硬度小不耐磨等缺陷,因而急需对现有技术中磁环的配方和工艺流程重新组合改性,适当添加一些合金元素和润滑助剂等以提高其耐腐蚀、耐酸碱等性能,提高磁环的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环,由下列重量份的原料制成:铬19-21、碳0.025-0.028、钨0.2-0.4、钇0.6-0.9、铜11-13、纳米石墨粉0.9-1.4、氧化铌0.6-0.8、高密度聚乙烯粉1-2、氢氧化铝0.2-0.4、乙基三甲氧基硅烷1.9-2.4、沥青乳液2-3、石油树脂7-9、锰锌铁氧体0.7-0.9、铁52-55,所述的锰锌铁氧体其摩尔配方比为氧化铁:氧化锰:氧化锌=51.5:24.5:24。
所述的一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米石墨粉添加到沥青乳液中,超声分散均匀后,加入乙基三甲氧基硅烷加热至50-70℃,充分搅拌5-8小时,喷雾干燥;
(2)将铜粉投入坩埚电阻炉中迅速升温至完全熔化,加入步骤(1)物料超声波搅拌混匀,保温静置20-25分钟,将金属液经气体雾化制粉设备得粒径在100μm以下的铜包覆改性纳米石墨粉;
(3)将锰锌铁氧体采用钢球湿磨2-3小时,烘干于900-920℃下预烧2小时,加入氧化铌、高密度聚乙烯粉进行二次球磨4-5小时,烘干加入质量比为12%的聚乙烯醇水溶液、步骤(2)物料超声分散20-30分钟,喷雾干燥得混合粉体;
(4)将铁粉和铬、碳、钨、钇粉投入混粉机中球磨混合,加入步骤(3)混合粉体、石油树脂及其他剩余成分加热至50-60℃,搅拌30-40分钟真空干燥,加入到模具中压制成所需形状,得到生坯;
(5)将上述生坯放入烧结炉中,在氮气的保护气氛下,2小时升温至500℃,保温30分钟,再1小时升温至800℃,保温30分钟,而后1小时升温至1100-1150℃,保温2小时,关火随炉冷却至室温放入退火炉中,在氮气保护下800℃退火两小时出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明将改性后的纳米石墨粉表面覆盖一层铜膜作为固体润滑剂,密度差小、物理和力学性能相近,改善了其与基体的浸润性且界面结合强度高,密度增加,减少偏析,且包覆层可以起到保护固体润滑剂免受高温引起的蒸发或氧化的作用,可显著提高材料的强度和摩擦性能;同时本发明还添加改性锰锌铁氧体并复合钨、钇等成分,采用分阶段缓慢升温烧结、高温退火工艺,可以细化晶粒,促进晶粒分布均匀,减小材料内应力,改善材料微观形貌,提高材料的频率特性和品质因数,降低材料的损耗,制得的产品阻燃耐高温,实现了软磁铁氧体磁环成串叠装密堆不发生开裂、粘连掉块的目标。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环,由下列重量份的原料制成:铬19、碳0.025、钨0.2、钇0.6、铜11、纳米石墨粉0.9、氧化铌0.6、高密度聚乙烯粉1、氢氧化铝0.2、乙基三甲氧基硅烷1.9、沥青乳液2、石油树脂7、锰锌铁氧体0.7、铁52,所述的锰锌铁氧体其摩尔配方比为氧化铁:氧化锰:氧化锌=51.5:24.5:24。
所述的一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米石墨粉添加到沥青乳液中,超声分散均匀后,加入乙基三甲氧基硅烷加热至50-70℃,充分搅拌5-8小时,喷雾干燥;
(2)将铜粉投入坩埚电阻炉中迅速升温至完全熔化,加入步骤(1)物料超声波搅拌混匀,保温静置20-25分钟,将金属液经气体雾化制粉设备得粒径在100μm以下的铜包覆改性纳米石墨粉;
(3)将锰锌铁氧体采用钢球湿磨2-3小时,烘干于900-920℃下预烧2小时,加入氧化铌、高密度聚乙烯粉进行二次球磨4-5小时,烘干加入质量比为12%的聚乙烯醇水溶液、步骤(2)物料超声分散20-30分钟,喷雾干燥得混合粉体;
(4)将铁粉和铬、碳、钨、钇粉投入混粉机中球磨混合,加入步骤(3)混合粉体、石油树脂及其他剩余成分加热至50-60℃,搅拌30-40分钟真空干燥,加入到模具中压制成所需形状,得到生坯;
(5)将上述生坯放入烧结炉中,在氮气的保护气氛下,2小时升温至500℃,保温30分钟,再1小时升温至800℃,保温30分钟,而后1小时升温至1100-1150℃,保温2小时,关火随炉冷却至室温放入退火炉中,在氮气保护下800℃退火两小时出料。
利用本发明制得的粉末冶金磁环具有如下技术特征:
(1)密度:5.15g/cm3
(2)初始磁导率μi=9785.12;
(3)频率稳定性参数L200/L10=99.55%;
(4)室温体积功耗PCV=415.15mW/cm3

1.一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:铬19-21、碳0.025-0.028、钨0.2-0.4、钇0.6-0.9、铜11-13、纳米石墨粉0.9-1.4、氧化铌0.6-0.8、高密度聚乙烯粉1-2、氢氧化铝0.2-0.4、乙基三甲氧基硅烷1.9-2.4、沥青乳液2-3、石油树脂7-9、锰锌铁氧体0.7-0.9、铁52-55,所述的锰锌铁氧体其摩尔配方比为氧化铁:氧化锰:氧化锌=51.5:24.5:24。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温新能源汽车磁力水泵用粉末冶金磁环的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米石墨粉添加到沥青乳液中,超声分散均匀后,加入乙基三甲氧基硅烷加热至50-70℃,充分搅拌5-8小时,喷雾干燥;
(2)将铜粉投入坩埚电阻炉中迅速升温至完全熔化,加入步骤(1)物料超声波搅拌混匀,保温静置20-25分钟,将金属液经气体雾化制粉设备得粒径在100μm以下的铜包覆改性纳米石墨粉;
