Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车车灯AFS调光模组,包括有主调节机构,所述主调节机构包括有主步进马达支架,主步进马达支架上安装有主步进马达,主步进马达支架左侧连接有调节螺钉,调节螺钉左侧连接有连接杆;所述连接杆连接有三个调节支架,调节支架连接有支撑架,支撑架底部设置有齿轮,支撑架内用于安装透镜及反射镜。主调节机构带动三组透镜及反射镜整体垂直方向上的调节,并且每组透镜及反射镜都通过副调节机构带动透镜和反射镜进行旋转调节照射角度,无需传动;可以控制车灯灯光反射角度,可以增加车灯调节系统的自由度以及方便性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车车灯调光机构,尤其涉及一种新型的车灯AFS调光模组。
背景技术
随着汽车照明技术的发展,对汽车灯具的照明技术提出了更多的要求,在越来越多的车型上开始应用车灯的灯光调节装置,尤其是针对前大灯和前雾灯的调节是必须的。随着时代潮流的进步,车灯的功能越来越强大,于是出现了AFS调光模组,传统的调光是采用动力传动,其机构复杂,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种汽车车灯AFS调光模组,通过设置主调节机构带动三组透镜及反射镜整体垂直方向上的调节,并且每组透镜及反射镜都通过副调节机构带动透镜和反射镜进行旋转调节照射角度,无需传动;解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车车灯AFS调光模组,包括有主调节机构,所述主调节机构包括有主步进马达支架,主步进马达支架上安装有主步进马达,主步进马达支架左侧连接有调节螺钉,调节螺钉左侧连接有连接杆;所述连接杆连接有三个主调节支架,主调节支架连接有支撑架,从主调节支架底部设置有齿轮,从主调节支架内用于安装透镜及反射镜。进一步改进在于:所述从主调节支架下方设置有副调节机构,副调节机构包括有副马达支架,副马达支架上设置有副步进马达,副步进马达与齿轮连接在一起带动其转动。
进一步改进在于:所述从主调节支架包括有上从主调节支架和下从主调节支架,所述齿轮设置在下从主调节支架底部。
进一步改进在于:所述主步进马达和副步进马达均连接有线束用于连接ECU。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过设置主调节机构带动三组透镜及反射镜整体垂直方向上的调节,并且每组透镜及反射镜都通过副调节机构带动透镜和反射镜进行旋转调节照射角度,无需传动;本发明的调光模组可以控制车灯灯光反射角度,可以增加车灯调节系统的自由度以及方便性,相对于传统调节机构具有环境适应能力强、调节灵活。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。如图1-3所示,本实施例提供一种汽车车灯AFS调光模组,包括有主调节机构,所述主调节机构包括有主步进马达支架1,主步进马达支架1上安装有主步进马达2,主步进马达支架1左侧连接有调节螺钉3,调节螺钉3左侧连接有连接杆4;所述连接杆4连接有主调节支架5,主调节支架5有三个从主调节支架6,从主调节支架6底部设置有齿轮7,从主调节支架6内用于安装透镜及反射镜。所述从主调节支架6下方设置有副调节机构,副调节机构包括有副马达支架8,副马达支架8上设置有副步进马达9,副步进马达9与齿轮7连接在一起带动其转动。所述从主调节支架6包括有上从主调节支架10和下从主调节支架11,所述齿轮7设置在下从主调节支架11底部。所述主步进马达2和副步进马达9均连接有线束用于连接ECU。通过设置主调节机构带动三组透镜及反射镜整体垂直方向上的调节,并且每组透镜及反射镜都通过副调节机构带动透镜和反射镜进行旋转调节照射角度,无需传动;本发明的调光模组可以控制车灯灯光反射角度,可以增加车灯调节系统的自由度以及方便性,相对于传统调节机构具有环境适应能力强、调节灵活。
Claims (3)
1.一种汽车车灯AFS调光模组,包括有主调节机构,其特征在于:
所述主调节机构包括有主步进马达支架(1),主步进马达支架(1)上安装有主步进马达(2),主步进马达支架(1)左侧连接有调节螺钉(3),调节螺钉(3)左侧连接有连接杆(4),所述连接杆(4)连接有三个主调节支架(5),主调节支架(5)连接有从调节支架(6),从调节支架(6)底部设置有齿轮(7),从调节支架(6)内用于安装透镜及反射镜,所述从调节支架(6)下方设置有副调节机构,副调节机构包括有副马达支架(8),副马达支架(8)上设置有副步进马达(9),副步进马达(9)与齿轮(7)连接在一起带动其转动。
2.如权利要求1所述汽车车灯AFS调光模组,其特征在于:所述从调节支架(6)包括有上支撑架(10)和下支撑架(11),所述齿轮(7)设置在下支撑架(11)底部。
3.如权利要求2所述汽车车灯AFS调光模组,其特征在于:所述主步进马达(2)和副步进马达(9)均连接有线束用于连接ECU。
