Abstract
一种劳保靴制作方法,它是橡胶模压靴底上表面打磨成毛面,J‑802处理剂均匀涂于毛面,置于烤箱内干燥;DH‑88H无苯PU胶粘剂中加入6‑8%列克纳胶搅拌均匀,涂刷于上述橡胶模压靴底的毛面上,烤箱内干燥;向靴筒模具内注射PVC混合料,靴筒成型,干燥后的橡胶模压靴底放入注射成型机内的制靴模具底模中,向大底模具内注射PVC混合料,成型20‑30秒,橡胶模压靴底上表面的毛面粘接靴底隔层,同时,靴筒与橡胶模压靴底的靴底隔层粘接固定。本发明的优点是:1、制作工艺简单,不增加生产成本;2、橡胶模压靴底防滑耐磨,且穿着舒适。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种胶靴制作方法,特别涉及一种劳保靴制作方法。
背景技术
目前,劳保靴的靴筒与靴底材料均为PVC材料,其生产工艺是:首先通过注射成型机注射靴筒,之后,再通过注射成型机注射靴底,同时,靴筒与靴底注射粘接。这种劳保靴由于其靴筒与靴底均为PVC材料,存在以下的缺陷:1、靴底防滑效果差,在食品生产领域,厂地湿滑,容易造成工伤事故;2、靴底耐磨效果差,劳保靴的使用环境一般都恶劣,穿着时间不久就磨坏了,需要更换,成本相对较高;3、舒适度较差,PVC材料的鞋底一般在低温或有油的工作环境,容易变硬,使穿着不舒适。如果使用橡胶材料的靴底会解决上述的缺陷,但现有工艺无法将PVC的靴筒与橡胶材料的靴底很好的粘接固定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的缺陷,提供一种劳保靴制作方法,劳保靴的靴底为橡胶模压靴底,穿着舒适,防滑且耐磨。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种劳保靴制作方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
(1)橡胶模压靴底的上表面打磨成毛面,J-802处理剂均匀涂于毛面,置于烤箱内,65-70℃烘干干燥2-3分钟;
(2)DH-88H无苯PU胶粘剂中加入6-8%列克纳胶搅拌均匀待用;
(3)步骤(2)混合好的DH-88H无苯PU胶粘剂涂刷于步骤(1)烘干干燥后涂有J-802处理剂的橡胶模压靴底的毛面,涂胶两遍,每遍涂胶后,65-70℃烘干干燥6-8分钟;
(4)生产劳保靴的注射成型机以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力,向靴筒模具内注射PVC混合料,成型20-30秒,靴筒成型;
(5)步骤(3)烘干干燥后的橡胶模压靴底放入注射成型机内的制靴模具底模中,合模,以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力向大底模具内注射PVC混合料,成型20-30秒,橡胶模压靴底上表面的毛面粘接靴底隔层,同时,靴筒与橡胶模压靴底的靴底隔层以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力粘接固定,完成整个劳保靴的制作。
所述PVC混合料由以下组分混合而成:
聚氯乙烯树脂 50%
增塑剂DOP 50%。
本发明的优点和有益效果是:
1、制作工艺简单,不增加生产成本;
2、橡胶模压靴底防滑耐磨,且穿着舒适。
具体实施方式
本发明所使用的原料J-802处理剂为橡胶处理剂购买于天津东海胶粘剂制品有限公司;DH-88H(无苯PU胶通用型)购买于天津东海胶粘剂制品有限公司;列克纳胶购买于天津东海胶粘剂制品有限公司,聚氯乙烯树脂购买于唐山三友氯碱有限责任公司;增塑剂DOP购买于天津渤化澳佳永利化工有限责任公司。
实施例:一种劳保靴制作方法,按以下步骤完成:
(1)橡胶模压靴底的上表面打磨成毛面,J-802处理剂均匀涂于毛面,置于烤箱内,65-70℃烘干干燥2-3分钟;
(2)DH-88H无苯PU胶粘剂中加入6-8%列克纳胶搅拌均匀待用;
(3)步骤(2)混合好的DH-88H无苯PU胶粘剂涂刷于步骤(1)烘干干燥后涂有J-802处理剂的橡胶模压靴底的毛面,涂胶两遍,每遍涂胶后,65-70℃烘干干燥6-8分钟;
(4)聚氯乙烯树脂与增塑剂DOP各50%混合搅拌均匀,制得PVC混合料,根据需要,在PVC混合料中还可以添加耐油、耐寒原料,生产劳保靴的注射成型机以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力,向靴筒模具内注射PVC混合料,成型20-30秒,靴筒成型;
(5)步骤(3)烘干干燥后的橡胶模压靴底放入注射成型机内的制靴模具底模中,合模,以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力向大底模具内注射PVC混合料,成型20-30秒,橡胶模压靴底上表面的毛面粘接注塑成型的靴底隔层,同时,靴筒与橡胶模压靴底的靴底隔层以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力粘接固定,完成整个劳保靴的制作。
(6)检测:制作好的劳保靴,经检测,外底厚度、外底撕裂强度、外底耐磨性、外底耐折性、外底厚度、外底撕裂强度、鞋帮拉伸性能均符合国家标准,浸泡至水中48小时,取出检测,橡胶模压靴底与隔层之间没有浸水,也没有开胶现象,橡胶模压靴底柔软度较好。
Claims (2)
1.一种劳保靴制作方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
(1)橡胶模压靴底的上表面打磨成毛面,J-802处理剂均匀涂于毛面,置于烤箱内,65-70℃烘干干燥2-3分钟;
(2)DH-88H无苯PU胶粘剂中加入6-8%列克纳胶搅拌均匀待用;
(3)步骤(2)混合好的DH-88H无苯PU胶粘剂涂刷于步骤(1)烘干干燥后涂有J-802处理剂的橡胶模压靴底的毛面,涂胶两遍,每遍涂胶后,65-70℃烘干干燥6-8分钟;
(4)生产劳保靴的注射成型机以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力,向靴筒模具内注射PVC混合料,成型20-30秒,靴筒成型;
(5)步骤(3)烘干干燥后的橡胶模压靴底放入注射成型机内的制靴模具底模中,合模,以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力向大底模具内注射PVC混合料,成型20-30秒,橡胶模压靴底上表面的毛面粘接靴底隔层,同时,靴筒与橡胶模压靴底的靴底隔层以100-110公斤/平方厘米的注射压力粘接固定,完成整个劳保靴的制作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种劳保靴的制作方法,其特征在于:所述PVC混合料由以下组分混合而成:
聚氯乙烯树脂 50%
增塑剂DOP 50%。
