Abstract

本发明公开一种环保型皮革清洗剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8‑12份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚6‑10份、山梨醇脂肪酸酯3‑5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1‑3份、棕榈蜡1‑2份、固色剂0.5‑1份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.2‑1份、聚乙二醇1.7‑3.8份、异丙醇2‑3份、抗氧剂0.1‑0.5份、氨基甘油1‑5份、其它助剂1‑2份。本发明采用蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚之间具有复配作用,效果优于单一表面活性剂;加入固色剂,配合氨基甘油,具有很好的固色作用,在多次清洗的情况下,皮革仍然保持原来的颜色,延长皮革使用寿命;本发明清洗剂安全无毒,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮革清洁技术领域,具体是一种环保型皮革清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮革是经脱毛和鞣质等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性且不易腐烂的动物皮,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,手感舒适,其包括生活用革,如用于制作服装和箱包等生活用品的皮革、国防用革、工农业用革和文化体育用品革等。在生活用革等皮革应用中,为了达到增加装饰效果等目的,经染料或颜料染色的有色皮革常被广泛使用。
目前,通常采用皮革清洗剂清洗皮革。现有的皮革清洗剂主要由洗涤剂和溶剂组成,对皮革具有一定的去污、去垢、除脂、去渍等作用,但是,有色皮革在清洗后,或多或少都存在染料或颜料被溶解的现象,从而导致有色皮革掉色或颜色变浅、变旧。在染料或颜料的色牢度较好的情况下,单次清洗的掉色现象通常肉眼可忽略不计,并不影响有色皮革的整体颜色;但是当清洗频率较高时,或者清洗次数累计到一定数量时,有色皮革表现为整体掉色或颜色变浅、变旧,直至皮革洗旧报废。虽然可以将变旧的有色皮革进行涂饰翻新,但在翻新次数稍多后,皮革的皮面上就会积累成很厚的涂层,从而失去原有的粒面的风格,犹如人造革,且皮面变厚变硬,甚至报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型皮革清洗剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种环保型皮革清洗剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8-12份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、山梨醇脂肪酸酯3-5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3份、棕榈蜡1-2份、固色剂0.5-1份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.2-1份、聚乙二醇1.7-3.8份、异丙醇2-3份、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、氨基甘油1-5份、其它助剂1-2份。
进一步方案,所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯中的一种。
进一步方案,所述固色剂为氯化十六烷基吡啶。
进一步方案,所述其它助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、抗菌剂中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种环保型皮革清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将棕榈蜡、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙二醇、异丙醇混合均匀;
(2)依次加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,在500r/min转速下搅拌20min;
(3)最后加入氨基甘油、固色剂、抗氧剂、其它助剂,升温至50-60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得环保型皮革清洗剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚之间具有复配作用,效果优于单一表面活性剂;加入固色剂,配合氨基甘油,具有很好的固色作用,在多次清洗的情况下,皮革仍然保持原来的颜色,延长皮革使用寿命;本发明清洗剂安全无毒,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
将棕榈蜡1kg、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.2kg、聚乙二醇1.7kg、异丙醇2kg混合均匀;
依次加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8kg、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚10kg、山梨醇脂肪酸酯3kg、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1kg,在500r/min转速下搅拌20min;
最后加入氨基甘油1kg、固色剂氯化十六烷基吡啶0.5kg、抗氧剂2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.1kg、消泡剂1kg,升温至50-60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得环保型皮革清洗剂。
实施例2
将棕榈蜡1.5kg、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.6kg、聚乙二醇2.4kg、异丙醇2.5kg混合均匀;
依次加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚10kg、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚6kg、山梨醇脂肪酸酯4kg、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2kg,在500r/min转速下搅拌20min;
最后加入氨基甘油3kg、固色剂氯化十六烷基吡啶0.8kg、抗氧剂双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚0.3kg、消泡剂1kg、抗菌剂1kg,升温至50-60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得环保型皮革清洗剂。
实施例3
将棕榈蜡2kg、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1kg、聚乙二醇3.8kg、异丙醇3kg混合均匀;
依次加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚12kg、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚8kg、山梨醇脂肪酸酯5kg、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3kg,在500r/min转速下搅拌20min;
最后加入氨基甘油5kg、固色剂氯化十六烷基吡啶1kg、抗氧剂四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯0.5kg、流平剂0.5份、抗菌剂1kg,升温至50-60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得环保型皮革清洗剂。

1.一种环保型皮革清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8-12份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、山梨醇脂肪酸酯3-5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3份、棕榈蜡1-2份、固色剂0.5-1份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.2-1份、聚乙二醇1.7-3.8份、异丙醇2-3份、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、氨基甘油1-5份、其它助剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型皮革清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型皮革清洗剂,其特征在于,所述固色剂为氯化十六烷基吡啶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型皮革清洗剂,其特征在于,所述其它助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、抗菌剂中的至少一种。
5.一种制备如权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保型皮革清洗剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将棕榈蜡、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙二醇、异丙醇混合均匀;
(2)依次加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,在500r/mi n转速下搅拌20mi n;
(3)最后加入氨基甘油、固色剂、抗氧剂、其它助剂,升温至50-60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得环保型皮革清洗剂。
