本发明公开了一种异丁醇汽油发动机组合物,采用质量比67%HVIS基础油和33%的聚α‑烯烃复合为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:清净剂、分散剂、抗氧抗腐剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、抗泡剂、粘度指数改进剂、补强剂。本发明组合物具有低的灰分,防止火花因积炭而堵塞,良好的高温润滑性、清净分散性、増溶性、碱值保持性、防腐性、防锈性、抗乳化性、抗剪切性、抗磨性、減少低温油泥生成及抗醇类污染性。

一种异丁醇汽油发动机组合物
技术领域
本发明一种异丁醇汽油发动机组合物属于汽油发动机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
异丁醇易燃,具有刺激性,无色透明液体,有特殊气味,沸点107℃,微溶于水,易溶于乙醇和乙醚。其分子式:C4H9OH,分子量74.12,密度0.802,熔点-108℃,闪点28℃,其广泛应用于有机合成的原料,高级溶剂。用作分析试剂、溶剂及萃取剂以及用作硝酸纤维素的助溶剂,包括聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、多种油类、橡胶、天然树脂的溶剂。也可用于丁醇类燃料的助剂,与汽油的调和比为1~30%(m)。部分替代汽油做为燃料。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有低的灰分,防止火花因积炭而堵塞,良好的高温润滑性、清净分散性、増溶性、碱值保持性、防腐性、防锈性、抗乳化性、抗剪切性、抗磨性、減少低温油泥生成及抗醇类污染性的异丁醇汽油发动机组合物。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种异丁醇汽油发动机组合物,采用质量比67%HVIS基础油和33%的聚α-烯烃复合为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

清净剂是质量比50%的中碱值石油磺酸钙T102和50%的超高碱值合成磺酸镁T107的复合;分散剂是聚乙丁烯二酰亚胺T161。
抗氧抗腐剂是质量比50%的硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203和硫磷化脂肪酸锌盐的复合物。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯骈三氮唑T706和50%的环烷酸锌T704的复合。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的二烷基二苯胺T534和50%的环烷酸铜的复合。
金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551;抗泡剂是丙烯酸与醚共聚物T911。
粘度指数改进剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯T602。
补强剂是中碱值硫化烷基酚钙T121。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的组合物具有低的灰分,防止火花因积炭而堵塞,良好的高温润滑性、清净分散性、増溶性、碱值保持性、防腐性、防锈性、抗乳化性、抗剪切性、抗磨性、減少低温油泥生成及抗醇类污染性。
