技术领域
本发明属于表面处理技术,涉及一种石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
带锈涂料是低表面处理涂料的一种,主要指除了具备通用防腐底漆的防腐功能,同时兼具有可在锈蚀后带锈的钢铁表面进行涂装使用的一类防腐防锈底漆。钢铁一旦发生腐蚀,铁锈成分松散不紧密,与金属本体的附着力小,会大量吸收水分和腐蚀介质,导致腐蚀加速。因此对已经发生锈蚀的钢表面如何进行有效防护,是行业界关注的热点。工程结构维修保养过程中,如不能进行喷砂处理和明火操作的部位(如油罐)、工程表面处理难度大的部位(如跨海桥梁)等,普通涂料无法在上述低表面处理的表面进行涂装,造成了钢结构的保养困难。带锈涂料可用于上述修补保养困难的钢结构表面,以满足某些特殊场所不能进行彻底除锈的需求。水性涂料由于以水作为溶剂,在生产制造和施工时对环境的污染较传统涂料大大降低,因此已经成为了涂料行业未来的主要发展方向,水性带锈涂料不仅具有施工低除锈要求的优点,并且几乎无有害物质排放,具有广阔的市场前景和发展潜力。目前已经有一定数量的关于水性带锈涂料研究,如中国专利CN103305076A,CN103897510A,CN102838914A等,但上述专利发明的水性带锈涂料在介质屏蔽能力和防腐性能方面均有限,需要配合其他表面涂料的涂装实现带锈和防腐的双重功能,造成了其使用寿命的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提出一种石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料及其制备和使用方法,以便提高水性带锈涂料在介质屏蔽能力和防腐性能方面的能力,延长其使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案是:一种石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料,其特征在于,它是成膜物、转化剂、助剂、填料和水的混合物,水占混合物重量的8%~15%,转化剂占混合物重量的8%~10%,助剂占混合物重量的1%~2%,填料占混合物重量的15%~20%,余量为成膜物;成膜物为偏氯乙烯与石墨烯改性丙烯酸的共聚乳液,其中,石墨烯为10层以下结构;转化剂为单宁酸、磷酸、乙二胺四乙酸或草酸中的一种或几种的混合物;助剂为醇类防冻剂、铵盐分散剂、矿物油消泡剂和聚氨酯增稠剂的混合物;填料是沉淀硫酸钡和硅酸铝锶的混合物,沉淀硫酸钡和硅酸铝锶的重量比为1:1~2。
如上面所述的石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备的步骤如下:
1、配料:按比例分别称取各种原料;
2、预混合:将水加入带有搅拌装置的容器中,向称取的水中加入转化剂和助剂,在1000rpm~1500rpm转速下搅拌分散至少5min,继续搅拌并逐渐加入填料,搅拌均匀后即得到混合液;
3、研磨:将混合液放入砂磨机研磨,直至细度低于40μm后出料,得到色浆;
4、混合:向色浆中加入成膜物,在300rpm~1000rpm转速下搅拌分散至少5min,即得到石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料。
如上面所述石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料的使用方法,其特征在于,使用的步骤如下:
1、基底预处理:用砂纸或喷砂装置将待涂覆基底表面的浮锈和氧化皮等去除,可保留一定量的表面铁锈,之后用汽油或丙酮清洗待涂覆基底表面并晾干;
2、涂覆:向基底表面刷涂或使用喷枪喷涂石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料,涂覆厚度为0.07mm~0.5mm;
3、固化:将涂覆的石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料涂层在常温环境下固化5天~7天。
本发明的优点是:提出了一种石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料及其制备和使用方法,提高了水性带锈涂料在介质屏蔽能力和防腐性能方面的能力,延长了其使用寿命。
具体实施方式

3、研磨:将混合液放入砂磨机研磨,直至细度低于40μm后出料,得到色浆;
4、混合:向色浆中加入成膜物,在300rpm~1000rpm转速下搅拌分散至少5min,即得到石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料。

1、基底预处理:用砂纸或喷砂装置将待涂覆基底表面的浮锈和氧化皮等去除,可保留一定量的表面铁锈,之后用汽油或丙酮清洗待涂覆基底表面并晾干;
2、涂覆:向基底表面刷涂或使用喷枪喷涂石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料,涂覆厚度为0.07mm~0.5mm;
3、固化:将涂覆的石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料涂层在常温环境下固化5天~7天。
本发明的工作原理是:石墨烯是近年研究进展较快的一种材料,由于其二维结构的特点而展现出了极为优异的电学、热学、力学等方面的性能,并且由于尺寸效应和超高比表面积,石墨烯材料已经广泛应用于防腐领域。本发明首先使用石墨烯改性丙烯酸树脂乳液,之后与偏氯乙烯进行共聚合,得到石墨烯改性的树脂体系,之后与转化剂、助剂和填料复配后研磨分散,即可得到具有锈转化和防腐双功能的水性涂料。
实施例1
1、配料:分别称取偏氯乙烯与石墨烯改性丙烯酸共聚乳液60g,单宁酸5g,乙二胺四乙酸5g,乙二醇1g,铵盐分散剂0.6g,矿物油消泡剂0.1g,聚氨酯增稠剂0.3g,沉淀硫酸钡10g,硅酸铝锶10g,水8g。
2、预混合:向称取的水中加入单宁酸,乙二胺四乙酸,铵盐分散剂,矿物油消泡剂和聚氨酯增稠剂,在1500rpm转速下搅拌分散5min,继续搅拌并逐渐加入沉淀硫酸钡和硅酸铝锶,搅拌均匀后即得到混合液;
3、研磨:将混合液放入砂磨机研磨,直至细度低于40μm后出料,得到色浆;
4、混合:向色浆中加入成膜物,在1000rpm转速下搅拌分散5min,即得到石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料。

1、配料:分别称取偏氯乙烯与石墨烯改性丙烯酸共聚乳液61g,草酸5g,乙二胺四乙酸3g,乙二醇0.5g,铵盐分散剂0.3g,矿物油消泡剂0.1g,聚氨酯增稠剂0.1g,沉淀硫酸钡5g,硅酸铝锶10g,水15g。
2、预混合:向称取的水中加入单宁酸,乙二胺四乙酸,铵盐分散剂,矿物油消泡剂和聚氨酯增稠剂,在1000rpm转速下搅拌分散10min,继续搅拌并逐渐加入沉淀硫酸钡和硅酸铝锶,搅拌均匀后即得到混合液;
3、研磨:将混合液放入砂磨机研磨,直至细度低于40μm后出料,得到色浆;

2、预混合:向称取的水中加入磷酸,乙二胺四乙酸,铵盐分散剂,矿物油消泡剂和聚氨酯增稠剂,在1500rpm转速下搅拌分散5min,继续搅拌并逐渐加入沉淀硫酸钡和硅酸铝锶,搅拌均匀后即得到混合液;
3、研磨:将混合液放入砂磨机研磨,直至细度低于40μm后出料,得到色浆;
4、混合:向色浆中加入成膜物,在800rpm转速下搅拌分散10min,即得到石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料。
如上面所述石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料的使用方法,其特征在于,使用的步骤如下:
1、基底预处理:用砂纸或喷砂装置将待涂覆基底表面的浮锈和氧化皮等去除,可保留一定量的表面铁锈,之后用汽油或丙酮清洗待涂覆基底表面并晾干;

2.2、预混合:将水加入带有搅拌装置的容器中,向称取的水中加入转化剂和助剂,在1000rpm~1500rpm转速下搅拌分散至少5min,继续搅拌并逐渐加入填料,搅拌均匀后即得到混合液;
2.3、研磨:将混合液放入砂磨机研磨,直至细度低于40μm后出料,得到色浆;
2.4、混合:向色浆中加入成膜物,在300rpm~1000rpm转速下搅拌分散至少5min,即得到石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料。
3.如权利要求1所述石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料的使用方法,其特征在于,使用的步骤如下:
3.1、基底预处理:用砂纸或喷砂装置将待涂覆基底表面的浮锈和氧化皮等去除,可保留一定量的表面铁锈,之后用汽油或丙酮清洗待涂覆基底表面并晾干;
3.2、涂覆:向基底表面刷涂或使用喷枪喷涂石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料,涂覆厚度为0.07mm~0.5mm;
3.3、固化:将涂覆的石墨烯增强水性带锈涂料涂层在常温环境下固化5天~7天。
