Abstract

本发明是一种焊接工装,其特征在于:该夹具组用于承托钢瓶筒体压弯件压弯后对组后的焊接操作,该工装为对称设置的左夹紧单元以及右夹紧单元;所述的左夹紧单元包括左焊接台,设置在左焊接台上部的焊接底座,在焊接底座的上部连接伸缩板,在伸缩板上设置翻转工位以及纵向调整工位,所述的翻转工位套接在调整工位上,在翻转工位中设置钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具,在连接翻翻转工位中还设有套接钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具的固定导套,本发明的有益效果:利用对称焊接夹紧单元,实焊接的稳定性,利用翻转和翻转微调装置可以有效的调整焊接的角度便于焊接,大大提高生产质量。设置限位装置将筒体固定,减少人工操作,大大降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊接工装,尤其是涉及一种钢瓶筒体压弯件焊接工装。
背景技术
目前,在焊接体积较大的液化气钢瓶时候,由于体积和材料的问题,在焊接中需要吊装焊机,这样在焊接中焊接的摆动较大,容易造成焊接偏差导致焊接件焊接不合格。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢瓶筒体压弯件焊接工装,解决大型的钢瓶筒体压弯件焊接稳定的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种钢瓶筒体压弯件焊接工装,其特征在于:该夹具组用于承托钢瓶筒体压弯件压弯后对组后的焊接操作,该工装为对称设置的左夹紧单元以及右夹紧单元;
所述的左夹紧单元包括左焊接台,设置在左焊接台上部的焊接底座,在焊接底座的上部连接伸缩板,在伸缩板上设置翻转工位以及纵向调整工位,所述的翻转工位套接在调整工位上,在翻转工位中设置钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具,在连接翻翻转工位中还设有套接钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具的固定导套,
所述的钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具包括连接杆,设置在连接杆端部的承托块,在承托块中设置卡紧斜槽,
所述的纵向调整工位包括设置在伸缩板上部的滑动杆,滑动杆与翻转工位之间设置上锁紧块。
进一步,所述的翻转工位包括包括翻转块主体、设置在翻转块主体中的弧形滑块,所述的弧形滑块设置控制锁紧块。
进一步,所述的左焊接台上与连接杆之间还设置翻转微调装置。
具体的所述的翻转微调装置包括设置在左焊接台上调整电机、连接调整电机的减速器、连接减速器的驱动带,所述的驱动带与连接杆端部设置的调节轮连接。
作为选优,所述的承托块与伸缩板之间设置辅助架结构。
具体的,所述的辅助架结构包括辅助斜杆,辅助斜杆的一端连接在承托块侧面,辅助斜杆的另一端连接在伸缩板上设置的侧向滑块中。
本发明的有益效果:利用对称焊接夹紧单元,实现了焊接的稳定性,利用翻转和翻转微调装置可以有效的调整焊接的角度便于焊接,大大提高生产质量。设置限位装置将筒体固定,减少人工操作,大大降低成本。

实施例1,如图1、2所示,一种钢瓶筒体压弯件焊接工装,其特征在于:该夹具组用于承托钢瓶筒体压弯件20压弯后对组后的焊接操作,该工装为对称设置的左夹紧单元以及右夹紧单元;
所述的左夹紧单元包括焊接台1,设置在焊接台1上部的焊接底座2,在焊接底座2的上部连接伸缩板3,在伸缩板3上设置翻转工位以及纵向调整工位,所述的翻转工位套接在调整工位上,在翻转工位中设置钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具,在连接翻翻转工位中还设有套接钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具的固定导套18,
所述的钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具包括连接杆4,设置在连接杆4端部的承托块5,在承托块5中设置卡紧斜槽6,
所述的纵向调整工位包括设置在伸缩板3上部的滑动杆7,滑动杆7与翻转工位之间设置上锁紧块8。
进一步,所述的翻转工位包括包括翻转块主体9、设置在翻转块主体9中的弧形滑块10,所述的弧形滑块10设置控制锁紧块11。
进一步,所述的左焊接台1上与连接杆4之间还设置翻转微调装置。
具体的所述的翻转微调装置包括设置在左焊接台1上调整电机12、连接调整电机12的减速器13、连接减速器13的驱动带14,所述的驱动带14与连接杆4端部设置调节轮15。
作为选优,所述的承托块5与伸缩板3之间设置辅助架结构。
具体的,所述的辅助架结构包括辅助斜杆16,辅助斜杆16的一端连接在承托块5侧面,辅助斜杆16的另一端连接在伸缩板3上设置的侧向滑块17中。利用对称焊接夹紧单元,实焊接的稳定性,利用翻转和翻转微调装置可以有效的调整焊接的角度便于焊接,大大提高生产质量。设置限位装置将筒体固定,减少人工操作,大大降低成本。

所述的左夹紧单元包括左焊接台,设置在左焊接台上部的焊接底座,在焊接底座的上部连接伸缩板,在伸缩板上设置翻转工位以及纵向调整工位,所述的翻转工位套接在调整工位上,在翻转工位中设置钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具,在连接翻转工位中还设有套接钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具的固定导套,
所述的钢瓶筒体压弯件托起夹具包括连接杆,设置在连接杆端部的承托块,在承托块中设置卡紧斜槽,
所述的纵向调整工位包括设置在伸缩板上部的滑动杆,滑动杆与翻转工位之间设置上锁紧块,
所述的翻转工位包括翻转块主体、设置在翻转块主体中的弧形滑块,所述的弧形滑块设置控制锁紧块;
所述的左焊接台上与连接杆之间还设置翻转微调装置;
