技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于运输工件的输送系统。
背景技术
利用这样的输送系统,例如将坯件输送至加工机械并且又将成品送走。由DE29922101U1公开了一种闭合式板输送系统,借此能竖立地输送具有平坦安放面的物体。具有镰刀形输送板的循环旋转的滚子链用作输送机构。能在机床中自动收纳在拾取站内的工件须提前被定中。通常,只能在将加工完的工件卸下后使坯件运动到装载位置。由此一来,机床装载工件所需要的时间被延长。
发明内容
本发明的任务是改善机床的工件装载并缩短为此所需要的时间。
该任务将利用根据本发明第一方面的输送系统来完成。

具体实施方式
图1以俯视图示出了该输送系统的局部。工件5利用输送板2沿箭头4的方向运动。输送板2在壳体1中沿着具有弯曲部的轨道被引导。为了精确定位和横向于运动方向的引导,多个牵引架3被安置到输送板2上。这些牵引架利用输送板无形状配合地通过摩擦力被带动。牵引架3在内侧具有沿运动方向缩窄的棱柱引导机构6。借此,工件5横向于运动方向被定位。当移入装载位置9时,牵引架3由侧向引导机构7横向于运动方向地被对准,借助定位十字件8被止挡并且在运动方向上被精确定位。此时,输送板2能够因为与牵引架3的摩擦配合而继续进一步运动。这也从安全角度看是有利的,因为与在以形状配合方式运动的牵引架情况下不同的是,不存在针对操作者的挤压危险。其它细节在图2中结合剖面A-A来描述。在壳体1的内部,循环的滚子链11在引导机构10中被引导。滚子链由未示出的驱动机构被置入运动状态中。输送板2松弛地安放在壳体1的顶面上。销12位于输送板的底面上,所述销穿过壳体1内的缝隙插入滚子链11的开口中。通过这种方式,输送板2以形状配合方式被滚子链11带动。牵引架3在底面设置有引导螺栓13,所述引导螺栓阻止输送板2侧向向下滑离。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于运输工件(5)的输送系统,该输送系统具有滚子链(11),该滚子链沿着带有弯曲部的轨道被引导,其中该工件(5)贴靠在与所述滚子链(11)以形状配合方式连接的输送板(2)上,其特征在于,所述工件(5)能利用牵引架(3)在运动方向上被定位,所述牵引架(3)同样贴靠在所述输送板(2)上并且能通过摩擦力而被所述输送板(2)带动,所述输送系统具有定位十字件(8),所述工件(5)能与所述牵引架(3)一起利用所述定位十字件(8)在运动方向上被定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送系统,其特征在于,所述工件(5)通过棱柱引导机构(6)横向于所述运动方向被定位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输送系统,其特征在于,所述滚子链(11)能在所述工件(5)的定位之前、定位过程中和定位之后随所述输送板(2)连续进一步运动。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的输送系统,其特征在于,所述牵引架(3)利用引导螺栓(13)在所述输送板(2)上横向于运动方向被引导。
5.根据权利要求1所述的输送系统,所述输送系统具有装载位置(9)和与该装载位置相关的侧向引导机构(7),其特征在于,所述牵引架(3)的侧面能利用该侧向引导机构(7)平行于所述运动方向被对准。
