技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆轮箍的外胎，其包括用于固定其至车辆轮箍的装置。
背景技术
在车辆轮箍上使用外胎对于个性化车辆外观是常用的。通常，这些外胎由塑性材料制造且固定至轮箍的由金属制造的轮辋。
考虑到由于轮箍的旋转速度、风力和振动的外胎经受的力，外胎必须以牢固的方式固定至车辆的轮辋，其在很长一段时间内阻止外胎从轮箍脱离。

使用本发明的用于轮箍的外胎，解决所引述的缺点，呈现下述其它优点。
本发明的用于轮箍的外胎包括允许所述外胎固定至轮箍的轮辋的固定装置且特征在于所述固定装置包括多个突出部，所述突出部的每一个与固定元件关联。
有利地，每个固定元件容纳在所述突出部中的一个的内部中，且每个固定元件优选包括凸块，所述凸块在使用位置中容纳在与突出部互补的孔的内部中。
而且，每个固定元件优选包括外部凸出物，所述外部凸出物在其使用的位置中紧靠所述突出部内壁，且每个突出部包括带斜面的外部法兰，所述法兰限定一个或多个倾斜平面，所述倾斜平面允许外胎在轮箍上固定或者其固定在轮箍上或从轮箍移除。
根据本发明的优选实施例，每个固定元件限定具有边孔的基本上圆柱形形状且每个突出部也限定具有边孔的基本上圆柱形形状。
有利地，固定元件由金属制造且突出部由塑性材料制造。
使用本发明的用于轮箍的外胎，除其它优点外，还实现以下优点：
——允许从轮箍的正面部分安装/移除(在压力下)塑性外胎，这在很大程度上便于在车辆售出后通过由终端用户和/或汽车代理商简单地互换塑性外胎而个性化轮箍。汽车制造商高度看重这种可能性。
——允许在汽车制造商的装配线上在压力下塑性外胎在车辆轮辋上的正面安装。其提供用于个性化车辆的更大灵活性，这是汽车制造商的市场和销售部门极度欣赏的特征。基于在轿车制造商的装配线上在车辆轮辋上安装塑性外胎意味减少在汽车制造商的工厂里用于存储轮辋的所要求空间。这在各种外胎型号(诸如，例如不同颜色)可安装在一个轮辋型号上的情况下是显著的优点。

Claims (10)
