技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂领域,特别涉及一种纺织用防皱助剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
通常,人们洗完的衣服在晾干之后会产生不同程度的褶皱,而最常用的方法就是用熨斗或者挂烫机将其熨平。这种防皱方法存在耗时耗电耗力等不足,特别是对于时间紧张的上班族而言,防皱衣服显得尤为重要。防皱衣服即是用防皱剂进行衣物的防皱整理。防皱整理主要用于纤维素纤维及其纺织物。防皱整理试讲织物在一定条件下,用适当的整理剂进行处理,使整理剂和纤维大分子上的羟基形成交联,从而适当纤维素大分子上的羟基封闭,降低织物在形变时由于纤维大分子上羟基之间氢键的拆散和重建而导致的褶皱,以此来提高织物的防皱性能。防皱整理工艺主要为浸轧、预烘、烘焙、后处理四个阶段。
传统的防皱整理剂大多为甲醛整理剂,但是其存在毒性较大的问题。而伴随着国内外绿色环保意识的不断增强,无甲醛防皱整理已成为发展趋势。已开发的无甲醛整理剂如环氧树脂、双羟乙基砜、多元羧酸以及水溶性聚氨酯等,在应用中取得了一定的成效,但都存在一定的缺点,如防皱性能不显著、泛黄、工艺复杂等。因此,开发一种防皱性强、对衣物损伤小、不泛黄等综合性能好的防皱整理剂成为研究的热点。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种纺织用防皱助剂及其制备方法,通过改变防皱助剂的组成成分,使得该助剂能够结合纤维素大分子上更多的羟基,与其形成交联,使得防皱性能得到提高,对衣物的损伤降低,衣物处理后不泛黄。

一种纺织用防皱助剂,包含如下重量组份的各物质:4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐10-16份、4-氯-3-甲酚7-13份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟15-20份、二乙二醇二乙烯基醚8-13份、二甲酰亚胺9-16份、愈创甘油醚5-10份、N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸7-10份、硫酸钠6-10份、异丙醇10-15份、N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺4-9份、去离子水25-30份。
进一步的,所述4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐12-15份、4-氯-3-甲酚8-11份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟17-20份、二乙二醇二乙烯基醚9-12份、二甲酰亚胺11-14份、愈创甘油醚6-9份、N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸7-9份、硫酸钠8-10份、异丙醇12-15份、N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺5-8份、去离子水26-29份。

一种纺织用防皱助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐10-16份、4-氯-3-甲酚7-13份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟15-20份和异丙醇10-15份混合,超声处理10-15min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺9-16份、愈创甘油醚5-10份和N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸7-10份混合,超声处理10-20min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺4-9份、硫酸钠6-10份和去离子水25-30份,在压力0.5-1Mpa下,在温度120-140℃下搅拌回流反应2-4h,得反应液C;将二乙二醇二乙烯基醚8-13份加入反应液C中,微波加热反应5-12min;待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。

本发明所述一种纺织用防皱助剂的制备方法,通过加入2,3-丁烷二酮一肟、N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸、N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺和二乙二醇二乙烯基醚等物质,并采用压力反应釜反应提高了该防皱助剂与纤维素大分子上羟基的结合力,进而提高了防皱性能,且使用该防皱助剂对衣物的损伤降低,衣物处理后不泛黄。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐10份、4-氯-3-甲酚7份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟15份和异丙醇10份混合,功率2000W超声处理10min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺9份、愈创甘油醚5份和N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸7份混合,功率2500W超声处理10min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺4份、硫酸钠6份和去离子水25份,在压力0.5Mpa下,在温度120℃下以速率600r/min搅拌回流反应2h,得反应液C;将二乙二醇二乙烯基醚8份加入反应液C中,微波3500W加热反应5min;待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。
对比例1
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐10份、4-氯-3-甲酚7份和异丙醇10份混合,功率2000W超声处理10min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺9份和愈创甘油醚5份混合,功率2500W超声处理10min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入硫酸钠6份和去离子水25份,在温度120℃下以速率600r/min搅拌回流反应2h,待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。
实施例2
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐16份、4-氯-3-甲酚13份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟20份和异丙醇15份混合,功率2000W超声处理15min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺16份、愈创甘油醚10份和N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸10份混合,功率2500W超声处理20min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺9份、硫酸钠10份和去离子水30份,在压力1Mpa下,在温度140℃下以速率800r/min搅拌回流反应4h,得反应液C;将二乙二醇二乙烯基醚13份加入反应液C中,微波3500W加热反应12min;待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。
对比例2
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐16份、4-氯-3-甲酚13份和异丙醇15份混合,功率2000W超声处理15min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺16份、愈创甘油醚10份混合,功率2500W超声处理20min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入硫酸钠10份和去离子水30份,在温度140℃下以速率800r/min搅拌回流反应4h,待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。
实施例3
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐12份、4-氯-3-甲酚11份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟20份和异丙醇12份混合,功率2000W超声处理15min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺11份、愈创甘油醚6份和N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸7份混合,功率2500W超声处理20min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺5份、硫酸钠10份和去离子水26份,在压力0.7Mpa下,在温度130℃下以速率800r/min搅拌回流反应3h,得反应液C;将二乙二醇二乙烯基醚12份加入反应液C中,微波3500W加热反应12min;待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。
实施例4
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐15份、4-氯-3-甲酚8份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟17份和异丙醇15份混合,功率2000W超声处理10min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺14份、愈创甘油醚9份和N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸9份混合,功率2500W超声处理15min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺8份、硫酸钠8份和去离子水29份,在压力0.85Mpa下,在温度140℃下以速率700r/min搅拌回流反应2h,得反应液C;将二乙二醇二乙烯基醚9份加入反应液C中,微波3500W加热反应10min;待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。
实施例5
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐14份、4-氯-3-甲酚10份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟19份和异丙醇13份混合,功率2000W超声处理12min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺13份、愈创甘油醚8份和N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸8份混合,功率2500W超声处理15min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺7份、硫酸钠9份和去离子水28份,在压力0.75Mpa下,在温度135℃下以速率700r/min搅拌回流反应3.5h,得反应液C;将二乙二醇二乙烯基醚11份加入反应液C中,微波3500W加热反应8min;待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。
对以上各个实施例和对比例所得到的防皱助剂应用于相同工艺的织物处理中,随后用织物折痕恢复性能测试仪检测其折痕回复性能,结果如下表,各个实施例试验的折皱回复角明显大于对比例的,且弯曲滞后矩2HB小于对比例的,表明本发明所得防皱助剂良好的防皱性能,且经考察,使用该防皱助剂对衣物的损伤降低,衣物处理后不泛黄。
本发明不限于这里的实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,不脱离本发明范畴所做出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种纺织用防皱助剂,其特征在于,包含如下重量组份的各物质:4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐10-16份、4-氯-3-甲酚7-13份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟15-20份、二乙二醇二乙烯基醚8-13份、二甲酰亚胺9-16份、愈创甘油醚5-10份、N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸7-10份、硫酸钠6-10份、异丙醇10-15份、N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺4-9份、去离子水25-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用防皱助剂,其特征在于,所述4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐12-15份、4-氯-3-甲酚8-11份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟17-20份、二乙二醇二乙烯基醚9-12份、二甲酰亚胺11-14份、愈创甘油醚6-9份、N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸7-9份、硫酸钠8-10份、异丙醇12-15份、N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺5-8份、去离子水26-29份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织用防皱助剂,其特征在于,所述4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐14份、4-氯-3-甲酚10份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟19份、二乙二醇二乙烯基醚11份、二甲酰亚胺13份、愈创甘油醚8份、N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸8份、硫酸钠9份、异丙醇13份、N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺7份、去离子水28份。
4.一种纺织用防皱助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将4-氨基苯酚盐酸盐10-16份、4-氯-3-甲酚7-13份、2,3-丁烷二酮一肟15-20份和异丙醇10-15份混合,超声处理10-15min,得混合液A;
S2:将二甲酰亚胺9-16份、愈创甘油醚5-10份和N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸7-10份混合,超声处理10-20min,得混合液B;
S3:将步骤S1中混合液A和步骤S2中混合液B加入压力反应釜中,随后加入N-苯甲酰苯基羟胺4-9份、硫酸钠6-10份和去离子水25-30份,在压力0.5-1Mpa下,在温度120-140℃下搅拌回流反应2-4h,得反应液C;将二乙二醇二乙烯基醚8-13份加入反应液C中,微波加热反应5-12min;待冷却后即可得到所述纺织用防皱助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织用防皱助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述超声处理的功率为2000W,超声处理12min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织用防皱助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述超声处理的功率为2500W,超声处理15min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织用防皱助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述压力为0.75MPa,在温度135℃下以速率600-800r/min搅拌反应3.5h;微波功率为3500W,加热反应8min。
