本发明涉及一种聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液及免烫后整理工艺,所述的免烫整理液由80‑100 g/L聚氨酯、7‑9g/L氯化镁、0.1‑0.2g/L甲醛捕捉剂、去离子水组成,适用于棉丝混纺成衣的免烫整理。所述的免烫后整理工艺包括水洗、堆叠、配药、准备、浸药、挤干、定湿烘干、定型压烫、焙烘定型、缓冷回湿、清洗,本发明工艺简单,且大大缩短成衣的后整理时间,提高了生产厂房的利用率,能完全满足客户追求环保、天然的需求。

本发明涉及服装加工技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液及免烫后整理工艺。
背景技术
棉丝衬衫是最受欢迎的高质量纺材之一,由于蚕丝纤维制成的棉丝衬衫悬垂性好,透气性高,柔软滑爽,外观华贵、穿着舒适,同时具有一定的保健性和较高的干态折皱回复角。
但棉丝衬衫的一个严重的缺点是,由于蚕丝纤维的蛋白质大分子之间不存在化学交联,当丝纤维吸水膨润时,盐键发生断裂,同时,湿态时水分子破坏了纤维大分子之间的氢键,因此当受到外力作用时,分子链很容易发生相对滑移,外力去除时,分子间又没有足够的约束力使其回复到原来的位置,这使得棉丝衬衫湿抗皱性很差,大大影响了衣物的实用效果,因此有必要对棉丝衬衫进行抗皱整理。
免烫性就是织物在穿着过程中具有抗皱性,在洗涤后无需熨烫仍能保持良好的平整状态或褶裥、形态稳定,即整理织物在干湿状态下都具有优良的抗皱性能。目前国内的免烫技术,主要是液氨整理和树脂处理等。
“液氨整理”时氨瞬时渗入纤维内部,使棉纤维的纤维结晶结构发生变化,纤维内部的扭曲应力减小或消失,从而起到抗皱的效果,也提升了织物的拉仲强力和撕破强力,提高了织物的尺寸稳定性,大幅度地改善织物洗涤时表现出的收缩性,同时纤维之间的滑爽感增强,表面变得光滑,使棉纤维表现出优良的柔软性。即使反复洗涤仍可保持良好的手感。但由于“液氨”本身所具有的危险性,故一般企业已经不再采用该技术。
“树脂处理”则是采用树脂等添加剂,来改变纤维及织物的物理和化学性能,提高织物防缩、防皱性能。树脂与两个纤维素分子中的羟基形成共价交联,将相邻的分子链互相联结起来,减少了由于氢键拆散所导致的不能立即回复的形变,使纤维从形变中的回复能力获得提高。因此,要提高棉丝混纺织物折皱回复的能力,最为有效的办法就是在纤维无定形区内引入适量的、稳定的交联。棉丝混纺织物在特种整理剂处理后,整理剂便以单分子或缩聚物的形式在无定形区的分子链间生成共价交键,犹如整理剂单分子伸出了两只强有力的“大手”紧紧抓住无定形区的分子链,在纤维分子链间产生牵制和固定的作用,使其不能产生相对位移,这样就减少了不能立即回复的形变,从而提高了纤维的变形回复能力,达到抗皱免烫的目的。
为了获得较好的最终成衣免烫效果,要求免烫整理液与面料中的纤维进行充分的反应。目前通常采用的后整理方法包括四个步骤:(1)对成衣成衣进行水洗;(2)使面料充分浸泡在免烫整理试剂中洗涤;(3)将洗涤后的成衣静态悬挂一段时间;(4)再次水洗去除多余的试剂后烘干包装。此成衣后整理工艺不仅生产周期长、占用大量的生产厂房,而且免烫整理试剂利用率低,生产成本过高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种成衣的免烫后整理工艺,以期在获得较佳免烫效果的同时,大大缩短成衣的后整理时间。
本发明所述的一种聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液,其特征在于:所述免烫整理液有效成分包括80-100 g/L 聚氨酯、7-9g/L氯化镁、0.1-0.2g/L甲醛捕捉剂,所述免烫整理液的稀释剂为去离子水。
本发明所述的一种聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液,其特征在于:所述免烫整理液还包括D3柔软剂,所述D3柔软剂的用量为0.8-2g/L。
本发明所述的聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液处理的成衣免烫后整理工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)水洗:提取缝制好的棉丝混纺成衣,进行水洗,去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍,并甩干;
(2)堆叠:对所述棉丝混纺成衣逐件进行平铺,堆叠,并放置到专用辅助浸药工装上;
(3)配药:根据本发明所述聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液配制,并将免烫整理液的PH调整至7.5;
(4)准备:将步骤(3)中所述免烫整理液注入浸药池内,然后将步骤(2)中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤(2)所述的待处理棉丝混纺成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
(5)浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟2-3次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣,使所述棉丝混纺成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持5-10分钟浸药时间;
(6)挤干:将已充分浸润免烫整理液的所述棉丝混纺成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,反复挤压3-5次所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣,使棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至30%-45%;
(7)定湿烘干:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用45℃-55℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至10%-20%;
(8)定型压烫:将步骤(7)处理后的棉丝混纺成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用160℃-170℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为8-10秒,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
(9)焙烘定型:将步骤(8)处理的所述棉丝混纺成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为140℃-150℃,时间为5-6分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
(10)缓冷回湿:将步骤(9)处理后的所述棉丝混纺成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮,所述恒温恒湿室的条件为:温度22℃,相对湿度75%,处理时间为4小时;
(11)清洗:将步骤(10)处理后的所述棉丝混纺成衣放入水温30℃的清水中重复清洗2次以上,去除未反应的免烫整理液等溶剂,脱水烘干;
(12)将处理过后的所述成衣成品通过传送装置送入后道工序。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中甲醛捕捉剂为MCH-680。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中还包括D3柔软剂,所述D3柔软剂的用量为0.8-2g/L。
本发明通过成衣免烫后整理工艺步骤5中所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装的挤压频率,加速所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣的吸液速率,使所述棉丝混纺成衣快速实现浸润平衡,缩短所述成衣的浸药时间。步骤6中将所述棉丝混纺成衣与所述浸药池分离后,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,不仅可以快速实现棉丝混纺成衣的挤干速率,同时更方便的实现了免烫整理液的重复利用。
本发明所述成衣免烫后整理工艺步骤7采用45℃-55℃低温烘烤处理,不仅可以进一步加速所述免烫整理液与所述棉丝混纺成衣的反应速率,而且实现了所述棉丝混纺成衣的定湿烘干,可以使所述棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至10%-20%。所述成衣经免烫后整理工艺步骤8的高温定型压烫处理后,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应的同时实现了成衣初步定型。将步骤(8)处理的所述棉丝混纺成衣悬挂,并经所述成衣免烫后整理工艺步骤9焙烘再定型后,进一步使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维完全发生交联反应,提高棉丝混纺成衣的抗皱持久性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
采用本发明的后整理工艺,不仅能得到尺寸和形态稳定性能的棉丝混纺成衣,抗皱性符合GB/T 18863-2002《免烫纺织品》服用面料的要求,且大大缩短成衣的后整理时间,提高了生产厂房的利用率。本发明工艺简单,且能完全满足客户追求环保、天然的需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种成衣的免烫后整理工艺,所述的后整理工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)水洗:提取缝制好的棉丝混纺成衣,进行水洗,去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍,并甩干;
(2)堆叠:对所述棉丝混纺成衣逐件进行平铺,堆叠,并放置到专用辅助浸药工装上;
(3)配药:配置免烫整理液,通过加入稀释剂去离子水,调整所述免烫整理液各组分达到如下浓度:80g/L聚氨酯、7g/L氯化镁、0.1/L甲醛捕捉剂,并调整免烫整理液的PH=7.5;
(4)准备:将步骤(3)中所述免烫整理液注入浸药池内,然后将步骤(2)中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤(2)所述的待处理棉丝混纺成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;

(6)挤干:将已充分浸润免烫整理液的所述棉丝混纺成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,反复挤压5次所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣,使棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至30%;
(7)定湿烘干:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用45℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至10%;
(8)定型压烫:将步骤(7)处理后的棉丝混纺成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用170℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为8秒,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
(9)焙烘定型:将步骤(8)处理的所述棉丝混纺成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为150℃,时间为5分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
(10)缓冷回湿:将步骤(9)处理后的所述棉丝混纺成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮,所述恒温恒湿室的条件为:温度22℃,相对湿度75%,处理时间为4小时;
(11)清洗:将步骤(10)处理后的所述棉丝混纺成衣放入水温30℃的清水中重复清洗2次,去除未反应的免烫整理液等溶剂,脱水烘干;
(12)将处理过后的所述成衣成品通过传送装置送入后道工序。
采用上述后整理工艺处理后得到的成衣,成衣的尺寸和形态稳定性能得到显著提高,抗皱性符合GB/T 18863-2002《免烫纺织品》服用面料的要求,且能完全满足客户追求环保、天然的需求。
实施例2:
一种成衣的免烫后整理工艺,所述的后整理工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)水洗:提取缝制好的棉丝混纺成衣,进行水洗,去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍,并甩干;
(2)堆叠:对所述棉丝混纺成衣逐件进行平铺,堆叠,并放置到专用辅助浸药工装上;
(3)配药:配置免烫整理液,通过加入稀释剂去离子水,调整所述免烫整理液各组分达到如下浓度:100 g/L 聚氨酯、9g/L氯化镁、0.2g/L甲醛捕捉剂MCH-680、2g/L D3柔软剂,并调整免烫整理液的PH=7.5;
(4)准备:将步骤(3)中所述免烫整理液注入浸药池内,然后将步骤(2)中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤(2)所述的待处理棉丝混纺成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
(5)浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟2次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣,使所述棉丝混纺成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持5分钟浸药时间;
(6)挤干:将已充分浸润免烫整理液的所述棉丝混纺成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,反复挤压3次所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣,使棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至45%;
(7)定湿烘干:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用55℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至20%;
(8)定型压烫:将步骤(7)处理后的棉丝混纺成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用160℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为10秒,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
(9)焙烘定型:将步骤(8)处理的所述棉丝混纺成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为140℃,时间为6分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
(10)缓冷回湿:将步骤(9)处理后的所述棉丝混纺成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮,所述恒温恒湿室的条件为:温度22℃,相对湿度75%,处理时间为4小时;
(11)清洗:将步骤(10)处理后的所述棉丝混纺成衣放入水温30℃的清水中重复清洗3次,去除未反应的免烫整理液等溶剂,脱水烘干;
(12)将处理过后的所述成衣成品通过传送装置送入后道工序。
采用上述后整理工艺处理后得到的成衣,成衣的尺寸和形态稳定性能得到显著提高,抗皱性符合GB/T 18863-2002《免烫纺织品》服用面料的要求,且能完全满足客户追求环保、天然的需求。

Claims (3)
1.一种聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液,其特征在于:所述免烫整理液有效成分包括80-100 g/L 聚氨酯、7-9g/L氯化镁、0.1-0.2g/L甲醛捕捉剂,所述免烫整理液的稀释剂为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液,其特征在于:所述免烫整理液还包括D3柔软剂,所述D3柔软剂的用量为0.8-2g/L。
3.一种用权利要求1或2所述的聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液处理的成衣免烫后整理工艺,其特征在于:所述的后整理工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)水洗:提取缝制好的棉丝混纺成衣,进行水洗,去除缝制过程中沾染的污渍,并甩干;
(2)堆叠:对所述棉丝混纺成衣逐件进行平铺,堆叠,并放置到专用辅助浸药工装上;
(3)配药:配置聚氨酯成衣免烫整理液,并调整免烫整理液的PH至7.5;
(4)准备:将步骤(3)中所述免烫整理液注入浸药池内,然后将步骤(2)中所述辅助浸药工装连同步骤(2)所述的待处理棉丝混纺成衣,一起浸入所述浸药池内;
(5)浸药:启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,通过所述控制系统控制所述辅助浸药工装,使得所述辅助浸药工装以每分钟2-3次的频率反复挤压所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣,使所述棉丝混纺成衣以处于挤压和松弛的状态,维持5-10分钟浸药时间;
(6)挤干:将已充分浸润免烫整理液的所述棉丝混纺成衣和所述辅助浸药工装从所述浸药池内吊出,并悬停在所述浸药池上方,再次启动所述辅助浸药工装的控制系统,反复挤压3-5次所述辅助浸药工装内堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣,使棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至30%-45%;
(7)定湿烘干:将所述辅助浸药工装中堆叠的棉丝混纺成衣通过传送装置送入烘箱,采用45℃-55℃进行加热处理,控制所述棉丝混纺成衣的带液率降至10%-20%;
(8)定型压烫:将步骤(7)处理后的棉丝混纺成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,采用160℃-170℃,压力3kg/cm²,进行定型压烫,压烫时间为8-10秒,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
(9)焙烘定型:将步骤(8)处理的所述棉丝混纺成衣悬挂,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为140℃-150℃,时间为5-6分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现交联反应并定型;
(10)缓冷回湿:将步骤(9)处理后的所述棉丝混纺成衣放入恒温恒湿室内进行缓慢冷却回潮,所述恒温恒湿室的条件为:温度22℃,相对湿度75%,处理时间为4小时;
(11)清洗:将步骤(10)处理后的所述棉丝混纺成衣放入水温30℃的清水中重复清洗2次以上,去除未反应的免烫整理液等溶剂,脱水烘干;
(12)将处理过后的所述成衣成品通过传送装置送入后道工序。
