Abstract

本发明涉及纺织行业染色工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种棉花染色工艺。该棉花染色工艺包括以下步骤:(1)将棉花放入到染缸内,将常温水加入到染缸内,同时加入增白剂浸泡10‑20min;(2)在染缸内依次加入烧碱和双氧水稳定剂,以及渗透剂;(3)然后加入双氧水,将水温以每分钟1摄氏度的速度升至95‑98摄氏度,然后保温30min;(4)将棉花取出后与酸液进行中和,然后用去离子水洗涤至ph值为6‑8。本发明将漂白和增白两个工艺合为一步操作,即节约了用水又节省了升温用的电气,同时节省了工作时间,提高了工作效率,大大提高了漂白和增白的效果,同时更加便于后期处理。

本发明涉及纺织行业染色工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种棉花染色工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,生活水平的提高,人们对环境也越来越重视,国家对环保的政策也越来越严,正进行大力整治,节能减排成为当前最重要的目标,同时水资源的缺乏,要求人们降低印染用量,降低单位染色损耗。
传统的棉纤维染色采用高温煮练处理,一般是加纯碱或煮练剂进行煮棉,温度高,能耗大,在做完精练后必须放掉角水,否则会导致染色上色率降低,增加染料用量。同时也要进行冷水洗,降温到60度以下,否则很容易色花,因此耗用水比较高,所以各项能耗比较高,为了更进一步降低能耗,急需改进工艺。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种棉花染色工艺。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:在55-70摄氏度水中加入精炼剂,然后将棉花加入水中煮20-30min,取出后用水洗10min;
(2)染色处理:在常温下将步骤(1)处理完的棉花加入染缸内,然后加入染料,浸泡10min后将元明粉分三次加入,每次相隔3-10min;然后向染缸内加入烧碱,加入烧碱后将水温升温至60℃,升温速度为每分钟1℃;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)染色完成的棉花加入到沸水中煮10min,然后加入皂洗剂后再煮10min,然后用水洗2-3遍。
其中,所述染料为MADAZOL,中文为玛德素,其分子式为:
其中,染料用量为棉花质量的0.01-8%。
其中,所述常温下的温度为40-50摄氏度。
其中,所述元明粉的用量为每升水0.5-2g,烧碱的用量为加入水的质量的1.5~2%。
其中,所述烧碱的用量为加入水的质量的1.7%。
所述精炼剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物。
所述脂肪族磺酸盐包括烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠中的一种或几种。
上述步骤(2)中浴比为1:5~1:7。
上述步骤(3)中在沸水中加入醋酸,调节PH值为中性。
上述步骤(2)中染色处理所需要的时间为30-60min。
现在目前的生产工艺是在添加元明粉后将水温升至60摄氏度或是更高,然后再加入纯碱,而本发明在加入元明粉之后加碱,然后再升温,使得可物质充分反应,节省了染色时间,同时节省了升温用的电和燃气,大大降低了成本,节约了能源。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明与传统生产工艺相比节省了近一半的时间,经测试染色后对棉纤维的破坏比传统生产工艺对棉纤维的破坏减少了40-50%,同时能过节省水量以及电能和燃气资源,具有节能环保的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种棉花染色工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:在55-70摄氏度水中加入烷基磺酸钠和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物,然后将棉花加入水中煮20-30min,取出后用水洗10min;
(2)染色处理:在常温下将步骤(1)处理完的棉花加入染缸内,然后加入染料,浸泡10min后将元明粉分三次加入,每次相隔3-10min;然后向染缸内加入烧碱,加入烧碱后将水温升温至60℃,升温速度为每分钟1℃;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)染色完成的棉花加入到沸水中煮10min,然后加入皂洗剂后再煮10min,然后用水洗2-3遍;上述皂洗剂为无泡皂洗剂,是一种改性马来酸-丙烯酸聚合物。
与传统生产工艺相比节省了近一半的时间,经测试染色后对棉纤维的破坏比传统生产工艺对棉纤维的破坏减少了46.8%,经测试染色后棉花纤维的固色率为67.3%,单纤维强力为3.34CN。
实施例2:
一种棉花染色工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:在55-70摄氏度水中加入烷基苯磺酸钠和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物,然后将棉花加入水中煮20-30min,取出后用水洗10min;
(2)染色处理:在常温下将步骤(1)处理完的棉花加入染缸内,然后加入染料,浸泡10min后将元明粉分三次加入,每次相隔3-10min;然后向染缸内加入烧碱,加入烧碱后将水温升温至60℃,升温速度为每分钟1℃;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)染色完成的棉花加入到沸水中煮10min,然后加入皂洗剂后再煮10min,然后用水洗2-3遍。
与传统生产工艺相比节省了近一半的时间,经测试染色后对棉纤维的破坏比传统生产工艺对棉纤维的破坏减少了44.3%,经测试染色后棉花纤维的固色率为65.6%,单纤维强力为3.24CN。
实施例3:
一种棉花染色工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:在55-70摄氏度水中加入烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物,然后将棉花加入水中煮20-30min,取出后用水洗10min;
(2)染色处理:在常温下将步骤(1)处理完的棉花加入染缸内,然后加入染料,浸泡10min后将元明粉分三次加入,每次相隔3-10min;然后向染缸内加入烧碱,加入烧碱后将水温升温至60℃,升温速度为每分钟1℃;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)染色完成的棉花加入到沸水中煮10min,然后加入皂洗剂后再煮10min,然后用水洗2-3遍。
与传统生产工艺相比节省了40min,经测试染色后对棉纤维的破坏比传统生产工艺对棉纤维的破坏减少了47.2%,经测试染色后棉花纤维的固色率为68.2%,单纤维强力为3.42CN。

1.一种棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:在55-70摄氏度水中加入精炼剂,然后将棉花加入水中煮20-30min,取出后用水洗10min;
(2)染色处理:在常温下将步骤(1)处理完的棉花加入染缸内,然后加入染料,浸泡10min后将元明粉分三次加入,每次相隔3-10min;然后向染缸内加入烧碱,加入烧碱后将水温升温至60℃,升温速度为每分钟1℃;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)染色完成的棉花加入到沸水中煮10min,然后加入皂洗剂后再煮10min,然后用水洗2-3遍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:染料用量为棉花质量的0.01-8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:所述常温下的温度为40-50摄氏度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:所述元明粉的用量为每升水0.5-2g,烧碱的用量为加入水的质量的1.5~2%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:所述烧碱的用量为加入水的质量的1.7%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:所述精炼剂为脂肪族磺酸盐和烷基聚乙二醇醚的复合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:所述脂肪族磺酸盐包括烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中浴比为1:5~1:7。
9.根据权利要求1所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中在沸水中加入醋酸,调节PH值为中性。
10.根据权利要求1所述的棉花染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中染色处理所需要的时间为30-60min。
