Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于洗衣物和洗歺具的可食性安全洗涤去污粉,其特征在于:它是用下述重量份配比的原料制成;鲜生魔芋5‑20份;魔芋粉1‑30份;豆类全粉50‑70份;生鲜蔬果1‑10份;食用碱为魔芋精粉量的1‑5%;饮用水为魔芋粉量的25‑35倍。不仅具有去污能力强,可食用,对人体有益无害,对环境无毒无害,而且生产成本较低,便于携带和运输。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣粉,特别是一种用于洗衣物和洗歺具的可食性安全洗涤去污粉。
背景技术
现有的洗衣粉一般分为通用型和加酶型。通用型洗衣粉,是由烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、甲苯碘酸钠、三聚磷酸钠以及羧甲基纤维合成的碱性化学洗涤剂。人手常接触洗衣粉(水),易使皮肤角化皴裂;溶解在水里的洗衣粉,可通过皮肤吸收,进入人体造血系统后会影响肝脏功能。加酶洗衣粉在通用型洗衣粉的基础上,加入了碱性蛋白酶,以水解衣物上的蛋白质,起到去污除垢的作用。这种碱性蛋白酶同样可分解皮肤表面蛋白质而使人患过敏性皮炎、湿疹等。洗衣粉侵入人体,在血液循环中破坏红细胞的细胞膜,发生溶血,侵犯胸腺,使胸腺发生损伤,导致人体抵抗力下降。洗衣粉还能引起腹泻、体重下降、脾脏萎缩、肝硬化等。要清除这种洗衣粉附在衣物上有害物质,必需要用大量的水清洗,这就造成水资源的浪废,而这种清洗排弃的水中所含的磷、铝碱等化学物质,现在已被视为污染环境的一大公害。

本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于洗衣物和洗歺具的可食性安全洗涤去污粉,它不仅具有去污能力强,可食用,对人体有益无害,对环境无毒无害,而且生产成本较低,便于携带和运输。

前述的用于洗衣物和洗歺具的可食性安全洗涤去污粉中,按下述步骤制作;
A、将鲜生魔芋洗净去皮粉碎得A品备用;
B、将魔芋粉加入饮用水内,搅拌均匀,静置糊化得B品备用;
C、将豆类全粉过筛得C品备用;
D、将生鲜蔬果洗净粉碎过沥去渣得D品备用;
E、A品、B品、C品和D品搅拌混合得E品;
F、将食用碱溶液倒入E品搅拌均匀地得F品备用;
G、将F品进入挤压膨化机经膨化剪切得G品备用;
H、将G品干燥到含水率为6%,得H品备用;
I、将H品粉碎得I品备用;
J、将I品过筛到200--400目得J品正品。
前述的用于洗衣物和洗歺具的可食性安全洗涤去污粉中,所述F品的pH值控制为7-8。
与现有技术相比,本发明利用鲜生魔芋的浆状物料、含有淀粉的魔芋粉的糊化料、富含淀粉的豆类杂粮全粉和果蔬的粉碎物结合的配方,使魔芋起到增稠和膨胀性的张力作用,利用挤压膨化、剪切、粉碎的工艺使富含支链淀粉的豆类杂粮全粉的化学成份的分子结构发生了变化,易溶于不同温度的水中,达到迅速降解和膨胀;同样通过挤压膨化粉碎的魔芋物料,在水中膨胀和张力更大,本发明所用的物料多为含皂苷的豆类、含强碱果蔬,这些物料经特殊工艺后,成品为200--400目的微粉,渗透性强,能够最大限度的起到去污的作用。申请人反复使用于洗涤衣物(用于洗衣机中洗涤和手搓洗涤),衣物干净并且清香(膨化物的香味);同样洗净餐具器皿和灶台、抽油烟机、门窗、桌椅等,均收到极为理想的去污清洁效果。本发明原料为天然植物,香甜可口,营养丰富,PH值为8以下,可以直接入口食用;本发明入水细腻柔滑,亲肤护肤,洗涤过程中对人的手起到美肤作用,洗涤后的歺具和衣物不存留有害物质,洗涤后的废水对环境无毒无害,对土壤是极好的有机肥。本发明生产过程无废渣、有毒气体、废水排放,对环境无污染;本发明生产成本较低,还轻便易于运输和携带。
本发明旨在保护人们健康,保护环境,节约用水;大量使用魔芋、豆类、蔬果类植物为原料,让贵州山区农民和更多地区农民寻求到脱贫致富的新路子。

用于洗衣物和洗歺具的可食性安全洗涤去污粉,以鲜生魔芋、魔芋全粉、豆类全粉和富含淀粉的生鲜果蔬为原料,分别经粉碎、筛选、粉碎过沥去渣、混料、搅拌、糊化、静置、膨化、剪切、干燥、粉碎、过筛制成。
