Abstract
本发明公开一种不伤手无防腐剂环保的餐具清洁球,其中:所述的餐具清洁球包含以下重量百分比的原材料:土豆渣粉50~60%、植酸酶5~15%、脂肪酶5~15%、蛋白酶5~15%、木瓜酶5~15%、碳酸氢钠2~8%;本发明具有绿色环保、保质期长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及餐具清洁产品技术领域,特别是一种不伤手无防腐剂环保的餐具清洁球。
背景技术
目前市面上清洁餐具用的传统的液体洗洁精采用的都是塑料胶瓶进行包装,当洗洁精用完后,剩余的瓶体比较难降解,易造成垃圾污染;而洗洁精本身有些成分对人体皮肤有刺激作用,长期使用会损坏使用者的手部皮肤。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种绿色环保的不伤手无防腐剂环保的餐具清洁球。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种不伤手无防腐剂环保的餐具清洁球,其中:所述的餐具清洁球包含以下重量百分比的原材料:
土豆渣粉50~60%、植酸酶5~15%、脂肪酶5~15%、蛋白酶5~15%、木瓜酶5~15%、碳酸氢钠2~8%。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述的餐具清洁球包含以下重量百分比的组分:土豆渣粉55%、植酸酶10%、脂肪酶10%、蛋白酶10%、木瓜酶10%、碳酸氢钠5%。
一种不伤手无防腐剂环保的餐具清洁球的生产方法,其中:所述的生产方法步骤如下:
1)将原材料土豆渣粉、植酸酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、木瓜酶及碳酸氢钠进行干燥处理,使得上述原材料的水份含量低于或等于5%;
2)将步骤1)中干燥后的原材料按照上述配比进行称重;
3)将步骤2)中的称重后的原材料混合搅拌10~20分钟;
4)将步骤3)的搅拌后的原材料涂敷及填充包裹到布料上,制作成球状,再将布料开口处采用扎带封口形成清洁球;
5)将步骤4)所述的清洁球放入包装袋中包装即可。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述的包装袋采用纸质材料制作而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述的布料采用棉、丝、麻或竹纤维材料编织制作而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用对人体皮肤无刺激不良反应的食品级原料,涂敷包裹到可易降解的布料中,无需添加任何防腐剂,能保证产品的质量不发霉变质,在包装上使用易降解的纸袋包装,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
现结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
一种不伤手无防腐剂环保餐具清洁产品,按重量百分比计算,其由以下组分组成:土豆渣粉55%、植酸酶10%、脂肪酶10%、蛋白酶10%、木瓜酶10%、碳酸氢钠5%组成。
生产方法步骤如下:
1)将原材料土豆渣粉、植酸酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、木瓜酶及碳酸氢钠进行干燥处理,使得上述原材料的水份含量低于或等于5%;
2)将步骤1)中干燥后的原材料按照上述配比进行称重;
3)将步骤2)中的称重后的原材料混合搅拌10~20分钟;
4)将步骤3)的搅拌后的原材料涂敷及填充包裹到易降解的采用竹纤维材料编织制作而成的布料上,制作成球状,再将布料开口处采用扎带封口形成清洁球;
将步骤4)清洁球放入纸质包装袋中包装即可。
上述清洁球全部采用对人体皮肤无刺激不良反应的食品级原料,涂敷包裹到可易降解的布料中,成球状,因为干燥后成品水份低于5%以下,所以清洁球无需添加任何防腐剂,也能保证不出现发霉变质异常发生,在包装上使用易降解的纸袋包装,而不需要像传统的液体洗洁精采用塑料胶瓶包装,一方面绿色环保,另一方面也降低了生产的成本及工序。
综上所述,本领域的普通技术人员阅读本发明文件后,根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思无需创造性脑力劳动而作出其他各种相应的变换方案,均属于本发明所保护的范围。

1.一种不伤手无防腐剂环保的餐具清洁球,其特征在于:所述的餐具清洁球包含以下重量百分比的原材料:
土豆渣粉50~60%、植酸酶5~15%、脂肪酶5~15%、蛋白酶5~15%、木瓜酶5~15%、碳酸氢钠2~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不伤手无防腐剂环保的餐具清洁球,其特征在于:所述的餐具清洁球包含以下重量百分比的组分:土豆渣粉55%、植酸酶10%、脂肪酶10%、蛋白酶10%、木瓜酶10%、碳酸氢钠5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种不伤手无防腐剂环保的餐具清洁球的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的生产方法步骤如下:
将原材料土豆渣粉、植酸酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、木瓜酶及碳酸氢钠进行干燥处理,使得上述原材料的水份含量低于或等于5%;
将步骤1)中干燥后的原材料按照上述配比进行称重;
将步骤2)中的称重后的原材料混合搅拌10~20分钟;
将步骤3)的搅拌后的原材料涂敷及填充包裹到布料上,制作成球状,再将布料开口处采用扎带封口形成清洁球;
