本发明公布了一种小苏打食品级洗洁精,其特征在于包含下述重量组分:纯净水96~95份、食品级碳酸氢钠2~10份、食品级碳酸钠0.5~3份、食品级增稠剂0.5~2份、食品级椰油醇硫酸钠(十二烷基硫酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠)6~15份、食品级防腐剂0.3~1份、食品级柠檬酸钠0.5~3份、食品级吐温0.5~5份、食品级香精适量等组成。本发明全部采用食品级原材料,无毒、无刺激、生物降解彻底、不危害人类健康、不污染生活环境,而且配方简单、生产方便、成本低、极易商品化,可节省大量人力和能源,解决了目前市场上洗洁精存在的工艺复杂、价格昂贵、稳定性差、洗涤力差等问题。

一种食品级洗洁精
技术领域:
本发明涉及到日用化学产品技术领域,具体指一种食品级洗洁精及其配制方法。
背景技术:
洗洁精巳是现代人离不开的生活必须品。但这些包装得多姿多彩的洗洁精,在人们使用过程中,不知不觉地危害自己的健康,污染周围环境。所以,世界各国不少科学家,提出对化学洗涤剂进行再认识的问题,向国民大声疾呼。
市售冼洁精多数都使用源自石油的烷基苯磺酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等作为主净冼剂,用脂肪酸二乙醇胺作为稳泡增稠剂。为遮盖材料气味,添加人造香精,为防止变质添加防腐剂。上述这些化学品几乎都具有一定毒性,所含的微量残留,如苯、烷基苯、二恶烷及亚硝胺等,可能对人体新陈代谢发生干扰,影响免疫力。美国有关机构研究表明,少量的二己醇胺对鼠类有明显的致癌活性(日用化学品科学,1999,第二期)。传统的冼洁精具有超强的渗透力、脱脂力,会削弱皮肤固有的保护层,过度角质化,诱发“家庭主妇手”。传统冼洁精为了增加泡沫,加入发泡剂和稳泡剂。这些材料都有一定的毒性。其实泡沫主要是为了感观,对去污,去油没有实际意义,对人们居住环境也带来不良影响:生物降解度低、降解过程易产生有毒中间物、对鱼类等生物产生毒性和破坏自然界的食物链。仅管每次冼涤残留和排放所含有毒物质十分微少,甚至在国家标准允许范围内,但一日三餐,吃饭喝汤,都要用餐具,日积月累,年复一年,后果就比较严重了。由于这些危害,在短时间内不可能很明显,被人们忽视;当人体和环境蓄积到一定程度后,将导致人体各种病变,以及对环境的各种危害。综上所述,改善洗洁精配方,采用不危害人体、不破坏生存环境、无毒、无公害的食品级材料,成为当务之急。
研究无毒的食品级洗洁精,在国内外的业界都是热门课题。近年来,也出现了一些成果,例如:将主表面活性剂转向从植物中提取,如茶皂素、皂角皂苷、无患子精华、人参皂苷、绞股兰皂苷等。但这些成果因为提取工艺复杂、价格昂贵、稳定性差、洗涤力差等问题,无法商品化。近几年,相继出现的使用蔗糖脂肪酸、聚合甘油脂等作为主净冼剂的产品,都存在制备工艺不成熟、净冼力较弱、稳定性差等问题。目前国际上流通的该类产品,仅日本较为成熟,但价格昂贵,难以走入千家万户。
发明内容:
本发明是针对目前现有技术状况,解决千家万户生活必须的洗洁精对人体和环境的使用安全问题,提供一种全部使用无毒原材料、稳定好、去污力好、无毒、无刺激、成本低、配方简单、生产方便的一种食品级洗洁精。本发明需要解决的另一个技术问题,是提供一种稳定性好、去污力好、无毒、无刺激、成本低、生产方便的食品级冼洁精的制备方法。本发明为解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:
所述的一种食品级洗洁精,其特征在于包括下述重量组份:纯净水65-95份、食品级碳酸氢钠2-10份、食品级碳酸钠1-5份、食品级增稠剂0.5-2份、食品级椰油醇硫酸钠(十二烷基硫酸钠,月桂醇硫酸钠)6-15份、食品级防腐剂0.3-1份、食品级柠檬酸0.5-3份、食品级吐温1-5份、食品级香精适量。
所述的一种食品级洗洁精,其特征在于优选技术方案由以下重量份数的组份组成:纯净水75份、食品级碳酸氢钠6份、食品级碳酸钠3份、食品级增稠剂0.6份、食品级椰油醇硫酸钠12份、食品级防腐剂0.6份、食品级柠檬酸2份、食品级吐温1.5份、食品级香精适量。
所述的一种食品级洗洁精,其特征在于所述增稠剂为食品级羧甲基纤维素钠、果胶、黄原胶、决明胶、卡垃胶中任何一种或一种以上的混和物,优选羧甲基纤维素钠。
所述的一种食品级洗洁精,其特征在于所述防腐剂为食品通用防腐剂,优选双乙酸钠。
所述的一种食品级洗洁精,其特征在于所述吐温为吐温20、吐温40、吐温60,优选吐温60。
本发明所述的一种食品级洗洁精全部采用食品级原材料,无毒、无刺激、生物降解彻底、不危害人类健康、不污染生活环境,而且配方简单、生产方便、成本低、极易商品化,可节省大量人力和能源。经一年多的试用,净洗力强,低泡易清冼,质量稳定,外观透明。

纯净水75份;食品级碳酸氢钠6份;食品级碳酸钠3份;食品级增稠剂0.6份;食品级椰油醇硫酸钠12份;食品级防腐剂0.6份;食品级柠檬酸2份;食品级吐温1.5份;食品级香精,适量。在搅拌状态下,按顺序将所述材料加入,置放消泡,制得该洗洁精。

纯净水70份;食品级碳酸氢钠4份;食品级碳酸钠4份;食品级增稠剂1.0份;食品级椰油醇硫酸钠8份;食品级防腐剂0.8份;食品级柠檬酸1.5份;食品级吐温1份;食品级香精,适量。

纯净水85份;食品级碳酸氢钠6份;食品级碳酸钠2份;食品级增稠剂1.3份;食品行业专用烷基糖苷20份;食品级防腐剂0.6份;食品级柠檬酸1.5份;食品级吐温5份;食品香精适量。在搅拌状态下,按顺序将所述材料加入,置放消泡,制得该洗洁精。

1.一种食品级洗洁精,其特征在于包括下述重量组份:纯净水65-95份;食品级碳酸氢钠2-10份;食品级碳酸钠1-5份;食品级增稠剂0.5-2份;食品级椰油醇硫酸钠(十二烷基硫酸钠,月桂醇硫酸钠)6-15份;食品级防腐剂0.3-1份;食品级柠檬酸0.5-3份;食品级吐温1-5份;食品级香精,适量。
