一种真空泵油
技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,尤其涉及一种真空泵油。
背景技术
真空泵油是一种专门为真空设备上的真空泵而研制的润滑油,分矿物油和合成油两种。随着现代工业发展日新月异,原先采用的深度精制矿物油加入各种复合添加剂的配方已经不能满足客户复杂严苛的使用要求。传统技术主要表现以下两个方面的弊端:
一方面,是因为现有真空泵油由于选取的原料和添加剂方面的不兼容性使油品质量较差,主要表现受少量水分干扰下,传统技术中的真空泵油的润滑性降低;油品中各组成分对低分子化合物的溶解性能较低等。
另一方面,随着现在工艺的发展,真空油泵内间隙越来越小,单位时间内运行温度也有所升高,当金属表面承受很高的负荷时,金属表面之间直接接触,产生大量的热,而抗磨剂形成的膜也被破坏,不再起保护金属表面的作用,金属表面会出现擦伤,甚至熔焊,这就导致对真空泵体的破坏而不能正常运行。与此同时,传统的极压抗磨剂含有S、P、Cl等元素,一是由于该极压抗磨剂在高温下通过分解或断裂,极易产生自由基,而容易产生结胶现象,使油状真空泵油变成乳胶状的凝胶失去润滑作用;二是S、P、Cl等形成小分子或单质释放到环境中后对环境亦有不良影响,最主要在机器较多或者机器运行温度较高时,就会恶心气味的气体或烟雾逸出。而真空泵经常需要在较高温110~130℃左右下运行,且在很多工况下会有几十台甚至上百台真空泵同时运行,这样含有S、P、Cl极压剂的油就极易逸出气味。随着时代发展,一线工人们对工作环境的要求也越来越高,使用含有S、P、Cl极压剂的油品极易被一线工人投诉,不加润滑极压剂又不能满足工况要求。
如何解决上述真空泵油所带来的问题,是当前该技术领域人员的一项重大课题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,对目前的A系列高真空油产品进行革命性的改进,通过三年多的研发和台架测试工作,我们最终确定了科学而优异的配比,提供了一种真空泵油,其不仅有较好的兼容性,而且是一款环境友好型的环保产品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种真空泵油,由如下组份按质量百分比构成:
抗氧化剂组份 0.6% ~3%
摩擦改进剂 0.5~3%
极压抗磨剂 0.01~3%
抗乳化剂 0.005~1%
金属减活剂 0.01~0.5%
基础油 余量
其中,所述基础油由如下组份按质量百分比构成:
改性聚醚 5~3%
饱和多元醇酯 10~20%
聚α烯烃 60~80%
所述抗氧化剂组份至少包含胺类抗氧化剂、酚类抗氧化剂和亚磷酸酯中的两种化合物。
所述摩擦改进剂为高分子有机钼化合物及硼氮化合物中的一种。
优选地,所述胺类抗氧化剂为烷基二苯胺和苯基-萘胺中的一种。
优选地,所述酚类抗氧化剂为屏蔽酚和高分子量酚类中的一种。
优选地,所述极压抗磨剂包括苯三唑胺盐和硼酸钾酯中的任一种或两种组合。
优选地,所述金属减活剂包括二烷基苯三唑和苯三唑衍生物中的任一种。
优选地,所述抗乳化剂为胺与环氧烷缩合物和环氧丙烷/环氧已烷共聚物中的任一种。
本发明所称改性聚醚为端位接有烷基等碳链的聚醚,该改性聚醚能够增加对基础油和添加剂的相容性。如,将市售的日本三洋化学,美国杜邦或美国陶氏公司生产的聚醚类(PAG)润滑油经精馏提纯后,在聚醚端部嫁接烷基等碳链,以增加对基础油和添加剂的相容性。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
1、选取聚α烯烃,饱和多元醇酯和改性聚醚为基础油组合成份,其中聚α烯烃是目前主流的合成油,其使用寿命长,使用温度范围宽,耐高温,倾点低,在低温环境下使用仍然有较好流动性;优选的饱和多元醇酯油溶性佳,可以增加添加剂的感受性,增加一些高分子添加剂的油溶性能,提高油品抗氧化性能。我们所选用的改性聚醚与传统聚醚不同,本发明的改性聚醚可以与其它基础油相溶,有较好的油水分离能力,在有水存在下仍然可提供较好的润滑性能,且极大的减少油品高温结胶,增加油品的清净分散能力,和饱和多元醇酯一起增加橡胶的兼容性。
2、我们寻找到一款环境友好型摩擦改进剂,这种摩擦改进剂是一种高分子醛结构的化合物,不含S、P、Cl,目前并未被运用在工业油品中。事实上,该款摩擦改进剂不能直接溶解于矿物油或普通合成油中,我们需先将其按一定比例完全溶于一款饱和多元醇酯中,然后再加入到其它基础油中。加入这种摩擦改进剂后,油品润滑性能大大提升,可以满足较高极压抗磨要求的场合;不易产生油泥、积碳;对油品乳化性能影响较小且无毒,可以用于水份含量较高且要求无毒的食品真空包装工艺;最主要的不会有气味逸出,满足工人对气味的诉求。在极压抗磨要求及使用温度更高的苛刻场合,有了该摩擦改进剂的参与,只需加入极少量的S、P极压剂即可使抗磨性能得到较大提升,大大减少S、P极压剂的使用。

以上实施例1~3按如下方法制备:将磨擦改进剂加入到饱和多元醇酯中进行溶解,然后加到配制好的基础油中,再加入到调配釜中,然后按各实施例的配方比例先加入抗氧化剂、极压抗磨剂搅拌1~2小时,然后提高温度到40~60℃继续搅拌,分别再加入胺类抗乳化剂和聚醚类抗乳化剂,搅拌1小时左右后便得到各组实施例中的真空泵油。

由图表可以看出,与传统技术相比较,本发明中的实施例1~3各项指标均优于传统真空泵油,且在极压抗磨性能上,最大无卡咬负荷达到60千克以上,烧结负荷达到160千克,极大地提高了使用性能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种真空泵油,其特征在于,它由如下组份按质量百分比构成:
抗氧化剂组份 0.6~3%
摩擦改进剂 0.5~3%
极压抗磨剂 0.01~3%
抗乳化剂 0.005~1%
金属减活剂 0.01~0.5%
基础油 余量
其中,所述基础油由如下组份按质量百分比构成:
改性聚醚 5~30%
饱和多元醇酯 10~20%
聚α烯烃 60~80%
所述抗氧化剂组份至少包含胺类抗氧化剂、酚类抗氧化剂和亚磷酸酯中的两种化合物;
所述摩擦改进剂包括高分子有机钼化合物及硼氮化合物中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵油,其特征在于,所述胺类抗氧化剂为烷基二苯胺和苯基-萘胺中的任一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵油,其特征在于, 所述酚类抗氧化剂为屏蔽酚和高分子量酚类中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵油,其特征在于,所述金属减活剂为二烷基苯三唑和苯三唑衍生物中的任一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵油,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂为苯三唑胺盐和硼酸钾酯中的任一种或两种组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵油,其特征在于,所述抗乳化剂为胺与环氧烷缩合物或环氧丙烷/环氧已烷共聚物。
