背景技术
古建筑具有极高的历史科学、艺术价值,如果被毁坏,就不可能再存在;而古建筑年代久远,不可避免的会受到自然或人为的破坏,因此,我们需要对古建筑进行修缮和维护。在对古建筑房间、门墙、内外檐榔、扶榔、地面、墙面的修缮过程中常会用到涂料。由于修缮过程繁杂,工期较长,所以修缮工作最好能一次完成,这就要求涂料具有良好的韧性、抗冲击性和粘结性能,避免多次修补,但是目前用于古建筑修缮涂料的韧性和粘结性并不太高,因此,需要提供一种新的涂料。

本发明提出的一种抗裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液60-80份,丙烯酸乳液20-30份,颜料15-25份,填料10-20份,十二碳醇酯3-5份,十二烷基磺酸钠4-5份,流平剂0.2-0.4份,乳化剂OP-10 0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.1-0.2份,润湿剂wet265 0.2-0.4份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2-0.4份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.6-0.8份,防霉剂0.2-0.4份,水10-18份。

优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中,升温至65-75℃,保温搅拌25-35min,加入月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯,继续保温搅拌2-3h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续保温搅拌30-40min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至室温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中、月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯、1,4-丁二醇、水的重量比为20-30:22-30:3.3-3.5:70-90:0.2-0.3:0.8-1.2:1.2-1.8:100-120。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,取氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混匀,超声分散2-3h,用乙酸调节pH=4-5得到溶液A;升温至55-65℃,向溶液A中加入质量分数为5-7wt%γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液,保温搅拌8-10h,用乙醇萃取除去未反应的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,减压干燥得到改性氧化石墨烯。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,在溶液A中,氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺重量比为0.5-0.6:4-6:94-96。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,氧化石墨烯和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷重量比为1:3-4。
上述水均为去离子水。
上述改性聚氨酯溶液制备过程中,若聚氨酯预聚体溶液粘度过大,可加入丙酮调节粘度,待反应结束时,减压蒸发除去丙酮即可。
本发明的制备方法如下:将水、改性聚氨酯乳液、丙烯酸乳液混匀,加入十二碳醇酯混匀,加入十二烷基磺酸钠、乳化剂OP-10、润湿剂wet265、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、防霉剂混匀,加入颜料、填料混匀,用分散机分散,然后研磨得到浆料;向浆料中加入流平剂、消泡剂、羧甲基纤维素钠混匀得到抗裂水性涂料。
本发明选用合适比例的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚四氢呋喃二醇2000进行反应,控制聚氨酯中软段和硬段的含量使得聚氨酯保持合适的机械性能和粘度,并保持合适的水溶性;通过对氧化石墨烯改性,在氧化石墨烯上接枝γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,大大增加了氧化石墨烯的在聚氨酯预聚体反应液中的分散性,并且接枝了氨基可以和异氰酸酯基键合,将氧化石墨烯接枝在聚氨酯上,氧化石墨烯具有优异的抗冲击性、抗撕裂性和韧性,可以大大增加聚氨酯的冲击韧性,从而大大增加本发明的韧性、冲击性和抗裂性;选用聚氨酯乳液和丙烯酸乳液相互配合,保持本发明机械性能的同时,大大增加本发明的粘结性;颜料能增加本发明的机械性能和装饰性,增加涂层附着力和耐腐蚀性能;填料选用有机化蒙脱土,聚氨酯、丙烯酸可以进入蒙脱土层间,进一步增加本发明的冲击韧性和耐高温性;十二碳醇酯为成膜助剂,增加本发明的成膜性;十二烷基磺酸钠、乳化剂OP-10、消泡剂、润湿剂wet265、防霉剂、流平剂、消泡剂、羧甲基纤维素钠相互配合,增加本发明的分散性、稳定性和耐霉变性;γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷增加本发明和被涂物的粘结性;各物质相互配合使得本发明具有良好的韧性、冲击性、抗裂性和粘结性。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液70份,丙烯酸乳液25份,颜料20份,填料15份,十二碳醇酯4份,十二烷基磺酸钠4.5份,流平剂0.3份,乳化剂OP-10 0.15份,消泡剂0.15份,润湿剂wet265 0.3份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.3份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.7份,防霉剂0.3份,水14份。
实施例2
一种抗裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液60份,固含量为30wt%丙烯酸乳液20份,颜料25份,600目有机化蒙脱土20份,十二碳醇酯3份,十二烷基磺酸钠5份,流平剂0.2份,乳化剂OP-10 0.2份,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.1份,润湿剂wet265 0.4份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.8份,防霉剂0.2份,水18份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中,升温至65℃,保温搅拌35min,加入月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯,继续保温搅拌2h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续保温搅拌40min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至室温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中、月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯、1,4-丁二醇、水的重量比为20:30:3.3:90:0.2:1.2:1.2:120。
实施例3
一种抗裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液80份,固含量为20wt%丙烯酸乳液30份,颜料15份,800目有机化蒙脱土10份,十二碳醇酯5份,十二烷基磺酸钠4份,流平剂0.4份,乳化剂OP-10 0.1份,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.2份,润湿剂wet265 0.2份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.4份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.6份,防霉剂0.4份,水10份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中,升温至75℃,保温搅拌25min,加入月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯,继续保温搅拌3h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续保温搅拌30min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至室温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中、月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯、1,4-丁二醇、水的重量比为30:22:3.5:70:0.3:0.8:1.8:100;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,取氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混匀,超声分散3h,用乙酸调节pH=4得到溶液A;升温至65℃,向溶液A中加入质量分数为5wt%γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液,保温搅拌10h,用乙醇萃取除去未反应的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,减压干燥得到改性氧化石墨烯,其中,在溶液A中,氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺重量比为0.5:6:94,氧化石墨烯和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷重量比为1:4。
实施例4
一种抗裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液65份,固含量为28wt%丙烯酸乳液23份,颜料23份,600目有机化蒙脱土18份,十二碳醇酯3.5份,十二烷基磺酸钠4.8份,流平剂0.25份,乳化剂OP-10 0.17份,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.13份,润湿剂wet2650.35份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.25份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.75份,防霉剂0.25份,水16份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中,升温至68℃,保温搅拌33min,加入月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯,继续保温搅拌2.2h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续保温搅拌37min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至室温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中、月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯、1,4-丁二醇、水的重量比为22:28:3.35:85:0.22:1.1:1.4:115;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,取氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混匀,超声分散2h,用乙酸调节pH=5得到溶液A;升温至55℃,向溶液A中加入质量分数为7wt%γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液,保温搅拌8h,用乙醇萃取除去未反应的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,减压干燥得到改性氧化石墨烯,其中,在溶液A中,氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺重量比为0.6:4:96,氧化石墨烯和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷重量比为1:3。
实施例5
一种抗裂水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液75份,固含量为22wt%丙烯酸乳液27份,颜料17份,800目有机化蒙脱土12份,十二碳醇酯4.5份,十二烷基磺酸钠4.2份,流平剂0.35份,乳化剂OP-10 0.13份,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.17份,润湿剂wet2650.25份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.35份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.65份,防霉剂0.35份,水12份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中,升温至72℃,保温搅拌27min,加入月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯,继续保温搅拌2.8h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续保温搅拌33min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至室温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中、月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯、1,4-丁二醇、水的重量比为28:24:3.45:75:0.28:0.9:1.6:105;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,取氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混匀,超声分散2.5h,用乙酸调节pH=4.5得到溶液A;升温至60℃,向溶液A中加入质量分数为6wt%γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液,保温搅拌9h,用乙醇萃取除去未反应的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,减压干燥得到改性氧化石墨烯,其中,在溶液A中,氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺重量比为0.55:5:95,氧化石墨烯和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷重量比为1:3.5。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液60-80份,丙烯酸乳液20-30份,颜料15-25份,填料10-20份,十二碳醇酯3-5份,十二烷基磺酸钠4-5份,流平剂0.2-0.4份,乳化剂OP-10 0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.1-0.2份,润湿剂wet265 0.2-0.4份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2-0.4份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.6-0.8份,防霉剂0.2-0.4份,水10-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,丙烯酸乳液中固含量为20-30wt%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,填料为有机化蒙脱土,其粒径为600-800目。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,消泡剂为聚硅氧烷类消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中,升温,保温搅拌,加入月桂酸二丁基锡、氧化石墨烯溶液,继续保温搅拌,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续保温搅拌得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中,升温至65-75℃,保温搅拌25-35min,加入月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯,继续保温搅拌2-3h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续保温搅拌30-40min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至室温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚四氢呋喃二醇2000中、月桂酸二丁基锡、改性氧化石墨烯、1,4-丁二醇、水的重量比为20-30:22-30:3.3-3.5:70-90:0.2-0.3:0.8-1.2:1.2-1.8:100-120。
8.根据权利要求5-7任一项所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,取氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混匀,超声分散2-3h,用乙酸调节pH=4-5得到溶液A;升温至55-65℃,向溶液A中加入质量分数为5-7wt%γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液,保温搅拌8-10h,用乙醇萃取除去未反应的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,减压干燥得到改性氧化石墨烯。
9.根据权利要求8所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,在溶液A中,氧化石墨烯、水、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺重量比为0.5-0.6:4-6:94-96。
10.根据权利要求8所述抗裂水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的改性氧化石墨烯的制备过程中,氧化石墨烯和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷重量比为1:3-4。
