本发明选用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、二羟基甲基、环氧树脂和丙烯酸羟乙酯反应,制备得到不饱和双键封端并接枝有环氧树脂的聚氨酯预聚体,环氧树脂具有良好的柔韧性、耐腐蚀性、粘结性,与聚氨酯相互配合可以增加聚氨酯的柔韧性、抗裂性、粘结性和耐腐蚀性;有机化蒙脱土具有层状结构与甲基丙烯酸甲酯混匀经搅拌超声处理,甲基丙烯酸甲酯插层并剥离蒙脱土片层,使蒙脱土片层与甲基丙烯酸甲酯均匀分散,然后与不饱和双键封端的聚氨酯预聚体均匀分散并发生缩合,形成交联互穿的复杂网络,且蒙脱土片层均匀穿插在网络中,聚氨酯、环氧树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、蒙脱土片层相互配合,从而大大增加本发明的抗冲击性、韧性、抗裂性、粘结性和耐腐蚀性;滑石粉、玻璃纤维、钛白粉相互配合,进一步增加本发明的抗冲击性能;丙二醇丁醚可以增加本发明的成膜性;木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘油、润湿剂wet265、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷相互配合,促进各物质均匀分散;乳化硅油、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、流平剂相互配合,增加本发明的流变性、稳定性;γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和改性聚氨酯乳液相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明和被涂物的粘结性;上述各物质相互配合使得本发明具有良好的韧性、抗裂性的同时,具有良好的抗冲击性、粘结性和耐腐蚀性。

其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、丁酮、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基混匀,升温至70℃,保温搅拌3h,加入环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌1h,再加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌80min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基、环氧树脂、丙烯酸羟乙酯的重量比为23:20:0.1:2.9:3.2:2.5;将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮混匀,加入有机化蒙脱土,超声并搅拌40min,然后继续超声100min得到溶液A,其中,甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮、有机化蒙脱土的重量比为7:12:4:1.2;取聚氨酯预聚体溶液,冷却至室温,加入溶液A混匀,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,升温至70℃,滴加偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌4h,减压蒸发除去丁酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为23:12:0.11。
实施例4
一种抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:固含量为32wt%改性聚氨酯乳液95份,600目滑石粉7.5份,玻璃纤维1.5份,2000目钛白粉3.5份,丙二醇丁醚3.5份,木质素磺酸钠1.2份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.7份,乳化硅油0.12份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.25份,甘油0.45份,润湿剂wet265 0.18份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.23份,聚丙烯酰胺0.17份,流平剂0.15份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.8份,水16份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、丁酮、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基混匀,升温至78℃,保温搅拌2.2h,加入环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌1.7h,再加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌65min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基、环氧树脂、丙烯酸羟乙酯的重量比为26:18:0.14:2.6:3.8:2.1;将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮混匀,加入有机化蒙脱土,超声并搅拌48min,然后继续超声85min得到溶液A,其中,甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮、有机化蒙脱土的重量比为7.7:9:5.5:0.9;取聚氨酯预聚体溶液,冷却至室温,加入溶液A混匀,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,升温至78℃,滴加偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌3.3h,减压蒸发除去丁酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为26:10.5:0.125。
实施例5
一种抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:固含量为38wt%改性聚氨酯乳液85份,800目滑石粉6.5份,玻璃纤维2.5份,1000目钛白粉4.5份,丙二醇丁醚2.5份,木质素磺酸钠1.8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.3份,乳化硅油0.18份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.15份,甘油0.55份,润湿剂wet265 0.12份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.27份,聚丙烯酰胺0.13份,流平剂0.25份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.2份,水18份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、丁酮、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基混匀,升温至72℃,保温搅拌2.8h,加入环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌1.3h,再加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌75min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基、环氧树脂、丙烯酸羟乙酯的重量比为24:19:0.12:2.8:3.4:2.3;将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮混匀,加入有机化蒙脱土,超声并搅拌42min,然后继续超声95min得到溶液A,其中,甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮、有机化蒙脱土的重量比为7.3:11:4.5:1.1;取聚氨酯预聚体溶液,冷却至室温,加入溶液A混匀,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,升温至72℃,滴加偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌3.7h,减压蒸发除去丁酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为24:11.5:0.115。

Claims (9)

1.一种抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液80-100份,滑石粉6-8份,玻璃纤维1-3份,钛白粉3-5份,丙二醇丁醚2-4份,木质素磺酸钠1-2份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-2份,乳化硅油0.1-0.2份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.1-0.3份,甘油0.4-0.6份,润湿剂wet2650.1-0.2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.2-0.3份,聚丙烯酰胺0.1-0.2份,流平剂0.1-0.3份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2份,水15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、丁酮、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基混匀,升温,保温搅拌,加入环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌,再加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮混匀,加入有机化蒙脱土,超声并搅拌,然后继续超声得到溶液A;取聚氨酯预聚体溶液,冷却至室温,加入溶液A混匀,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,升温,滴加偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌,减压蒸发除去丁酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、丁酮、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基混匀,升温至70-80℃,保温搅拌2-3h,加入环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌1-2h,再加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续保温搅拌60-80min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮混匀,加入有机化蒙脱土,超声并搅拌40-50min,然后继续超声80-100min得到溶液A;取聚氨酯预聚体溶液,冷却至室温,加入溶液A混匀,用三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,升温至70-80℃,滴加偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌3-4h,减压蒸发除去丁酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧化乙烯二醇1000、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二羟基甲基、环氧树脂、丙烯酸羟乙酯的重量比为23-27:17-20:0.1-0.15:2.5-2.9:3.2-4:2-2.5。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的溶液A制备过程中,甲基丙烯酸甲酯、水、丁酮、有机化蒙脱土的重量比为7-8:8-12:4-6:0.8-1.2。
6.根据权利要求2-5任一项所述抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为23-27:10-12:0.11-0.13。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,改性聚氨酯乳液的固含量为30-40wt%。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,滑石粉为600-800目,钛白粉为1000-2000目。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述抗裂聚氨酯水性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液85-95份,滑石粉6.5-7.5份,玻璃纤维1.5-2.5份,钛白粉3.5-4.5份,丙二醇丁醚2.5-3.5份,木质素磺酸钠1.2-1.8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.3-1.7份,乳化硅油0.12-0.18份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.15-0.25份,甘油0.45-0.55份,润湿剂wet265 0.12-0.18份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.23-0.27份,聚丙烯酰胺0.13-0.17份,流平剂0.15-0.25份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.2-1.8份,水16-18份。
