根据图3的分解图示出整个特氟龙带26以及框架部件25的表面的特性。框架部件25在其表面27上包括凹部28,在焊接过程期间将相应待密封的包袋安放到所述表面上。特氟龙带26的长边29向下折叠,因此特氟龙带26的所得到的宽度大致对应于凹部28的开口宽度。由此,特氟龙带26能够插入到开口28中,并且得到框架25的几乎无阶梯的表面27,其中在框架部件25和特氟龙带26之间的过渡部上具有极其小的错位。
然而,特氟龙带26的折叠棱边31不是简单的折角(Kantung),而是折叠形成弯曲的阶梯形的轮廓31。准确的轮廓变化可从根据图4的横剖图中得出。通过选择的轮廓形状31,特氟龙带26能够紧密地贴靠到框架部件25的两个密封唇32上,所述密封唇分别沿着开口28的长边延伸。密封唇32造成框架部件25和特氟龙带26之间的过渡部中的错位,从而最小化在过渡部上形成污物的风险。
此外,从图4中可得知,将框架部件25从上方插到焊接棒22的基本载体40上。在框架部件25的开口28的开口边的区域中,内壁部33向内或向下伸入到焊接棒22中,由此形成开口壁部。所述内壁33平行于基本载体40的相对置的侧壁41伸展。内壁部33此外平行于框架部件25的相应的外壁34伸展。在内壁33和外壁34之间存在间隙。
焊丝42在基本载体40的表面45上沿纵向方向伸展。如果将框架部件25从上方插到基本载体40上,那么焊丝42直接位于特氟龙带26之下,由此得到优化的热传递。特氟龙带26能够通过夹紧连接固定在焊接棒22上。对此,折叠的长边29夹紧在基本载体40的侧壁部41和框架部件25的内壁部33之间。同样地,在密封唇32的区域中实现与基本载体40的表面的密封的夹紧。特氟龙带26此外能够与框架部件25附加地粘接或者以其他的方式固定在框架部件上。
在将框架部件25插到基本载体40上时,内壁部33的下部边在端侧卡接到基本载体40的通过凸缘43形成的槽44中。
焊丝42在基本载体40上的固定在下文中根据图5a、5b和6详细阐述。图6示出基本载体40的分解视图,而图5a示出贯穿基本载体40的纵剖面。图5b示出根据图5a的基本载体40的右侧的细节局部图。
焊丝42在基本载体40的整个表面45上沿纵向方向张紧,其中自由的焊丝端部经过基本载体40的端部边引导到基本载体的下侧上。焊丝42在基本载体40上的固定借助夹紧机构50来实现。所述夹紧机构由导电材料制成并且同时提供焊接棒22的连接部位以用于供电。
在夹紧机构50的上侧上存在钩51,所述钩通过夹紧机构50的倒圆的端部边56形成。在夹紧机构50的下侧上存在槽53以及可弯曲地固定在夹紧机构上的桩52,所述桩能够精确配合地压入到槽53中。在夹紧机构50的上侧上存在凹部55,另一个凹部54存在于夹紧机构50的后侧上。焊丝42的自由端部分别经过夹紧机构50的倒圆的端侧56从上侧向下跨越槽53地放置,并且其通过将桩52压入到槽53中的方式夹紧地固定在夹紧机构50上。
随后,两个夹紧机构能够经由钩51在端侧悬挂在基本载体40上。优选地,钩从上部悬挂在基本载体上并且随后通过转动运动向内按压到基本载体的下侧之下。通过与之关联的杠杆作用,产生焊丝的足够的应力,使得所述焊丝均匀地并且平面地在基本载体40的上侧45上伸展。预紧力选择成,使得在焊丝42由于热变长的情况下也出现均匀的接触。在所述位置中,夹紧机构50此外经由凹部54、55锁紧在基本载体40的相应的锁紧钩47、48上。然而,值得注意的是,夹紧机构50在固定位置中受保护地位于夹紧体50的空腔中。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于真空抽屉的焊接棒,所述真空抽屉用于食品抽真空,所述焊接棒具有基本载体,所述基本载体包括至少一个沿纵向方向在表面上伸展的焊丝,
其中所述焊丝在预紧力下固定在所述基本载体上,其中所述焊丝在其整个长度上以面贴靠在所述基本载体上,
其特征在于,
所述焊丝在所述焊丝的端侧被至少一个夹紧机构容纳,其中一个或多个所述夹紧机构能够可拆卸地与所述基本载体连接,其中一个或多个所述夹紧机构能够经由钩悬挂在所述基本载体上,其中所述夹紧机构固定在所述基本载体的表面之下的下侧上,并且所述钩悬挂在所述基本载体的所述表面的横向边上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接棒,
其特征在于,
所述焊丝经过所述基本载体的横向边引导到下侧上并且在所述下侧上借助于夹紧连接固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的焊接棒,
其特征在于,
所述焊丝经由所述基本载体的至少一个端侧半径区域以面贴靠的方式引导。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的焊接棒,
其特征在于,
一个或多个所述夹紧机构在所述基本载体的所述表面之下的下侧上借助于所述基本载体的一个或多个锁紧钩能够固定在所述基本载体上。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的焊接棒,
其特征在于,
所述夹紧机构由导电材料构成或者包括所述导电材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的焊接棒,
其特征在于,
所述导电材料为金属。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的焊接棒,
其特征在于,
所述夹紧机构包括槽,所述焊丝通过所述夹紧机构的挤压件压入到所述槽中。
8.一种真空抽屉,所述真空抽屉具有真空室和至少一个安装在所述真空室中的根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的焊接棒。
9.根据权利要求8所述的真空抽屉,
其特征在于,
所述真空抽屉适合于安装到家具中。
