技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具,特别是涉及注塑模具的精定位壁厚调节机构。
背景技术
已有注塑模具在开合模过程中,通常采用导柱和导孔配合对型芯和型腔的开合模进行导向,该结构导向准确,保证开合模动作精确,但该结构的型芯或型腔则无法进行前后左右的微调,特别是在一些薄壁的塑料件上,若注塑成型的塑料件一侧壁面较薄,而另一侧壁面较厚,则会严重影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种可对模腔的前后左右的间隙进行微调,保证注塑成型塑料件壁厚均匀的注塑模具的精定位壁厚调节机构。
本发明注塑模具的精定位壁厚调节机构的技术方案是:包括型芯和型腔,在型芯中设置型芯镶块,其特征在于:所述的型芯中开有型芯安装槽,型芯安装槽的一侧内壁制有下斜导面,型芯安装槽中设置下调节垫片、精定位母块和下滑块,精定位母块上制有卡槽和母块穿孔,紧固件穿过母块穿孔与型芯相固定,母块穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,下滑块上制有下斜面和下穿孔,下斜面与下斜导面相接触,紧固件穿过下穿孔与型芯相固定,下穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,所述的型腔中开有型腔安装槽,型腔安装槽的一侧内壁制有上斜导面,型腔安装槽中设置精定位公块和上滑块,精定位公块下制有卡块和公块穿孔,紧固件穿过公块穿孔与型腔相固定,公块穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,上滑块上制有上斜面和上穿孔,上斜面与上斜导面相接触,紧固件穿过上穿孔与型腔相固定,上穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙。
本发明公开了一种注塑模具的精定位壁厚调节机构,主要特征是在型芯的型芯安装槽中一侧设置下调节垫片、精定位母块和下滑块,在型腔的型腔安装槽中设置精定位公块和上滑块,在模具合模时由精定位母块的卡槽和精定位公块的卡块配合,使模具合模时配合准确,若注塑成型塑料件的前后左右壁面出现壁厚不相同时,可根据壁厚更换不同厚度的下调节垫片,由于精定位母块的母块穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,当下调节垫片增厚时,下调节垫片将精定位母块向一侧推,使精定位母块中的卡槽向一侧偏移,精定位母块将下滑块向一侧推,由于下滑块的下穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,使下滑块沿着下斜导面倾斜向上滑动一小段距离,由于精定位母块的卡槽偏移,此时模具在合模时,精定位公块的卡块在与卡槽配合,使精定位公块也产生偏移,而精定位公块则带动整个型腔偏移,而型芯则保持不动,使型芯与型腔之间的模腔内塑料件的两侧壁厚得到细微的调整,使塑料件两侧的壁厚保持一致,调节方便,保证产品的质量。
本发明注塑模具的精定位壁厚调节机构,所述的型芯中开有前后左右四个型芯安装槽,在各型芯安装槽中分别设置下调节垫片、精定位母块和下滑块,相对应的型腔中开有前后左右四个型腔安装槽,在各型腔安装槽中分别是设置精定位公块和上滑块。可对塑料件的左右两侧壁面以及前后两侧壁面的壁厚进行调节。所述的卡槽为梯形槽,相对应的卡块为梯形块。梯形槽和梯形块配合、导向准确。

本发明涉及一种注塑模具的精定位壁厚调节机构,如图1—图7所示,包括型芯1和型腔2,在型芯中设置型芯镶块3,其特征在于:所述的型芯中开有型芯安装槽4,型芯安装槽的一侧内壁制有下斜导面5,型芯安装槽中设置下调节垫片6、精定位母块7和下滑块8,精定位母块上制有卡槽9和母块穿孔10,紧固件穿过母块穿孔与型芯1相固定,母块穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,下滑块上制有下斜面11和下穿孔12,下斜面与下斜导面5相接触,紧固件穿过下穿孔与型芯1相固定,下穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,所述的型腔2中开有型腔安装槽13,型腔安装槽的一侧内壁制有上斜导面14,型腔安装槽中设置精定位公块15和上滑块16,精定位公块下制有卡块17和公块穿孔18,紧固件穿过公块穿孔与型腔2相固定,公块穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,上滑块上制有上斜面19和上穿孔20,上斜面与上斜导面14相接触,紧固件穿过上穿孔与型腔相固定,上穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙。主要特征是在型芯1的型芯安装槽4中一侧设置下调节垫片6、精定位母块7和下滑块8,在型腔2的型腔安装槽13中设置精定位公块15和上滑块16,在模具合模时由精定位母块7的卡槽9和精定位公块15的卡块17配合,使模具合模时配合准确,若注塑成型塑料件的前后左右壁面出现壁厚不相同时,可根据壁厚更换不同厚度的下调节垫片6,由于精定位母块7的母块穿孔10与紧固件之间留有间隙,当下调节垫片6增厚时,下调节垫片将精定位母块向一侧推,使精定位母块中的卡槽9向一侧偏移,精定位母块将下滑块8向一侧推,由于下滑块的下穿孔12与紧固件之间留有间隙,使下滑块沿着下斜导面5倾斜向上滑动一小段距离,由于精定位母块7的卡槽9偏移,此时模具在合模时,精定位公块15的卡块17在与卡槽9配合,使精定位公块也产生偏移,而精定位公块则带动整个型腔2偏移,而型芯1则保持不动,使型芯与型腔之间的模腔内塑料件的两侧壁厚得到细微的调整,使塑料件两侧的壁厚保持一致,调节方便,保证产品的质量。所述的型芯1中开有前后左右四个型芯安装槽4,在各型芯安装槽中分别设置下调节垫片6、精定位母块7和下滑块8,相对应的型腔2中开有前后左右四个型腔安装槽13,在各型腔安装槽中分别是设置精定位公块15和上滑块16。可对塑料件的左右两侧壁面以及前后两侧壁面的壁厚进行调节。所述的卡槽9为梯形槽,相对应的卡块17为梯形块。梯形槽和梯形块配合、导向准确。

1.注塑模具的精定位壁厚调节机构,包括型芯(1)和型腔(2),在型芯中设置型芯镶块(3),其特征在于:所述的型芯中开有型芯安装槽(4),型芯安装槽的一侧内壁制有下斜导面(5),型芯安装槽中设置下调节垫片(6)、精定位母块(7)和下滑块(8),精定位母块上制有卡槽(9)和母块穿孔(10),紧固件穿过母块穿孔与型芯(1)相固定,母块穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,下滑块上制有下斜面(11)和下穿孔(12),下斜面与下斜导面(5)相接触,紧固件穿过下穿孔与型芯(1)相固定,下穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,所述的型腔(2)中开有型腔安装槽(13),型腔安装槽的一侧内壁制有上斜导面(14),型腔安装槽中设置精定位公块(15)和上滑块(16),精定位公块下制有卡块(17)和公块穿孔(18),紧固件穿过公块穿孔与型腔(2)相固定,公块穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙,上滑块上制有上斜面(19)和上穿孔(20),上斜面与上斜导面(14)相接触,紧固件穿过上穿孔与型腔相固定,上穿孔与紧固件之间留有间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具的精定位壁厚调节机构,其特征在于:所述的型芯(1)中开有前后左右四个型芯安装槽(4),在各型芯安装槽中分别设置下调节垫片(6)、精定位母块(7)和下滑块(8),相对应的型腔(2)中开有前后左右四个型腔安装槽(13),在各型腔安装槽中分别设置精定位公块(15)和上滑块(16)。
