本发明涉及阀体加工自动化设备,具体涉及一种阀体机械加工自动化流水线。
背景技术
阀体是阀门的主要部件,一些大型的闸阀阀体、截止阀阀体通常都是先铸造成型,然后再对阀体坯件进行机械加工,以达到设计要求。阀体坯件上影响阀门装配性能的机械加工部位有:如图11所示,阀体上设有安装阀杆支架的连接座,需要加工的部位有连接座端面A、沉孔B、环形槽C以及连接座法兰上的螺栓连接通孔D。上述加工部位通常采用普通的车床、铣床、钻床、镗床等机床,由于各个机床都是独立的,在加工时需要进行多次装卡,而且还需要镗孔和铣槽,难以保证连接座上各加工部位的形位公差,造成阀杆支架与阀体装配后阀杆中心偏差较大,产品质量不易控制,使得阀门在使用过程中出现卡死、偏磨等诸多问题;同时也难以形成自动化流水线生产,加工效率低。
发明内容
为了解决现有的普通机床加工阀体上的连接座需要进行多次装卡、形位公差难以保证、阀体质量不易控制及加工效率低的问题,本发明提供一种阀体机械加工自动化流水线,该阀体机械加工自动化流水线采用PLC控制,能够对阀体自动输送、装卡、按次序加工出阀体上连接座的各加工部位,由于采用一次性装卡流水线加工,保证了加工精度,阀体质量易控制,提高了加工效率。
本发明的技术方案是:该阀体机械加工自动化流水线,包括床身及气动升降偏转夹具,所述的床身上安装有沿床身滑动的横向数控滑台,所述的横向数控滑台的一侧设有工件输送滑道、气动机械手及滑移架,气动机械手安装在滑移架上并能够上下升降和水平移动,所述的横向数控滑台的另一侧从左至右依次设有分别安装在纵向滑台上的端面铣削动力头、镗孔动力头、铣槽动力头及钻孔动力头,端面铣削动力头上安装有铣削端面A的铣刀盘,镗孔动力头上安装有镗沉孔B的镗刀,铣槽动力头上安装有铣环形槽C的铣刀,钻孔动力头上安装有钻通孔D的钻头,钻孔动力头固定在转盘上,钻头贯穿转盘并与转盘之间设有间隙,所述转盘与分度头相连接,所述转盘由气动卡紧机构卡紧;所述的横向数控滑台上安装有支撑座,支撑座上方固定有三个V形定位板,三个V形定位板分别与阀体的两端及连接座相对应,支撑座上设有气动升降偏转夹具。
所述的气动升降偏转夹具包括套管、偏转套、压板及气缸,压板固定在偏转套的上端,偏转套的下端连接气缸的活塞杆,偏转套位于套管内并能在套管内转动,套管侧壁上固定有导向销,偏转套侧壁开有导向槽,导向槽由上段和下段的两个轴向直槽和中段的螺旋槽组成,导向销位于导向槽内,压板能够压在阀体的连接座上方。
所述镗孔动力头包括电机、安装座、主轴及回转架,所述的主轴能够相对安装座旋转,主轴上设有中心孔,回转架的一侧安装有镗刀架及进给气缸,镗刀架能够相对回转架沿径向滑动,进给气缸沿径向设置,镗刀架与进给气缸的活塞杆相连;回转架的另一侧设有贯穿中心孔的中心轴,中心轴的伸出端上安装有无限回转供气座,所述的中心轴内部及回转架内部设有第一气孔和第二气孔,第一气孔和第二气孔的一端与进给气缸相通,第一气孔和第二气孔的另一端与无限回转供气座相通。
所述无限回转供气座包括座体、左端盖及右端盖,左端盖与座体之间设有密闭的第一空腔,座体内设有密闭的第二空腔,第一气孔与第一空腔相通,第二气孔与第二空腔相通,第一空腔和第二空腔分别连接换向阀的进气端和回气端。
所述分度头包括分度头座、转轴及伺服电机,转轴安装在分度头座内并能转动,伺服电机与转轴之间通过齿形带传动,转轴与转盘相连接。
所述气动卡紧机构包括上夹钳及下夹钳,上夹钳及下夹钳的一端同铰接点铰接在固定座上,上夹钳及下夹钳的另一端分别铰接上连杆及下连杆,上连杆及下连杆同铰接点铰接在连接块上,所述连接块与夹紧气缸的活塞杆相连,夹紧气缸固定在固定座上。

本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述技术方案,阀体在工件输送滑道上连接座朝下排列,阀体滑到工件输送滑道的末端时停止,气动机械手夹持阀体并将其输送至V形定位板上方并放置在V形定位板上,气动机械手升起并回到初始位置。接下来气动升降偏转夹具夹紧阀体,横向数控滑台从左向右移动,使阀体经过端面铣削动力头,完成端面A铣削加工,横向数控滑台移动至镗孔动力头处时停止,对沉孔B进行镗孔,横向数控滑台再向右移动至铣槽动力头处停止,铣刀在沉孔B的底面铣出环形槽C,最后,横向数控滑台移动至钻孔动力头处停止,进行多次钻孔,由分度头进行分度,直至加工完通孔D,钻孔前转盘由气动卡紧机构卡紧能够避免钻孔动力头产生振动,有效保证了钻孔质量。本发明采用PLC控制,能够对阀体自动输送、装卡、按次序加工出阀体上连接座的各加工部位,由于采用一次性装卡流水线加工,保证了加工精度,阀体质量易控制,提高了加工效率。

所述的气动机械手4包括支撑架41、提升座42及夹臂43,支撑架41的外侧设有滚轮44,提升座42上铰接有平衡钩臂45,平衡钩臂45的下部与夹臂43之间设有拉簧48,平衡钩臂45的下端钩部与阀体上的连接座内孔相对应,平衡钩臂45上设有与滚轮44相接触面设有直线段46及斜线段47。上提阀门时,平衡钩臂45随同提升座42向上运动,当直线段46与滚轮44接触时,平衡钩臂45的下端钩部刚好钩住阀门连接座的内孔,使阀门提起时不会因重力作用使连接座一端向下偏转,阀门保持水平状态输送至V形定位板18;放下阀门时,提升座42下降,平衡钩臂45也向下滑移,斜线段47与滚轮44接触时,平衡钩臂45张开,平衡钩臂45的下端钩部脱离阀门连接座的内孔。

Claims (7)

1.一种阀体机械加工自动化流水线,包括床身(1)及气动升降偏转夹具(19),所述的床身(1)上安装有沿床身(1)滑动的横向数控滑台(2),所述的横向数控滑台(2)的一侧设有工件输送滑道(3)、气动机械手(4)及滑移架(5),气动机械手(4)安装在滑移架(5)上并能够上下升降和水平移动,其特征在于:所述的横向数控滑台(2)的另一侧从左至右依次设有分别安装在纵向滑台(28)上的端面铣削动力头(6)、镗孔动力头(7)、铣槽动力头(8)及钻孔动力头(9),端面铣削动力头(6)上安装有铣削端面(A)的铣刀盘(10),镗孔动力头(7)上安装有镗沉孔(B)的镗刀(11),铣槽动力头(8)上安装有铣环形槽(C)的铣刀(12),钻孔动力头(9)上安装有钻通孔(D)的钻头(13),钻孔动力头(9)固定在转盘(14)上,钻头(13)贯穿转盘(14)并与转盘(14)之间设有间隙,所述转盘(14)与分度头(15)相连接,所述转盘(14)由气动卡紧机构(16)卡紧;所述的横向数控滑台(2)上安装有支撑座(17),支撑座(17)上方固定有三个V形定位板(18),三个V形定位板(18)分别与阀体的两端及连接座相对应,支撑座(17)上设有气动升降偏转夹具(19);所述镗孔动力头(7)包括电机(71)、安装座(72)、主轴(73)及回转架(74),所述的主轴(73)能够相对安装座(72)旋转,主轴(73)上设有中心孔(75),回转架(74)的一侧安装有镗刀架(76)及进给气缸(77),镗刀架(76)能够相对回转架(74)沿径向滑动,进给气缸(77)沿径向设置,镗刀架(76)与进给气缸(77)的活塞杆相连;回转架(74)的另一侧设有贯穿中心孔(75)的中心轴(78),中心轴(78)的伸出端上安装有无限回转供气座(79),所述的中心轴(78)内部及回转架(74)内部设有第一气孔(710)和第二气孔(711),第一气孔(710)和第二气孔(711)的一端与进给气缸(77)相通,第一气孔(710)和第二气孔(711)的另一端与无限回转供气座(79)相通;所述无限回转供气座(79)包括座体(791)、左端盖(792)及右端盖(793),左端盖(792)与座体(791)之间设有密闭的第一空腔(794),座体(791)内设有密闭的第二空腔(795),第一气孔(710)与第一空腔(794)相通,第二气孔(711)与第二空腔(795)相通,第一空腔(794)和第二空腔(795)分别连接换向阀的进气端和回气端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀体机械加工自动化流水线,其特征在于:所述的气动升降偏转夹具(19)包括套管(20)、偏转套(21)、压板(22)及气缸(23),压板(22)固定在偏转套(21)的上端,偏转套(21)的下端连接气缸(23)的活塞杆,偏转套(21)位于套管(20)内并能在套管(20)内转动,套管(20)侧壁上固定有导向销(24),偏转套(21)侧壁开有导向槽(25),导向槽(25)由上段和下段的两个轴向直槽(26)和中段的螺旋槽(27)组成,导向销(24)位于导向槽(25)内,压板(22)能够压在阀体的连接座上方。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀体机械加工自动化流水线,其特征在于:所述分度头(15)包括分度头座(151)、转轴(152)及伺服电机(153),转轴(152)安装在分度头座(151)内并能转动,伺服电机(153)与转轴(152)之间通过齿形带(154)传动,转轴(152)与转盘(14)相连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀体机械加工自动化流水线,其特征在于:所述气动卡紧机构(16)包括上夹钳(161)及下夹钳(162),上夹钳(161)及下夹钳(162)的一端同铰接点铰接在固定座(163)上,上夹钳(161)及下夹钳(162)的另一端分别铰接上连杆(164)及下连杆(165),上连杆(164)及下连杆(165)同铰接点铰接在连接块(166)上,所述连接块(166)与夹紧气缸(167)的活塞杆相连,夹紧气缸(167)固定在固定座(163)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀体机械加工自动化流水线,其特征在于:所述上夹钳(161)及下夹钳(162)的内壁均固定有橡胶衬垫(168)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀体机械加工自动化流水线,其特征在于:所述钻孔动力头(9)为两个且对称设置在转盘(14)上。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀体机械加工自动化流水线,其特征在于:所述的气动机械手(4)包括支撑架(41)、提升座(42)及夹臂(43),支撑架(41)的外侧设有滚轮(44),提升座(42)上铰接有平衡钩臂(45),平衡钩臂(45)的下部与夹臂(43)之间设有拉簧(48),平衡钩臂(45)的下端钩部与阀体上的连接座内孔相对应,平衡钩臂(45)上设有与滚轮(44)相接触面设有直线段(46)及斜线段(47)。
