本发明公开了一种芦荟抑菌组合物及其制备方法,由芦荟、淡竹叶、樟脑、冰片、甘油、蒲公英、荆芥、红花、泽泻、川芎、红豆杉、单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、液体石蜡、三乙醇胺制成。所述组合物及其制剂对白色念珠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均具有很好的杀菌效果,稳定性高,储存期长、对皮肤粘膜无刺激性。

技术领域
本发明涉及制药领域,具体涉及一种芦荟抑菌组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着环境的恶化,各种疾病的爆发,人们对卫生的要求越来越高,要求所处环境及使用的所有物品不仅要干净,更是不能有致病菌。除了环境卫生,个人卫生要求更高,各种抑菌产品也相继问世。
芦荟是集食用、药用、美容、观赏于一身植物。其泌出物(主要有效成分是芦荟素等葱醌类物质)已广泛应用到医药和日化中。芦荟在中国民间就被作为美容、护发和治疗皮肤疾病的天然药物。芦荟胶对蚊叮有一定的止痒作用。
将芦荟和淡竹叶等其他中药配伍制成抑菌组合物产品还未见报道。
发明内容
针对现有的与本发明相似的组合药物存在的不足之处,本发明的目的旨在提供一种可用于人体体表皮肤及粘膜的芦荟抑菌组合物。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种芦荟抑菌组合物由以下重量份数的原料制成:
芦荟10-20份,淡竹叶10-15份,樟脑10-15份,薄荷4-6份,蒲公英8-12份,荆芥8-12份,红花2-3份,泽泻8-10份,川芎8-10份,红豆杉20-25份,米醋0.2-0.25份,冰片4-8份,甘油15-20份,单硬脂酸甘油酯43-50份,硬脂酸60-80份,液体石蜡40-50份,三乙醇胺25-35份。
进一步的,所述芦荟抑菌组合物由以下重量份数的原料制成:
芦荟15份,淡竹叶10份,樟脑13份,薄荷5份,蒲公英10份,荆芥10份,红花2.5份,泽泻9份,川芎9份,红豆杉23份,米醋0.23份,冰片6份,甘油18份,单硬脂酸甘油酯47份,硬脂酸70份,液体石蜡45份,三乙醇胺30份。
本发明还提供了一种芦荟抑菌组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量取芦荟,用10倍重量的75-90%的乙醇溶液中浸渍60-90min,在40-45℃的条件下以3000-4000W的功率超声提取30-40min后过滤;滤渣再用10倍重量的60-75%的乙醇溶液超声提取,条件同上,过滤,合并两次滤液备用,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2,得芦荟提取液;
(2)按配方量取樟脑、薄荷、红花、川芎加10倍量的水,蒸馏提取6小时,收集挥发油,药液滤过另器保存;药渣与淡竹叶、蒲公英、荆芥、泽泻、红豆杉加水煎煮两次,每次一小时,第一次加12倍量水,第二次加8倍量水,合并煎液并与蒸馏后药液合并,上已处理好的大孔吸附树脂柱,药液吸附完毕后,加入70%乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2,得浓缩液,此密度为60℃测得;
(3)将芦荟提取液、挥发油、浓缩液液充分混匀,于搅拌下缓慢加入三乙醇胺、甘油并加热至75-80℃,搅拌均匀,形成A相;
(4)将单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、液体石蜡逐个加入搅拌锅并加热至75-80℃,搅拌均匀,形成B相;
(5)将上述A相和B相抽入乳化锅,搅拌6-10分钟,温度75-80℃;启动均质开关并对乳化锅内进行乳化,速度2800-3000转/min,时间8-12分钟;待其冷却至60-65℃,再向乳化锅中加入米醋以及冰片粉末,搅拌均匀即得芦荟抑菌组合物。
本发明所制得的芦荟抑菌组合物对白色念珠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、溶血性乙型链球菌均具有很好的抑菌杀菌效果,稳定性高,储存期长、对皮肤粘膜安全无刺激性,无毒副作用,具有良好的抑菌效果,可广泛用于各类居家场所。且本发明的制作工艺简单,原料价廉易得且安全,易于生产并投放市场。
具体实施方式
实施例
芦荟抑菌组合物的制备:
(1)取150g芦荟,用10倍重量的75%的乙醇溶液中浸渍60min,在40℃的条件下以3000W的功率超声提取30min后过滤;滤渣再用10倍重量的60%的乙醇溶液超声提取,条件同上,过滤,合并两次滤液备用,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.1,得芦荟提取液;
(2)取130g樟脑、50g薄荷、25g红花、90g川芎加10倍量的水,蒸馏提取6小时,收集挥发油,药液滤过另器保存;药渣与100g淡竹叶、100g蒲公英、100g荆芥、90g泽泻、230g红豆杉加水煎煮两次,每次一小时,第一次加12倍量水,第二次加8倍量水,合并煎液并与蒸馏后药液合并,上已处理好的大孔吸附树脂柱,药液吸附完毕后,加入70%乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1,得浓缩液,此密度为60℃测得;
(3)将芦荟提取液、挥发油、浓缩液液充分混匀,于搅拌下缓慢加入300g三乙醇胺、180g甘油并加热至75℃,搅拌均匀,形成A相;
(4)将470g单硬脂酸甘油酯、700g硬脂酸、450g液体石蜡逐个加入搅拌锅并加热至75℃,搅拌均匀,形成B相;
(5)将上述A相和B相抽入乳化锅,搅拌10分钟,温度75℃;启动均质开关并对乳化锅内进行乳化,速度3000转/min,时间10分钟;待其冷却至60℃,再向乳化锅中加入2.3g米醋以及60g冰片粉末,搅拌均匀即得芦荟抑菌组合物。
实施例2
芦荟抑菌组合物的制备:
(1)取100g芦荟,用10倍重量的75%的乙醇溶液中浸渍60min,在40℃的条件下以3000W的功率超声提取30min后过滤;滤渣再用10倍重量的60%的乙醇溶液超声提取,条件同上,过滤,合并两次滤液备用,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.1,得芦荟提取液;
(2)取100g樟脑、40g薄荷、20g红花、80g川芎加10倍量的水,蒸馏提取6小时,收集挥发油,药液滤过另器保存;药渣与100g淡竹叶、80g蒲公英、80g荆芥、80g泽泻、200g红豆杉加水煎煮两次,每次一小时,第一次加12倍量水,第二次加8倍量水,合并煎液并与蒸馏后药液合并,上已处理好的大孔吸附树脂柱,药液吸附完毕后,加入70%乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1,得浓缩液,此密度为60℃测得;
(3)将芦荟提取液、挥发油、浓缩液液充分混匀,于搅拌下缓慢加入250g三乙醇胺、150g甘油并加热至75℃,搅拌均匀,形成A相;
(4)将430g单硬脂酸甘油酯、600g硬脂酸、400g液体石蜡逐个加入搅拌锅并加热至75℃,搅拌均匀,形成B相;
(5)将上述A相和B相抽入乳化锅,搅拌10分钟,温度75℃;启动均质开关并对乳化锅内进行乳化,速度3000转/min,时间10分钟;待其冷却至60℃,再向乳化锅中加入2g米醋以及40g冰片粉末,搅拌均匀即得芦荟抑菌组合物。
实施例3
芦荟抑菌组合物的制备:
(1)取200g芦荟,用10倍重量的75%的乙醇溶液中浸渍60min,在40℃的条件下以3000W的功率超声提取30min后过滤;滤渣再用10倍重量的60%的乙醇溶液超声提取,条件同上,过滤,合并两次滤液备用,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.1,得芦荟提取液;
(2)取150g樟脑、60g薄荷、30g红花、100g川芎加10倍量的水,蒸馏提取6小时,收集挥发油,药液滤过另器保存;药渣与150g淡竹叶、120g蒲公英、120g荆芥、100g泽泻、250g红豆杉加水煎煮两次,每次一小时,第一次加12倍量水,第二次加8倍量水,合并煎液并与蒸馏后药液合并,上已处理好的大孔吸附树脂柱,药液吸附完毕后,加入70%乙醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.1,得浓缩液,此密度为60℃测得;
(3)将芦荟提取液、挥发油、浓缩液液充分混匀,于搅拌下缓慢加入350g三乙醇胺、200g甘油并加热至75℃,搅拌均匀,形成A相;
(4)将500g单硬脂酸甘油酯、800g硬脂酸、500g液体石蜡逐个加入搅拌锅并加热至75℃,搅拌均匀,形成B相;
(5)将上述A相和B相抽入乳化锅,搅拌10分钟,温度75℃;启动均质开关并对乳化锅内进行乳化,速度3000转/min,时间10分钟;待其冷却至60℃,再向乳化锅中加入2.5g米醋以及80g冰片粉末,搅拌均匀即得芦荟抑菌组合物。
以下是细菌定量杀灭实验
1、器材
(1)试验菌株:白色念珠菌(ATCC10231);金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538);大肠杆菌(8099);溶血性乙型链球菌。
(2)试验样品:实施例1-3所得芦荟抑菌组合物。
2、方法
(1)检验依据:GB15979-2002、《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)悬液定量抑菌试验操作程序。
(2)抑菌试验:试验用样品浓度100%,试验温度20℃,重复次数3次,作用时间3min。
3、试验结果(见表1)

由表1可知,本发明芦荟抑菌组合物对白色念珠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、溶血性乙型链球菌均具有很好的抑菌杀菌效果。
将本发明所制得的产品也对家兔皮肤粘膜也进行了相应的刺激试验,其试验结果为无刺激性。
由此可见,本发明原料环保、工艺简单、抑菌作用强大(抑菌率高达90%以上),但作用温和、对皮肤及粘膜无刺激。

Claims (3)

1.一种芦荟抑菌组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
芦荟10-20份,淡竹叶10-15份,樟脑10-15份,薄荷4-6份,蒲公英8-12份,荆芥8-12份,红花2-3份,泽泻8-10份,川芎8-10份,红豆杉20-25份,米醋0.2-0.25份,冰片4-8份,甘油15-20份,单硬脂酸甘油酯43-50份,硬脂酸60-80份,液体石蜡40-50份,三乙醇胺25-35份。
2.一种芦荟抑菌组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
芦荟15份,淡竹叶10份,樟脑13份,薄荷5份,蒲公英10份,荆芥10份,红花2.5份,泽泻9份,川芎9份,红豆杉23份,米醋0.23份,冰片6份,甘油18份,单硬脂酸甘油酯47份,硬脂酸70份,液体石蜡45份,三乙醇胺30份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的芦荟抑菌组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

(5)将上述A相和B相抽入乳化锅,搅拌6-10分钟,温度75-80℃;启动均质开关并对乳化锅内进行乳化,速度2800-3000转/min,时间8-12分钟;待其冷却至60-65℃,再向乳化锅中加入米醋以及冰片粉末,搅拌均匀即得芦荟抑菌组合物。
