随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对洁肤类产品提出了更高的的安全性和健康保健要求,同时保护生态环境,倡导低碳生活的天然环保理念深入人心。目前市场上广泛使用的各类洗面奶、沐浴露产品,使用的大量精细化工产品,并且生产过程产生三废,对人体产生一定的未知不良作用,尤其是婴幼儿和孕妇。艾纳香油为我国贵州少数民族用药,属菊科植物艾纳香的叶的升华物经压榨分离而得的油;是提取天然冰片产品的附属产品,其中含有左旋龙脑、樟脑、挥发油、油脂及其他有用成份,具有很好的杀菌消炎作用;黄山药为缠绕藤本,现代药理研究表明,其具有解毒消肿,止痛的功效;金龙胆草,为菊科植物,具有清热消炎,泻火解毒的功效;其提取物临床上常用于急性黄疸型肝炎,牙痛,慢性气管炎,口腔炎,咽喉炎,扁桃体炎,肾炎等辅助治疗;蛇莓作为常用中药,在中国具有悠久的药用历史,历代本草皆有收载,具有有清热解毒、活血散瘀、收敛止血作用,又能治毒蛇咬伤,敷治疔疮等,对金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌有抑制作用。

本发明的目的在于,为了满足市场的需求,本发明原料及辅料通过合理配方,获得了一种具有消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的效果的手工皂;同时,为了克服现有技术中存在的目前手工皂强碱皂化工艺对植物精油及植物提取物的破坏作用,本发明各组原料及辅料的合理配比使用,最大限度地保持手工皂中添加的植物提取物的有效性,满足市场的需求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,由以下原料制备而成:艾纳香油10-15%、金龙胆草提取物1-3%、蛇莓提取物1-3%、黄山药提取物1-3%及辅料76-87%。
上述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,所述的辅料包括:氢氧化钠3-6%、丙二醇4-7%、山梨醇4-7%、硬脂酸5-10%、碳酸钠8-12%、基础植物油32-65%、蒸馏水15-20%。
上述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,所述的基础植物油为橄榄油、椰子油、荷荷巴油、棕榈油、乳木果油中的一种或多种混合。
上述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,所述金龙胆草提取物的制备方法为:将金龙胆草按料液比1∶8-10加入到65%乙醇中,于70-80℃加热回流提取2-3h,在2000-3500rpm条件下离心15-30min,反复提取三次,合并上清液,减压蒸馏,干燥粉碎,即得。
上述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,所述蛇莓提取物的制备方法为:按料液1∶8-10将蛇莓药材用70%乙醇于65℃恒温浸提24h,过滤,减压浓缩至膏状,于真空干燥箱中烘干,粉碎,即得。
上述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,所述黄山药提取物物的制备方法为:将黄山药置于80-95℃水中浸提2-3h,于3500rpm条件下离心20-30min,收集上清液,浓缩,用2倍量的95%乙醇醇析,收集沉淀物,用无水乙醇洗涤后干燥,粉碎即得。
上述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、按照选定的重量百分比的基础植物油加热50-60℃搅拌,混合均匀;再加入选定重量比例的丙二醇、山梨醇、硬脂酸、碳酸钠混合均匀,然后降温至45℃,得A组分备用;(2)、将选定的重量百分比的氢氧化钠用蒸馏水溶解,搅拌保温2小时,控制温度至40-45℃,得B组分备用;(3)、将步骤B组分缓慢加入到A组分中,搅拌皂化,至皂液pH无限接近10;得到C组分备用;(4)、将C组分45℃保温条件下,加入选定重量比例的艾纳香油、龙胆草提取物、蛇莓提取物、黄山药提取物,充分混合均匀,将得到的皂液倒入模具中,封盖,40-45℃保温48h,脱模,阴凉通风处晾干1-2个月,包装制成成品。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,以重量计算包括如下制备原料组分:金龙胆草提取物1%、蛇莓提取物3%、黄山药提取物1%,艾纳香油15%、氢氧化钠3%、丙二醇7%、山梨醇4%、硬脂酸10%、碳酸钠8%、基础植物油37%、蒸馏水15%;其中基础植物油为橄榄油、椰子油、荷荷巴油其质量比为1∶2∶1的混合物;
上述手工皂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、提取物的制备:
A:金龙胆草提取物的制备:将金龙胆草按料液比1∶8-10加入到65%乙醇中,于70-80℃加热回流提取2-3h,在2000-3500rpm条件下离心15-30min,反复提取三次,合并上清液,减压蒸馏,干燥粉碎,即得。
B:蛇莓提取物的制备:按料液1∶8-10将蛇莓药材用70%乙醇于65℃恒温浸提24h,过滤,减压浓缩至膏状,于真空干燥箱中烘干,粉碎,即得。
C:黄山药提取物物的制备:将黄山药置于80-95℃水中浸提2-3h,于3500rpm条件下离心20-30min,收集上清液,浓缩,用2倍量的95%乙醇醇析,收集沉淀物,用无水乙醇洗涤后干燥,粉碎即得。
(2)、按照选定的重量百分比的基础植物油加热50-60℃搅拌,混合均匀;再加入选定重量比例的丙二醇、山梨醇、硬脂酸、碳酸钠混合均匀,然后降温至45℃,得A组分备用;
(3)、将选定的重量百分比的氢氧化钠用蒸馏水溶解,搅拌保温2小时,控制温度至40-45℃,得B组分备用;
(4)、将步骤B组分缓慢加入到A组分中,搅拌皂化,至皂液pH无限接近10;得到C组分备用;
(5)、将C组分45℃保温条件下,加入选定重量比例的艾纳香油、龙胆草提取物、蛇莓提取物、黄山药提取物,充分混合均匀,将得到的皂液倒入模具中,封盖,40-45℃保温48h,脱模,阴凉通风处晾干1-2个月,包装制成成品。
实施例2
一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,以重量计算包括如下制备原料组分:金龙胆草提取物3%、蛇莓提取物1%、黄山药提取物3%,艾纳香油10%、氢氧化钠6%、丙二醇4%、山梨醇7%、硬脂酸5%、碳酸钠12%、基础植物油39%、蒸馏水20%;其中基础植物油为椰子油、荷荷巴油、乳木果油其质量比为2∶2∶1的混合物;
上述手工皂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、提取物的制备:
A:金龙胆草提取物的制备:将金龙胆草按料液比1∶8-10加入到65%乙醇中,于70-80℃加热回流提取2-3h,在2000-3500rpm条件下离心15-30min,反复提取三次,合并上清液,减压蒸馏,干燥粉碎,即得。
B:蛇莓提取物的制备:按料液1∶8-10将蛇莓药材用70%乙醇于65℃恒温浸提24h,过滤,减压浓缩至膏状,于真空干燥箱中烘干,粉碎,即得。
C:黄山药提取物物的制备:将黄山药置于80-95℃水中浸提2-3h,于3500rpm条件下离心20-30min,收集上清液,浓缩,用2倍量的95%乙醇醇析,收集沉淀物,用无水乙醇洗涤后干燥,粉碎即得。

(3)、将选定的重量百分比的氢氧化钠用蒸馏水溶解,搅拌保温2小时,控制温度至40-45℃,得B组分备用;
(4)、将步骤B组分缓慢加入到A组分中,搅拌皂化,至皂液pH无限接近10;得到C组分备用;
(5)、将C组分45℃保温条件下,加入选定重量比例的艾纳香油、龙胆草提取物、蛇莓提取物、黄山药提取物,充分混合均匀,将得到的皂液倒入模具中,封盖,40-45℃保温48h,脱模,阴凉通风处晾干1-2个月,包装制成成品。
实施例3
一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,以重量计算包括如下制备原料组分:金龙胆草提取物2%、蛇莓提取物2%、黄山药提取物2%,艾纳香油12%、氢氧化钠5%、丙二醇5%、山梨醇5%、硬脂酸8%、碳酸钠10%、基础植物油31%、蒸馏水18%;其中基础植物油为橄榄油、荷荷巴油、棕榈油其质量比为1∶2∶2的混合物;
上述手工皂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、提取物的制备:
A:金龙胆草提取物的制备:将金龙胆草按料液比1∶8-10加入到65%乙醇中,于70-80℃加热回流提取2-3h,在2000-3500rpm条件下离心15-30min,反复提取三次,合并上清液,减压蒸馏,干燥粉碎,即得。
B:蛇莓提取物的制备:按料液1∶8-10将蛇莓药材用70%乙醇于65℃恒温浸提24h,过滤,减压浓缩至膏状,于真空干燥箱中烘干,粉碎,即得。
C:黄山药提取物物的制备:将黄山药置于80-95℃水中浸提2-3h,于3500rpm条件下离心20-30min,收集上清液,浓缩,用2倍量的95%乙醇醇析,收集沉淀物,用无水乙醇洗涤后干燥,粉碎即得。
(2)、按照选定的重量百分比的基础植物油加热50-60℃搅拌,混合均匀;再加入选定重量比例的丙二醇、山梨醇、硬脂酸、碳酸钠混合均匀,然后降温至45℃,得A组分备用;
(3)、将选定的重量百分比的氢氧化钠用蒸馏水溶解,搅拌保温2小时,控制温度至40-45℃,得B组分备用;
(4)、将步骤B组分缓慢加入到A组分中,搅拌皂化,至皂液pH无限接近10;得到C组分备用;
(5)、将C组分45℃保温条件下,加入选定重量比例的艾纳香油、龙胆草提取物、蛇莓提取物、黄山药提取物,充分混合均匀,将得到的皂液倒入模具中,封盖,40-45℃保温48h,脱模,阴凉通风处晾干1-2个月,包装制成成品。
上述实施例1-3的样品依据标准QB/T2485-2008随机进行了抽样检测,结果本发明手工皂中总有效物含量、水分和挥发物、总游离碱、游离苛性碱、氯化物、总五氧化二磷等项目均符合标准要求;
本发明相对于现有技术的优势为通过中药提取物合理配方,以及相关辅料的合理配合,确保在添加植物提取物后,保证添加的植物精油、黄酮或者多酚等有益成分不被强碱破坏,同时,本发明手工皂中原料药艾纳香油、金龙胆草提取物、蛇莓提取物、黄山药提取物的合理配比添加与基础植物油进行配比,达到了具有消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的功效。
本实施例1-3方式实施的手工皂,兼具杀菌消炎等功能;痤疮丙酸杆菌抑制试验发现,本实施1-3方式实施的手工皂对引起痤疮的痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌和杀菌能力较强,与市面上同等价位同类产品相比,杀菌比率提高12.3%;皮损严重程度评价发现,皮肤表层有红斑的实验动物,皮损消退率为24.5%;急性皮肤刺激性试验发现,家兔皮肤涂敷后局部产生的无炎性变化和组织损伤,无红斑,水肿;急性眼刺激性试验发现,家兔眼球表面接触面后无炎性变化和组织损伤,角膜无溃疡形成或混浊、虹膜正常、指睑结膜和球结膜部位血管正常、无水肿;皮肤变态反应试验发现,试豚鼠皮肤无红斑和水肿,致敏率0.003%在可接受范围内,无哮喘、站立不稳或休克等严重过敏现象。同时依照本实施例1-3方式实施的手工皂,对于长期用于手部劳作或创伤造成手部的肿痛,具有明显的改善作用。
综上所述,以上具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,其特征在于由以下原料制备而成:艾纳香油10-15%、蛇莓提取物1-3%、金龙胆草提取物1-3%、黄山药提取物1-3%及辅料76-87%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,其特征在于:所述的辅料包括:氢氧化钠3-6%、丙二醇4-7%、山梨醇4-7%、硬脂酸5-10%、碳酸钠8-12%、基础植物油32-65%、蒸馏水15-20%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,其特征在于:所述的基础植物油为橄榄油、椰子油、荷荷巴油、棕榈油、乳木果油中的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,其特征在于,所述金龙胆草提取物的制备方法为:将金龙胆草按料液比1∶8-10加入到65%乙醇中,于70-80℃加热回流提取2-3h,在2000-3500rpm条件下离心15-30min,反复提取三次,合并上清液,减压蒸馏,干燥粉碎,即得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,其特征在于,所述蛇莓提取物的制备方法为:按料液1∶8-10将蛇莓药材用70%乙醇于65℃恒温浸提24h,过滤,减压浓缩至膏状,于真空干燥箱中烘干,粉碎,即得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种消肿止痛、抗菌消炎的艾纳香手工皂,其特征在于,所述黄山药提取物物的制备方法为:将黄山药置于80-95℃水中浸提2-3h,于3500rpm条件下离心20-30min,收集上清液,浓缩,用2倍量的95%乙醇醇析,收集沉淀物,用无水乙醇洗涤后干燥,粉碎即得。
