技术领域
本说明书记载的实施方式涉及能够从网络上多个图像形成装置中的任一个进行印刷的印刷系统。
背景技术
根据自由定位打印系统，用户从客户终端将印刷作业登记在服务器里。用户能够从网络上的任一图像形成装置，对用户登记的印刷作业进行印刷，或从服务器删除。在自由定位打印系统，由于能够在服务器一侧记录各用户的印刷状况，因此，系统的管理者能够连接该服务器管理用户的图像形成装置的利用履历。
在原有技术的自由定位打印系统，即使是在利用客户终端附近的图像形成装置执行印刷作业的情况下，也需要由用户在图像形成装置进行用户认证，选择并执行印刷作业的操作。如果不通过服务器而将图像形成装置直接连接至客户终端，则能够直接打印。就是说，通过由客户终端发送印刷作业，图像形成装置能够立即执行印刷作业。
但是，在使直接打印与自由定位打印系统混在一起时，系统的管理者需要从服务器及多个图像形成装置的每一个收集各用户的图像形成装置的利用履历，管理变得复杂。
因此，在原有技术的自由定位打印系统，存在利用客户终端附近的图像形成装置不能引入直接打印这一问题。
发明内容
一般而言，在实施方式的打印系统中，多个图像形成装置、客户终端以及服务器通过网络连接。客户终端显示能够选择需要在进行印刷的图像形成装置上实施用户认证的第一打印模式、以及不需要在进行印刷的图像形成装置上实施用户认证的第二打印模式中的一种作为印刷模式的设定画面，当选择了第二打印模式作为印刷模式时，向服务器发送用户的识别信息、第二打印模式的印刷指示、以及印刷作业。服务器对每个用户存储是否有按照第二打印模式印刷的权限，并对每个有权限的用户存储按照第二打印模式印刷的图像形成装置，在接收到印刷作业的基于第二打印模式印刷的指示时，如果用户有权限，则将基于第二打印模式的印刷指示以及印刷作业发送到与用户关联的图像形成装置。

具体实施方式
以下，参照附图对实施方式进行说明。
图1是自由定位打印系统100(以下，记载为印刷系统100)的框图。
印刷系统100具有通过网络4连接的图像形成装置1、客户终端2、以及服务器3(服务器装置)。
图像形成装置1是具有例如印刷及传真等多种功能的MFP(多功能外围设备)。以下，在不区分时将各个图像形成装置1特别记载为图像形成装置1，在区分时将各个图像形成装置1记载为图像形成装置1A、1B、1C。对于用户，在不区分各个用户时单纯地记载为用户，在区分各个用户时记载为用户A～C。
图像形成装置1具备处理器11、存储器12、显示器13、操作部14、以及未图示的读卡器。操作部14是触摸面板等，接受用户的操作。读卡器读取ID卡，取得用户的识别信息。
客户终端2是例如PC(个人计算机)。客户终端2具备处理器21、存储器22、显示器23、操作部24。操作部24是键盘、鼠标及触摸面板等，接受用户的操作。
服务器3具备认证服务器31、MDS(文件管理系统)服务器32、日志收集服务器33。各个服务器31～33具备处理器301、存储器302。MDS服务器32进行从客户终端2接收的印刷作业的发送控制。认证服务器31登记并管理用户，进行用户的认证。日志收集服务器33从图像形成装置1取得印刷作业的执行履历，记录每个用户的图像形成装置1的利用履历。在本实施方式中，将服务器3的功能分散在三个服务器31～33中，可以将服务器3的功能归集在一个服务器，也可以分散在三个以外的多个服务器中。
以下，参照图2及图3的流程图，对印刷系统100的印刷处理进行说明。在以下的印刷处理中，图像形成装置1、客户终端2及服务器3通过由处理器11、21、301执行存储器12、22、302中的程序进行各处理。
客户终端2启动用于通过用户的操作进行印刷的打印机驱动程序。客户终端2显示图4所示的印刷设定画面9(ACT1)。在印刷设定画面9，通过单选钮、复选框、下拉菜单等的输入，用户能够选择自由定位打印(第一打印模式)或直接打印(第二打印模式)作为印刷方法(印刷模式)。
自由定位打印是指用户在通过客户终端2在服务器3登记印刷作业之后，在网络4上的任一图像形成装置(1A～1C)上进行认证，在该图像形成装置上执行印刷作业的印刷方法。
直接打印是指用户对通过客户终端2事先登记的图像形成装置(1A～1C)指示印刷作业的执行，无需进行用户认证而执行印刷作业的印刷方法。
换言之，自由定位打印可以说是需要在进行印刷的图像形成装置1上实施认证的印刷方法，直接打印可以说是无需在进行印刷的图像形成装置1上实施用户认证的印刷方法。
客户终端2设定印刷方法(ACT2)。客户终端2可以不进行ACT1、2的印刷方法的设定，而通过保存的上次的设定及事先登记的设定执行以下的ACT3。
客户终端2向MDS服务器32发送包含了用户的识别信息及印刷方法的印刷作业(ACT3)。用户的识别信息及印刷方法，可以不同于印刷作业而单独发送。以后也相同。
以下，首先，对印刷系统100的直接打印的处理进行说明。
MDS服务器32接收客户终端2发送来的印刷作业(ACT11)之后，对所发送的印刷作业进行分析(ACT12)，辨别印刷方法(ACT13)。当印刷方法为直接打印时(ACT13：是)，进行ACT14的处理。

以下，对利用印刷系统100的自由定位打印的处理进行说明。
当从客户终端2接收的印刷作业的印刷方法是自由定位打印时(ACT13：否)，MDS服务器32执行ACT18。在ACT18，MDS服务器32向认证服务器31发送用户的识别信息，询问用户有无进行自由定位打印的权限，以及用户有进行自由定位打印的权限时的能够进行自由定位打印的图像形成装置(在这里，假设设定有图像形成装置1B)。假定了所有用户都有进行自由定位打印的权限，当用户不具有自由定位打印的权限时，利用印刷系统100进行的处理即结束。

当认证服务器31认证用户后(ACT202：是)，图像形成装置1B向MDS服务器32请求与用户关联的待机状态的印刷作业清单(S3)。MDS服务器32从登记的印刷作业中提取对应的用户的印刷作业，制作清单(ACT20)，向图像形成装置1B发送印刷作业清单(S4)(ACT21)。图像形成装置1B在显示器13上显示接收的印刷作业清单(ACT204)，催促用户选择印刷作业以及执行作业。当用户指示从待机状态的印刷作业清单选择印刷作业、执行印刷后，图像形成装置1B向MDS服务器32发送印刷指示(所选择的印刷作业的发送请求)(S5)(ACT205)。MDS服务器32从图像形成装置1B选择有请求的印刷作业，并发送(S6)(ACT23)。图像形成装置1B接收用户指示进行的印刷作业(ACT206)，执行印刷作业(ACT207)。以后的处理与所述的ACT17相同。图像形成装置1B向MDS服务器32通知印刷结果(S7)，MDS服务器32记录印刷作业的执行履历(ACT24)。
由于以上的印刷系统100能够同时执行自由定位打印与直接打印，因此，用户的便利性得以提高。
如上所述，根据本说明书记载的技术，可以提供一种能够同时执行自由定位打印与直接打印的自由定位打印系统。
虽然说明了几个实施方式，但这些实施方式只是作为示例而提出的，并非旨在限定发明的范围。这些实施方式能够以其他各种方式进行实施，能够在不脱离发明的宗旨的范围内进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式及其变形被包括在发明的范围和宗旨中，同样地被包括在权利要求书所记载的发明及其均等的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种打印系统，其是多个图像形成装置、客户终端以及服务器通过网络连接的打印系统，在所述打印系统中，
所述客户终端显示能够选择需要在进行印刷的所述图像形成装置上实施用户认证的第一打印模式、以及不需要在进行印刷的所述图像形成装置上实施用户认证的第二打印模式中的一种作为印刷模式的设定画面，当选择了所述第二打印模式作为印刷模式时，向所述服务器发送用户的识别信息、基于所述第二打印模式的印刷指示、以及印刷作业，
所述服务器对每个用户存储是否有按照所述第二打印模式印刷的权限，并对每个有所述权限的用户存储按照所述第二打印模式印刷的所述图像形成装置，在接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述第二打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有所述权限，则将基于所述第二打印模式的印刷指示以及所述印刷作业发送到与用户关联的所述图像形成装置，
与用户关联的所述图像形成装置按照所述第二打印模式印刷所述印刷作业。
2.根据权利要求1所述的打印系统，其中，
所述服务器在接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述第二打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有所述权限，但按照所述第二打印模式印刷的图像形成装置没有与用户关联，则将所述印刷作业的状态为待机状态通知给所述图像形成装置，
所述图像形成装置在实施了用户认证之后，如果受到用户的操作而被指示执行待机状态的所述印刷作业，则从所述服务器取得所述印刷作业，执行所述印刷作业。
3.根据权利要求1所述的打印系统，其中，
所述服务器对每个用户存储是否有按照所述第一打印模式印刷的权限，并对有所述权限的每个用户存储按照所述第一打印模式印刷的所述图像形成装置，在接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述第一打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有按照所述第一打印模式印刷的所述权限，则将所述印刷作业的状态为待机状态通知给与用户关联的所有的所述图像形成装置，
与用户关联的所述图像形成装置在进行了用户认证之后，如果受到用户的操作而被指示执行待机状态的所述印刷作业，则从所述服务器取得所述印刷作业，执行所述印刷作业。
4.根据权利要求1所述的打印系统，其中，
所述服务器从所述图像形成装置取得所述印刷作业的执行履历。
5.一种利用打印系统的印刷方法，所述打印系统是多个图像形成装置、客户终端以及服务器通过网络而连接的打印系统，在所述利用打印系统的印刷方法中，
通过所述客户终端，显示能够选择需要在进行印刷的所述图像形成装置上实施用户认证的第一打印模式、以及不需要在进行印刷的所述图像形成装置上实施用户认证的第二打印模式中的一种作为印刷模式的设定画面，当选择了所述第二打印模式作为印刷模式时，向所述服务器发送用户的识别信息、基于所述第二打印模式的印刷指示、以及印刷作业，
通过所述服务器，对每个用户存储是否有按照所述第二打印模式印刷的权限，并对每个有所述权限的用户存储按照所述第二打印模式印刷的所述图像形成装置，在接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述第二打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有所述权限，则将基于所述第二打印模式的印刷指示以及所述印刷作业发送到与用户关联的所述图像形成装置，
通过与用户关联的所述图像形成装置，按照所述第二打印模式印刷所述印刷作业。
6.根据权利要求5所述的利用打印系统的印刷方法，其中，
所述服务器在接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述第二打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有所述权限，但按照所述第二打印模式印刷的图像形成装置没有与用户关联时，则将所述印刷作业的状态为待机状态通知给所述图像形成装置，
所述图像形成装置在进行了用户认证之后，如果受到用户的操作而被指示执行待机状态的所述印刷作业，则从所述服务器取得所述印刷作业，执行所述印刷作业。
7.根据权利要求5所述的利用打印系统的印刷方法，其中，
所述服务器对每个用户存储是否有按照所述第一打印模式印刷的权限，并对每个有所述权限的用户存储按照所述第一打印模式印刷的所述图像形成装置，在接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述第一打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有按照所述第一打印模式印刷的所述权限，则将所述印刷作业的状态为待机状态通知给与用户关联的所有的所述图像形成装置，
与用户关联的所述图像形成装置在进行了用户认证之后，如果受到用户的操作而被指示执行待机状态的所述印刷作业，则从所述服务器取得所述印刷作业，执行所述印刷作业。
8.一种服务器装置，其是通过网络与多个图像形成装置及客户终端连接的服务器装置，在所述服务器装置中，
对每个用户存储是否有按照不需在进行印刷的所述图像形成装置上实施用户认证的打印模式进行印刷的权限，并对每个有所述权限的用户存储按照所述打印模式印刷的所述图像形成装置，在从所述客户终端接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有所述权限，则向与用户关联的所述图像形成装置发送基于所述打印模式的印刷指示及所述印刷作业。
9.根据权利要求8所述的服务器装置，其中，
在接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有所述权限，但按照所述打印模式印刷的图像形成装置没有与用户关联，则将所述印刷作业的状态为待机状态通知给所述图像形成装置，如果从所述图像形成装置接收待机状态的所述印刷作业的发送要求，则向所述图像形成装置发送所述印刷作业。
10.根据权利要求8所述的服务器装置，其中，
对每个用户存储是否有按照不需在进行印刷的所述图像形成装置上实施用户认证的直接打印模式印刷的权限，并对每个有所述权限的用户存储按照所述直接打印模式印刷的所述图像形成装置，在接收到所述印刷作业的基于所述直接打印模式的印刷指示时，如果用户有按照所述直接打印模式印刷的所述权限，则将所述印刷作业的状态为待机状态通知给与用户关联的所有的所述图像形成装置，
如果从所述图像形成装置接收到所述印刷作业的发送要求，则向所述图像形成装置发送所述印刷作业。
