背景技术:
硬挺剂旨在改进织物外观、增加织物弹性与丰满感,并赋予硬挺性的物质。目前,国内硬挺剂主要以改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂为主,这类硬挺剂中含有少量甲醛,可对大部分织物进行硬挺加工处理。这类硬挺剂以液体甲醛、三聚氰胺、尿素等为原料,经羟甲基化、缩聚和醚化改性制备而成。由于液体甲醛中含有大量的水,在反应过程中醚化和缩聚等反应又有不少水产生,因此会产生大量难以处理的含甲醛废水。这些含甲醛废水的处理成本高且难以彻底去除所含甲醛,很多生产企业为了降低成本而将其经简单处理就直接排放,对环境造成了严重污染。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种显著提高硬挺度且废水中不含甲醛的绿色环保纱线织物硬挺剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种绿色环保纱线织物硬挺剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
聚乙烯醇树脂10-15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4-8份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯3-6份、卡波树脂3-6份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚2-4份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯2-4份、C5加氢石油树脂1-2份、氢化棕榈油1-2份、预糊化苦荞淀粉0.5-1份、茶籽粉0.3-0.5份、稀土复合添加剂0.1-0.3份、水100-150份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入聚乙烯醇树脂、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和C5加氢石油树脂,加热至回流状态保温混合30min,再加入六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中加入卡波树脂和氢化棕榈油,加热至95-100℃保温混合10min,然后加入茶籽粉和稀土复合添加剂,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II和预糊化苦荞淀粉,充分混合均匀,所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
所述卡波树脂使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将15-20份卡波树脂加入3-5倍重量份水中,并加入1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5-1份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5-1份明胶和0.2-0.5份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
所述卡波树脂选自卡波树脂940、卡波树脂934、卡波树脂941中的一种。
由于卡波树脂易溶胀,经过上述预处理后显著降低其溶胀性,使卡波树脂溶于水后形成均匀浆体。
所述C5加氢石油树脂使用前经过亲水改性,其改性方法为:向10-15份C5加氢石油树脂中加入1-2份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.5-1份松节油和0.5-1份聚季铵盐,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,然后加入1-2份微晶纤维素和0.5-1份水解聚马来酸酐,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,随后以10℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至0-10℃后保温静置1h,再以5℃/min的加热温度升温,待温度升至100-105℃后保温混合15min,并将所得混合物缓慢滴入10-15℃水中,滴加完毕后混合15min,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,经充分干燥后即可亲水颗粒。
所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
C5加氢石油树脂经过上述亲水改性,提高其亲水性,利于与其余原料的共混,从而在提高使用性能的基础上保证所制浆料的均匀性。
所述稀土复合添加剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:微晶蜡2-3份、鲸蜡醇1-2份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂0.5-1份、氧化镧0.1-0.3份、氧化铈0.1-0.3份、氧化钇0.05-0.1份、异丙醇10-15份,其制备方法为:向异丙醇中加入微晶蜡、鲸蜡醇和马来酸酐接枝相容剂,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入氧化镧、氧化铈和氧化钇,继续回流保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,将所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,最后将干燥所得颗粒粉碎成粉末。
通过稀土复合添加剂的加入,增强所制硬挺剂在织物上的牢固吸附性。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制硬挺剂适用于纱线织物,能有效增加织物的弹性与丰满感,并赋予其硬挺性,防止织物卷曲和回潮率;并且处理后的废水经常规废水处理后即可排放,废水中不含甲醛,避免使用传统硬挺剂存在的废水处理成本高和难以彻底去除所含甲醛的问题,从而降低对环境的污染。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向150份水中加入10份聚乙烯醇树脂、3份甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和1份C5加氢石油树脂,加热至回流状态保温混合30min,再加入2份六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和2份三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中加入3份卡波树脂和1份氢化棕榈油,加热至95-100℃保温混合10min,然后加入0.5份茶籽粉和0.2份稀土复合添加剂,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II和0.5份预糊化苦荞淀粉,充分混合均匀,所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
卡波树脂的预处理:将20份卡波树脂940加入5倍重量份水中,并加入1份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5份明胶和0.3份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。

利用实施例1和实施例2所制硬挺剂处理同批纱线织物,对照市售改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂,并对处理后的纱线织物进行性能测定,结果如表1所示。

(1)向水中加入聚乙烯醇树脂、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和C5加氢石油树脂,加热至回流状态保温混合30min,再加入六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中加入卡波树脂和氢化棕榈油,加热至95-100℃保温混合10min,然后加入茶籽粉和稀土复合添加剂,继续保温混合5min,即得物料II;

3.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保纱线织物硬挺剂,其特征在于:所述卡波树脂使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将15-20份卡波树脂加入3-5倍重量份水中,并加入1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠和0.5-1份硬脂酰乳酸钠,分散均匀后加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入0.5-1份明胶和0.2-0.5份苯并咪唑,继续回流保温混合10min,所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
4.根据权利要求3所述的绿色环保纱线织物硬挺剂,其特征在于:所述卡波树脂选自卡波树脂940、卡波树脂934、卡波树脂941中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保纱线织物硬挺剂,其特征在于:所述C5加氢石油树脂使用前经过亲水改性,其改性方法为:向10-15份C5加氢石油树脂中加入1-2份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、0.5-1份松节油和0.5-1份聚季铵盐,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,然后加入1-2份微晶纤维素和0.5-1份水解聚马来酸酐,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,随后以10℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至0-10℃后保温静置1h,再以5℃/min的加热温度升温,待温度升至100-105℃后保温混合15min,并将所得混合物缓慢滴入10-15℃水中,滴加完毕后混合15min,最后送入喷雾干燥机中,经充分干燥后即可亲水颗粒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的绿色环保纱线织物硬挺剂,其特征在于:所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、功率700W。
7.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保纱线织物硬挺剂,其特征在于,所述稀土复合添加剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:微晶蜡2-3份、鲸蜡醇1-2份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂0.5-1份、氧化镧0.1-0.3份、氧化铈0.1-0.3份、氧化钇0.05-0.1份、异丙醇10-15份,其制备方法为:向异丙醇中加入微晶蜡、鲸蜡醇和马来酸酐接枝相容剂,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入氧化镧、氧化铈和氧化钇,继续回流保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,将所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,最后将干燥所得颗粒粉碎成粉末。
