本发明公开了一种公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹,左、中、右纵向锯齿形主花纹沟将触地胎面划分为左、右两条胎肩位纵向花纹条和中间两条胎冠位纵向花纹条,胎冠位纵向花纹条被横向副花纹沟分割为小花纹块,各小花纹块被中间纵向锯齿形副花纹沟划分为左、右细花纹块,胎肩位纵向花纹条被横向主花纹沟分割为左、右错位的大花纹块;胎肩上三个竖直主花纹沟对应于一个大花纹块并向胎冠边部延伸。本发明花纹沟布局合理,采用中间密集、两侧宽大的花纹块设计,此举可使轮胎在城市道路硬质路面上具有较强的抓地力,提高了耐磨性能,可获得更高的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及载重汽车轮胎,具体为一种公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹。
背景技术
载重汽车用轮胎,由于其承重大、牵引力大、路况不同等因素,为兼顾其抓地性和耐磨性以及使用寿命等指标要求,载重汽车用轮胎的胎面通常需要采用不同类型的花纹结构以适应其性能要求。
特别是行驶的路况,是花纹结构设计的重要依据。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种适合城市道路沥青路面或水泥路面运输使用的公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹。
能够解决上述技术问题的公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹,其技术方案包括花纹沟,所不同的是所述花纹沟包括左、中、右纵向锯齿形主花纹沟,左、中、右纵向锯齿形主花纹沟将触地胎面划分为左、右两条胎肩位纵向花纹条和中间两条胎冠位纵向花纹条,中间两条胎冠位纵向花纹条被其上圆周均布的横向副花纹沟分割为与纵向锯齿形主花纹沟锯齿数量相同的小花纹块,各小花纹块被中间一条锯齿数与纵向锯齿形主花纹沟相同的纵向锯齿形副花纹沟划分为左、右细花纹块,左、右胎肩位纵向花纹条被其上圆周均布开设的横向主花纹沟(提高排水性能)分割为1/2锯齿数量的左、右错位大花纹块;胎肩部位圆周均布竖直主花纹沟,多个竖直主花纹沟对应于一个大花纹块并向胎冠边部延伸;所述纵向锯齿形主花纹沟的宽度和深度大于竖直主花纹沟,所述竖直主花纹沟的宽度和深度大于横向主花纹沟,所述横向主花纹沟的宽度和深度大于纵向锯齿形副花纹沟和横向副花纹沟,所述纵向锯齿形副花纹沟和横向副花纹沟的宽度和深度相同。
为合理分配纵、横向抓地力,所述横向主花纹沟和横向副花纹沟于相同方向上斜置。
所述横向主花纹沟和横向副花纹沟均设计为阶梯形的折状。
为有效减低轮胎温升,胎肩部位的胎面上相邻竖直主花纹沟之间均布有多条竖直散热沟槽并向胎冠边部延伸。
常规设计中,四条纵向花纹条的宽度设计为相等。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹的结构中,各花纹沟的布局合理,采用中间密集、两侧宽大的花纹块设计,此举可使轮胎在城市道路硬质路面上具有强大的抓地力,提高了耐磨性能,可获得更高的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹,包括左、中、右三条宽度、锯齿数相同的纵向锯齿形主花纹沟1,从而将触地(胎肩和胎冠部位)胎面划分为宽度相同的左、右两条胎肩位纵向花纹条2和中间两条胎冠位纵向花纹条3,如图1所示。
各胎冠位纵向花纹条3被中间的纵向锯齿形副花纹沟5(具有与纵向锯齿形主花纹沟1相同的锯齿数)和其上圆周均布的横向副花纹沟4(阶梯形折状且斜向右上方)分割为由细花纹块6(斜向扁六边形)构成的两排纵向花纹条;各胎肩位纵向花纹条2被其上圆周均布开设的横向主花纹沟7(阶梯形折状且斜向右上方)分割为若干大花纹块8,各大花纹块8的数量为纵向锯齿形主花纹沟1的1/2锯齿数量,且左、右对应的大花纹块8位置相错位,如图1所示。
胎肩部位的胎面上圆周均布有竖直主花纹沟9,各大花纹块8对应三条竖直主花纹沟9,两侧(纵向方向)竖直主花纹沟9对应在大花纹块8两侧(纵向方向)的横向主花纹沟7上,中间竖直主花纹沟9对应在大花纹块8的中部,各竖直主花纹沟9均向胎冠边部延伸,相邻竖直主花纹沟9之间的胎肩部位胎面上均布开设有三条向胎冠边部延伸的竖直散热沟槽10,如图1所示。
所述纵向锯齿形主花纹沟1的宽度和深度大于竖直主花纹沟9,所述竖直主花纹沟9的宽度和深度大于横向主花纹沟7,所述横向主花纹沟7的宽度和深度大于纵向锯齿形副花纹沟5和横向副花纹沟4,所述纵向锯齿形副花纹沟5和横向副花纹沟4的宽度和深度相等,如图1所示。

1.公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹,包括花纹沟,其特征在于:所述花纹沟包括左、中、右纵向锯齿形主花纹沟(1),左、中、右纵向锯齿形主花纹沟(1)将触地胎面划分为左、右两条胎肩位纵向花纹条(2)和中间两条胎冠位纵向花纹条(3),中间两条胎冠位纵向花纹条(3)被其上圆周均布的横向副花纹沟(4)分割为与纵向锯齿形主花纹沟(1)锯齿数量相同的小花纹块,各小花纹块被中间一条锯齿数与纵向锯齿形主花纹沟(1)相同的纵向锯齿形副花纹沟(5)划分为左、右细花纹块(6),左、右胎肩位纵向花纹条(2)被其上圆周均布开设的横向主花纹沟(7)分割为1/2锯齿数量的左、右错位大花纹块(8);胎肩部位的胎面上圆周均布竖直主花纹沟(9),多个竖直主花纹沟(9)对应于一个大花纹块(8)并向胎冠边部延伸;所述纵向锯齿形主花纹沟(1)的宽度和深度大于竖直主花纹沟(9),所述竖直主花纹沟(9)的宽度和深度大于横向主花纹沟(7),所述横向主花纹沟(7)的宽度和深度大于纵向锯齿形副花纹沟(5)和横向副花纹沟(4),所述纵向锯齿形副花纹沟(5)和横向副花纹沟(4)的宽度和深度相同。

3.根据权利要求2所述的公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹,其特征在于:所述横向主花纹沟(7)和横向副花纹沟(4)均为阶梯形的折状。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹,其特征在于:胎肩部位的胎面上相邻竖直主花纹沟(9)之间均布有多条竖直散热沟槽(10)并向胎冠边部延伸。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的公交车专用载重汽车轮胎胎面花纹,其特征在于:四条纵向花纹条的宽度相等。
