本发明涉及轮胎胎面,尤其是一种冰雪路面轿车轮胎。包括轮胎胎面,轮胎胎面上设有胎面花纹,其中,所述胎面花纹包括内侧肩部花纹、内侧中间花纹、中间花纹、外侧中间花纹和外侧肩部花纹,中间花纹位于内侧中间花纹和外侧中间花纹之间,内侧肩部花纹位于内侧中间花纹的外侧,外侧肩部花纹位于外侧中间花纹的外侧;所述内侧中间花纹处设有内侧中间花纹块,中间花纹处设有中间花纹块,中间花纹块和内侧中间花纹块之间设有三维周向沟槽,三维周向沟槽的底部设有连续的微型凸棱,三维周向沟槽的两侧壁上间隔设置菱形切口。可有效解决轿车轮胎在冰雪路面上使用时出现的打滑、制动距离增加等问题,提高了车辆的操控稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎胎面,尤其是一种冰雪路面轿车轮胎。
背景技术
轿车使用的普通半钢子午线轮胎在冬季因气温降低,胎面橡胶变硬,轮胎与地面间摩擦系数迅速降低,极易出现打滑、制动距离增加、不耐磨等一系列问题,对车辆的安全行驶影响较大。
目前在冰雪路面上所使用的轿车雪地轮胎主要分为两大类,分别为镶钉雪地胎和非镶钉雪地胎,镶钉雪地胎尽管制动、驱动性能好,但凸起的防滑钉对路面破坏极大,且需要安装,费时费力,部分国家已立法禁止使用镶钉雪地胎。为了提高车辆行驶安全,目前也采用对路面铺设草垫、抛洒融雪剂、工业盐等,但是对轮胎、路面及环境损坏较大。非镶钉雪地胎亦可很好的改善轿车在冰雪路面的制动、驱动性能,符合市场发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提出了一种冰雪路面轿车轮胎,可有效解决轿车轮胎在冰雪路面上使用时出现的打滑、制动距离增加等问题,提高了车辆的操控稳定性。
本发明的技术方案是:一种冰雪路面轿车轮胎,包括轮胎胎面,轮胎胎面上设有胎面花纹,其中,所述胎面花纹包括内侧肩部花纹、内侧中间花纹、中间花纹、外侧中间花纹和外侧肩部花纹,中间花纹位于内侧中间花纹和外侧中间花纹之间,内侧肩部花纹位于内侧中间花纹的外侧,外侧肩部花纹位于外侧中间花纹的外侧;
所述内侧肩部花纹处设有内侧肩部花纹块,内侧中间花纹处设有内侧中间花纹块,中间花纹处设有中间花纹块,外侧中间花纹处设有外侧中间花纹块,外侧肩部花纹处设有外侧肩部花纹块,中间花纹块和内侧中间花纹块之间设有三维周向沟槽,三维周向沟槽的底部设有连续的微型凸棱,三维周向沟槽的两侧壁上间隔设置菱形切口。该三维周向沟槽不仅可以排雪排水,而且可以使嵌入沟槽中的积雪或碎冰与其产生摩擦力,提升轮胎的制动和驱动性能。
本发明中,所述内侧肩部花纹块之间形成内侧肩部横向花纹沟,所述内侧中间花纹块为Z字型花纹块,各Z字型花纹块之间形成Z字型的内侧中间横向花纹沟。通过在内侧肩部花纹和内侧中间花纹上设置大量的内侧肩部横向花纹沟和内侧中间横向花纹沟,增加了轮胎的边角抓挠效果,提升了轮胎的制动性能。使轮胎的胎面与路面粘着接触,从而增加了轮胎的接地面积。
所述中间花纹块和外侧中间花纹块之间形成折线型的中间纵向花纹沟,中间花纹块上设有中间横向花纹沟,在外侧中间花纹块的一侧面上设有外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅰ,对应的外侧中间花纹沟的另一侧面上设有外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅱ,中间横向花纹沟和外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅰ与中间纵向花纹沟呈十字交叉状,外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅱ与外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅰ之间呈对称设置,且方向相反。
所述外侧中间花纹块和外侧肩部花纹块均大于内侧中间花纹块和内侧肩部花纹块。其可以保持轮胎转弯时花纹块的刚性,提高轮胎的接地稳定性。
所述内侧肩部花纹块、内侧中间花纹块、中间花纹块、外侧中间花纹块和外侧肩部花纹块上均设有立体交叉钢片。在花纹块中植入立体交叉钢片,使花纹块被分割的更细更密,增加轮胎接地面积和对雪面及冰面的破坏,提高轮胎牵引性能;同时,由于钢片立体交叉,其内部两侧花纹块相互交叉、互相咬合、互相支撑,有效抵御制动时路面对轮胎产生的巨大冲击力,防止塌陷,维持花纹块刚性,提高干湿路面行驶性能和耐磨性。
本发明的有益效果:提高轿车在冰雪路面上行驶的安全性,减少镶钉雪地胎使用时对路面的损坏,省事省力,同时减少融雪剂、工业盐的使用,降低环境污染。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,所述冰雪路面轿车轮胎的胎面花纹包括内侧肩部花纹1、内侧中间花纹2、中间花纹3、外侧中间花纹4和外侧肩部花纹5,其中中间花纹3位于内侧中间花纹2和外侧中间花纹4之间,内侧肩部花纹1位于内侧中间花纹2的外侧,外侧肩部花纹5位于外侧中间花纹4的外侧。所述内侧肩部花纹1处设有内侧肩部花纹块6,各内侧肩部花纹块6之间 形成内侧肩部横向花纹沟7。所述内侧中间花纹2包括多个Z字型花纹块,使轮胎的胎面与路面粘着接触,从而增加了轮胎的接地面积。各Z字型花纹块之间形成Z字型的内侧中间横向花纹沟8。通过在内侧肩部花纹1和内侧中间花纹2上设置大量的内侧肩部横向花纹沟7和内侧中间横向花纹沟8,增加了轮胎的边角抓挠效果,提升了轮胎的制动性能。
中间花纹3处设有中间花纹块10,外侧中间花纹4处设有外侧中间花纹块12,中间花纹块10和外侧中间花纹块12之间形成了折线型的中间纵向花纹沟11。中间花纹块10上设有中间横向花纹沟17,同时,在外侧中间花纹块11的一侧面上设有外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅰ18,在外侧中间花纹沟11的另一侧面上设有外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅱ19。中间横向花纹沟17和外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅰ18与中间纵向花纹沟11呈十字交叉状,可以有效的包夹积雪,在雪地行驶时形成高强度的雪柱,有效提升雪断柱力,为轮胎提供有效的制动和驱动能力。外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅱ19与外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅰ18之间呈对称设置,且方向相反,中间花纹块10和内侧中间花纹块8之间设有三维周向沟槽9。如图2、3和4所示,三维周向沟槽9的底部设有连续的微型凸棱16,同时在三维周向沟槽9的两侧壁上间隔设置多个菱形切口14,该三维周向沟槽不仅可以排雪排水,而且可以使嵌入沟槽中的积雪或碎冰与其产生摩擦力,提升轮胎的制动和驱动性能。
外侧肩部花纹5处设有外侧肩部花纹块13,外侧中间花纹块12和外侧肩部花纹块13大于内侧肩部花纹块6和内侧中心花纹块,其可以保持轮胎转弯时花纹块的刚性,提高轮胎的接地稳定性。外侧中间花纹块12和外侧肩部花纹块13之间设有外侧肩部纵向花纹沟20,外侧肩部纵向花纹沟20与外侧中间横向花纹沟Ⅱ19贯通。
如图1和图2所示,在内侧肩部花纹块7、内侧中间花纹块、中间花纹块10、外侧中间花纹块12和外侧肩部花纹块13上均设有立体交叉钢片15,如图5所示,在花纹块中植入立体交叉钢片,使花纹块被分割的更细更密,增加轮胎接地面积和对雪面及冰面的破坏,提高轮胎牵引性能。同时,由于钢片立体交叉,其内部两侧花纹块相互交叉、互相咬合、互相支撑,有效抵御制动时路面对轮胎产生的巨大冲击力,防止塌陷,维持花纹块刚性,提高干湿路面行驶性能和耐磨性。

1.一种冰雪路面轿车轮胎,包括轮胎胎面,轮胎胎面上设有胎面花纹,其特征在于:所述胎面花纹包括内侧肩部花纹(1)、内侧中间花纹(2)、中间花纹(3)、外侧中间花纹(4)和外侧肩部花纹(5),中间花纹(3)位于内侧中间花纹(2)和外侧中间花纹(4)之间,内侧肩部花纹(1)位于内侧中间花纹(2)的外侧,外侧肩部花纹(5)位于外侧中间花纹(4)的外侧;
所述内侧肩部花纹(1)处设有内侧肩部花纹块(6),内侧中间花纹(2)处设有内侧中间花纹块,中间花纹(3)处设有中间花纹块(10),外侧中间花纹(4)处设有外侧中间花纹块(12),外侧肩部花纹(5)处设有外侧肩部花纹块(13),中间花纹块(10)和内侧中间花纹块之间设有三维周向沟槽(9),三维周向沟槽(9)的底部设有连续的微型凸棱(16),三维周向沟槽(9)的两侧壁上间隔设置菱形切口(14);
