Abstract

本发明公开了一种镍铜合金粉末材料,包括:镍12%~15.5%、白铜4%~6%、铁56%~61%、锰2%~4%、银1.6%~2.6%、钛0.4%~0.8%、钼0.2%~0.4%、硅1.2%~1.6%、铬3.2%~3.6%、石墨1%~3%、抗磨剂6%~9%和润滑剂1%~3%。本发明公开的镍铜合金粉末材料与普通的铁基粉末冶金材料相比,提高了质量,而且用气制备的产品能够达到耐磨损、耐高温和耐高腐蚀性,10倍以上的提高了产品的使用寿命。

镍铜合金粉末材料
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末冶金材料的配方,特别涉及一种镍铜合金粉末材料。
背景技术
粉末冶金是一种以金属粉末为原料,经熔炼和烧结制成各种制品的加工方法。粉末冶金零件生产工艺的本质性优势是,具有材料高利用率、提高耐磨损率、耐高温性和抗高腐蚀性。粉末冶金的原材料为金属粉末,金属粉末主要是由各种金属原料分解成细小颗粒而混合组成的粉末。由于粉末冶金是从若干种提纯金属的纯粉按不同比例合成,进行配方改良,使之成为一种能够在实践中达到最优化的物理性能要求的产品,以达到材料高利用率、提高耐磨损率、耐高温性和抗高腐蚀性。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种镍铜合金粉末材料,其采用其制造的金属制品的耐磨损率、耐高温性和抗高腐蚀性,使产品质量更好,在实践使用中,已经明显高于其它产品寿命10倍以上,达到了节能、环保、增效的实际效果。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种镍铜合金粉末材料,包括以下质量分数的组分:
镍12%~15.5%、白铜4%~6%、铁56%~61%、锰2%~4%、银1.6%~2.6%、钛0.4%~0.8%、钼0.2%~0.4%、硅1.2%~1.6%、铬3.2%~3.6%、石墨1%~3%、抗磨剂6%~9%和润滑剂1%~3%。
优选的是,所述的镍铜合金粉末材料中,包括以下质量分数的组分:镍13.71%、白铜4.75%、铁58.98%、锰3.15%、银2.14%、钛0.58%、钼0.29%、硅1.45%、铬3.45%、墨2%、抗磨剂7.5%和润滑剂2%。
优选的是,所述的镍铜合金粉末材料中,包括以下质量分数的组分:镍12%、白铜4%、铁61%、锰4%、银2.6%、钛0.4%、钼0.2%、硅1.2%、铬3.2%、石墨1%、抗磨剂9%和润滑剂1.4%。
优选的是,所述的镍铜合金粉末材料中,包括以下质量分数的组分:镍15.5%、白铜6%、铁56%、锰2%、银1.6%、钛0.8%、钼0.4%、硅1.6%、铬3.6%、石墨3%、抗磨剂7%和润滑剂2.5%。
优选的是,所述的镍铜合金粉末材料中,镍、白铜、铁、锰、银、钛、钼、硅、铬分别为粉末状颗粒物,其目数均为100~200目。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:本发明涉及的一种镍铜合金粉末材料,与普通的铁基粉末冶金材料相比,提高了质量,而且用气制备的产品能够达到耐磨损、耐高温和耐高腐蚀性,10倍以上的提高了产品的使用寿命。

实施例1、
一种镍铜合金粉末材料,包括以下质量分数的组分:
镍13.71%、白铜4.75%、铁58.98%、锰3.15%、银2.14%、钛0.58%、钼0.29%、硅1.45%、铬3.45%、墨2%、抗磨剂7.5%和润滑剂2%。
镍、白铜、铁、锰、银、钛、钼、硅、铬分别为粉末状颗粒物,其目数均为100~200目。
实施例2、
一种镍铜合金粉末材料,包括以下质量分数的组分:
镍12%、白铜4%、铁61%、锰4%、银2.6%、钛0.4%、钼0.2%、硅1.2%、铬3.2%、石墨1%、抗磨剂9%和润滑剂1.4%。
镍、白铜、铁、锰、银、钛、钼、硅、铬分别为粉末状颗粒物,其目数均为100~200目。
实施例3、
一种镍铜合金粉末材料,包括以下质量分数的组分:
镍15.5%、白铜6%、铁56%、锰2%、银1.6%、钛0.8%、钼0.4%、硅1.6%、铬3.6%、石墨3%、抗磨剂7%和润滑剂2.5%。
其中,镍、白铜、铁、锰、银、钛、钼、硅、铬分别为粉末状颗粒物,其目数均为100~200目。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种镍铜合金粉末材料,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的组分:
镍12%~15.5%、白铜4%~6%、铁56%~61%、锰2%~4%、银1.6%~2.6%、钛0.4%~0.8%、钼0.2%~0.4%、硅1.2%~1.6%、铬3.2%~3.6%、石墨1%~3%、抗磨剂6%~9%和润滑剂1%~3%。
2.如权利要求1所述的镍铜合金粉末材料,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的组分:镍13.71%、白铜4.75%、铁58.98%、锰3.15%、银2.14%、钛0.58%、钼0.29%、硅1.45%、铬3.45%、墨2%、抗磨剂7.5%和润滑剂2%。
