本发明涉及一种弹性尿布组件，包括层压片，其具有至少一个载体层和与载体层粘接的弹性膜片并且至少在弹性膜片的区域中沿牵引方向可弹性延展；层压片具有第一连接端和第二连接端；第二连接端横向于牵引方向具有比第一连接端小的宽度；载体层在两个连接端之间的弹性区域中与弹性膜片通过横向于牵引方向延伸的多个平行的粘合剂条连接；粘合剂条形成粘合剂图案，所述粘合剂图案在邻接第二连接端的区域中比在邻接第一连接端的区域中具有较宽的粘合剂条和/或较小的在相邻的粘合剂条之间的间距，其特征在于，粘合剂条的宽度和/或在相邻的粘合剂条之间的间距根据层压片宽度这样确定，使得弹性区域的延展在层压片沿牵引方向拉伸时是基本上一致的。

Description

弹性尿布组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹性尿布组件，其包括层压片，所述层压片具有至少一个载体层和与载体层粘接的弹性膜片并且至少在弹性膜片的区域中沿牵引方向可弹性延展。层压片具有用于固定在尿布上的第一连接端和用于闭锁元件的第二连接端，其中，第二连接元件横向于牵引方向的宽度小于第一连接端横向于牵引方向的宽度。在两个连接端之间的弹性区域中，载体层与弹性膜片通过横向于牵引方向延伸的多个平行的粘合剂条连接。这样的尿布组件在实际中经常也称为尿布吊环(back ear laminat)。
背景技术
具有上面提到的特征的弹性尿布组件例如由WO 2006/124337 A1已知。用于连接弹性膜片的粘合剂与例如由无纺织物制成的载体层形成由许多平行的粘合剂条构成的粘合剂图案，所述粘合剂条横向于牵引方向延伸。相比于面状粘接，所述粘合剂图案改善层压片的弹性延展性。通常，尿布组件的弹性区域通过拉伸被机械式激活。条状施加粘合剂改善可激活性和激活的有效性。在已知措施的范围中，粘合剂图案的粘合剂条具有相同的宽度并且以预定的恒定的间距设置。按照WO 2006/124337 A1，粘合剂条的宽度和各条之间的间距以在0.33和1.0之间的范围中的固定比例确定。
EP 2 158 888 A1涉及一种层压幅料，按照多用途的冲压方法可以从所述层压幅料中冲出尿布组件。层压幅料具有弹性载体箔片和无纺织物覆盖层，其中，各层相互粘接。层压幅料具有面状相互粘接的区域和条状粘接的区域。粘合剂条形成一种图案，所述图案具有不同宽度的和/或以不同间距设置的粘合剂条。粘合剂图案在此没有考虑由层压幅料冲出的尿布组件的形状。
在先已知的层压片的优点在于使人满意的延展性，如果在恒定宽度的层压条上实施应变测量的话。在对试验件(在其尺寸方面通常被标准化)进行拉伸试验中，可以测量一致的延展性。
在作为所谓的尿布吊环批量生产并且具有用于固定在尿布上的宽的第一连接端和用于闭锁元件的窄的第二连接端的尿布组件中观察到，在层压片沿牵引方向拉伸时的延展不均匀。在窄的连接端上，尿布组件的弹性区域经受较大的拉力负荷并且比层压片的邻接宽的连接端的弹性区域延展得更强。在宽的连接端附近需要较好的延展，而在第二连接端上力求较高的强度。
发明内容
在这种背景下，本发明的任务是，实现更好的弹性尿布组件在两个连接端之间的性能分布。尤其是争取达到，具有宽的第一连接端和窄的第二连接端的尿布组件的延展性在弹性区域中一致，从而当尿布组件在使用中延展时，尿布组件的弹性区域在第一连接端附近与在第二封闭元件附近同样程度地延展。
按照本发明，粘合剂条形成粘合剂图案，与在邻接第一连接端的区域中相比，所述粘合剂图案在邻接第二连接端的区域中具有较宽的粘合剂条和/或具有较小的在相邻的粘合剂条之间的间距。粘合剂条的宽度和/或在粘合剂条之间的间距是可变的并且取决于层压片的相应的宽度。粘合剂分布按照本发明这样确定，使得在层压片沿牵引方向拉伸时，在要固定在尿布上的第一连接端附近与在较窄的第二连接端附近实现大致同样大的延展。这造成更好的尿布组件的性能分布。
由粘合剂条形成的粘合剂面积关于由粘合剂面积和无粘合剂面积形成的基本面积的面积比例根据层压片的宽度而改变，其中，粘合剂面积的面积比例随着层压片宽度的变小而增加。
按照本发明，粘合剂条的宽度和/或相邻的粘合剂条之间的间距根据层压片宽度这样确定，使得弹性区域的延展在层压片沿牵引方向拉伸时是基本上一致的。
粘合剂条可以尤其是具有在0.5mm和1.2mm之间的宽度。粘合剂条之间的间距可以在0.5mm和2.0mm之间变化。按照本发明的一种优选实施方式，粘合剂条具有在0.5mm和1.2mm之间的恒定宽度，而在粘合剂条之间的间距不是恒定的并且具有根据层压片宽度确定的在0.5mm和2.0mm之间的值。备选地，粘合剂条之间的间距可以是恒定的并且粘合剂条的宽度根据相应的层压片宽度而变化。
作为用于弹性膜片和载体层之间的粘合连接的粘合剂优选使用熔化粘合剂(热熔胶)。例如基于苯乙烯-烯烃-苯乙烯-嵌段-共聚物的粘合剂是适合的。
层压片的弹性区域被优选机械式激活。层压片的机械式激活适宜地通过所谓的环辊过程进行，其中，层压幅料穿过成型辊布置结构并且层压片在成型辊之间的辊间隙中局部过量延伸。机械式激活在完成的产品中以所谓的激活条的形式可见。激活条是交替地设置的、材料经受过量延伸的条状区和进行较小过量延展或没有过量延展的区。激活条横向于牵引方向延伸并且平行于粘合剂条延伸。
载体层优选由无纺织物制成。关于纤维材料和加固的类型，无纺织物材料不具有限制。作为纤维材料例如考虑聚烯烃、尤其是聚乙烯和聚丙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺、纤维素以及双组分纤维和上面提到的纤维材料的组合。无纺织物可以尤其是具有在8g/m2和50g/m2之间的单位面积重量。
弹性膜片由热塑性弹性体制成，其中尤其适合的是来自如下组的聚合物：苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯-嵌段-共聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯-嵌段-共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯-嵌段-共聚物(SEBS)、弹性的聚乙烯-共聚物、弹性的聚丙烯-共聚物、弹性的聚氨酯-共聚物、弹性的聚酰胺-共聚物以及这些聚合物的混合物。除了使用单膜片，也可以使用共挤压的膜片，其中具有多个相同层的共挤压的膜片同样适合。所述弹性膜片可以尤其是具有在10μm和130μm之间的厚度。
按照本发明的一种优选实施方式，弹性膜片设置在两个由无纺织物构成的载体层之间并且与其粘接，其中，粘合连接在弹性膜片的两侧上以之前所述方式实施。
层压片的用于固定在尿布上并且用于连接闭锁元件的连接端适宜地作为非弹性区构成。适宜地，用于固定在尿布上的第一连接端构成为软的和柔性的。如果尿布组件具有弹性膜片并且所述弹性膜片层压入两个无纺织物层之间，则弹性膜片优选在第一连接端之前终止并且第一连接端仅由两个相互连接的无纺织物层组成。优选地，两个无纺织物层在第一连接端上面状地相互粘接。用于固定闭锁元件的第二连接端优选通过加强层加固，所述加强层在重叠区域中与层压入的弹性膜片连接。加强层优选由聚合物制成，所述聚合物相比于弹性膜片具有较大的弯曲刚度和较大的抗拉强度。在第二连接端的区域中，各个层优选面状地相互粘接。也在本发明的范围中的是，在第二连接端上设置包括钩元件的非弹性条，其与层压片的弹性膜片和/或例如由无纺织物制成的载体层连接。

具体实施方式
各图涉及弹性尿布组件，其在实际中也称为尿布吊环。尿布组件包括层压片，所述层压片具有至少一个载体层1和与载体层1粘接的弹性膜片2并且至少在弹性膜片2的区域中可沿牵引方向A弹性延展。在各实施例中并且按照本发明的一种优选实施方式，弹性膜片2层压入两个载体层1之间并且与这两个载体层粘接，其中，各载体层1分别由无纺织物制成。载体层是非弹性的，但可以足够的程度延展。
按照图2的示图，层压片具有用于固定在尿布上的第一连接端3并且具有用于闭锁元件(例如带或设有钩的闭锁件)的第二连接端4。横向于牵引方向，第二连接端4的宽度B2小于第一连接端3的宽度B1。在该实施例中，尿布组件具有一般的四边形的形状，其中，连接端3、4彼此平行延伸并且两个长边5、5‘彼此倾斜地定向。尿布组件也可以具有梯形基本形状。此外，长边5、5‘也可以弓形地弯曲。
尿布组件在各连接端上具有非弹性区a1、a2。在非弹性区a1、a2之间，尿布组件具有弹性区域c。在两个连接端3、4之间的弹性区域c中，弹性膜片2与由无纺织物构成的外侧载体层1通过多个平行的粘合剂条6连接。粘合剂条6横向于牵引方向A延伸。
在弹性膜片2和两个外侧载体层1之间的粘合连接的粘合剂图案在图3和4中示出。粘合剂条6形成粘合剂图案，与在邻接第一连接端3的区域c1中相比，所述粘合剂图案在邻接第二连接端4的区域c2中具有较小的在相邻的粘合剂条6之间的间距s。区域c1、c2分别具有至少两个粘合剂条6连同在各粘合剂条之间设置的无粘合剂间隙。在图3和4中示出的实施例中，粘合剂条6具有恒定的例如1.0mm的宽度b，其中，宽度b在0.5mm和1.5mm之间的数值范围中确定。各粘合剂条6之间的间距s根据层压片宽度B而改变并且具有根据层压片宽度确定的在0.5mm和2.0mm之间的值。
按照在图5中示出的一种实施变型方案，各粘合剂条6之间的间距s是恒定的并且粘合剂条6的宽度b不同。粘合剂条6在邻接第二连接端4的区域c2中比在邻接第一连接端3的区域c1中更宽。
在图3至5中示出的措施也可以相互组合。按照本发明，由粘合剂条6形成的粘合剂面积与包括粘合剂面积和无粘合剂面积的基本面积的面积比例根据层压片宽度B而改变。在此，粘合剂面积关于基本面积的面积比例随着层压片宽度B的变小而增加。优选地，粘合剂条6的宽度b和/或在相邻的粘合剂条6之间的间距s根据层压片宽度B这样确定，使得弹性区域c的延展在层压片沿牵引方向拉伸时是基本上一致的。粘合剂分布按照本发明取决于尿布组件的外部几何结构并且使尿布组件的延展一致，从而在尿布组件沿牵引方向延展时靠近第二连接端4的弹性区域c2与邻接第一连接端的弹性区域c1同样强烈地延展。由此使尿布组件的性能分布更好。
层压片的弹性区域c被机械式激活。为了机械式激活，层压片穿过成型辊布置结构，其中，层压片在成型辊之间的辊间隙中局部过量延伸。机械式激活在完成的产品上以所谓的激活条的形式可见。激活条平行于粘合剂条6延伸并且改善材料延展性。
层压片的连接端3、4作为非弹性区a1、a2构成，其中，层压片的层构造在两个连接端3、4上不同。具有大的宽度B1并且尿布可固定在其上的第一连接端3是软的和柔性的并且仅由两个相互连接的无纺织物的载体层1组成。弹性膜片2在第一连接端3之前终止。在非弹性区a1中，层1、2面状地相互连接。面状的粘合连接延伸超过弹性膜片2的边缘直至弹性膜片2的接近边缘的区域。例如呈带形式的闭锁元件可固定在所述第二连接端上，第二连接端通过加强层7加固，所述加强层在重叠区域中在尿布组件的设有层压入的弹性膜片2的区段上锚定。重叠区域可以大约为2mm至10mm宽。加强层7由聚合物制成，所述聚合物相比于弹性膜片2的机械特性具有较大弯曲刚度和高抗拉强度的优点。

Claims (7)

1.一种弹性尿布组件，包括层压片，所述层压片具有至少一个载体层(1)和与载体层(1)粘接的弹性膜片(2)并且至少在弹性膜片(2)的区域中能够沿牵引方向(A)弹性延展，
其中，层压片具有用于固定在尿布上的第一连接端(3)和用于闭锁元件的第二连接端(4)，
其中，第二连接端(4)横向于牵引方向(A)的宽度(B2)小于第一连接端(3)横向于牵引方向的宽度，并且
其中，载体层(1)在两个连接端(3、4)之间的弹性区域(c)中与弹性膜片(2)通过横向于牵引方向(A)延伸的多个平行的粘合剂条(6)连接，
其中，粘合剂条(6)形成粘合剂图案，与在邻接第一连接端(3)的区域(c1)中相比，所述粘合剂图案在邻接第二连接端(4)的区域(c2)中具有较宽的粘合剂条(6)和/或具有较小的在相邻的粘合剂条(6)之间的间距(s)，
其特征在于，粘合剂条(6)的宽度(B)和/或在相邻的粘合剂条(6)之间的间距(s)根据层压片宽度(B)这样确定，使得弹性区域(c)的延展在层压片沿牵引方向拉伸时是基本上一致的，并且由粘合剂条(6)形成的粘合剂面积关于由该粘合剂面积和无粘合剂面积形成的基本面积的面积比例根据层压片宽度(B)而改变，其中，该粘合剂面积的面积比例随着层压片宽度(B)的变小而增加。
2.按照权利要求1所述的弹性尿布组件，其特征在于，粘合剂条(6)具有在0.5mm和1.5mm之间的宽度(b)；并且在粘合剂条(6)之间的间距(s)根据层压片宽度而改变并且具有在0.5mm和2.0mm之间的值。
3.按照权利要求2所述的弹性尿布组件，其特征在于，粘合剂条(6)具有恒定的宽度(b)。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的弹性尿布组件，其特征在于，所述层压片的弹性区域(c)被机械式激活。
5.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的弹性尿布组件，其特征在于，载体层(1)由无纺织物制成。
6.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的弹性尿布组件，其特征在于，弹性膜片(2)设置在两个由无纺织物构成的载体层(1)之间。
7.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的弹性尿布组件，其特征在于，各连接端(3、4)作为非弹性区构成。
