Abstract
本发明公开了一种止咳化痰糖浆,涉及食品技术领域。由以下重量份原料制备而成:北沙参5‑10份、黄精5‑10份、百合4‑8份、银耳4‑8份、甘草2‑4份、陈皮3‑6份、苹果汁10‑20份、麦芽糖100‑200份、清水50‑100份。本发明的止咳化痰糖浆,具润肺止咳、益胃生津、清肺化痰、清热解毒的功效,经常食用还有促进血液循环,保健抗衰老的作用。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种止咳化痰糖浆。
背景技术
糖浆是通过煮或其他技术制成的、粘稠的、含高浓度的糖的溶液。制造糖浆的原材料可以是糖水、甘蔗汁、果汁或者其它植物汁等。由于糖浆含糖量非常高,在密封状态下它不需要冷藏也可以保存比较长的时间。糖浆可以用来调制饮料或者做甜食。但普通的糖浆营养太单一,已经不能满足人们对糖浆营养的需求。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明旨在提供一种止咳化痰糖浆。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种止咳化痰糖浆,由以下重量份原料制备而成:北沙参5-10份、黄精5-10份、百合4-8份、银耳4-8份、甘草2-4份、陈皮3-6份、苹果汁10-20份、麦芽糖100-200份、清水50-100份。
优选地,所述的止咳化痰糖浆,由以下重量份原料制备而成:北沙参7.5份、黄精7.5份、百合6份、银耳6份、甘草3份、陈皮4.5份、苹果汁15份、麦芽糖150份、清水75份。
上述止咳化痰糖浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将北沙参、黄精洗净,放入锅中,加入清水,大火熬煮至沸腾,过滤,取滤液,得中药液;
(2)将百合、银耳洗净,沥干,加入步骤(1)的中药液里,再加入甘草、陈皮,继续加热,小火熬煮10分钟,过滤,取滤液,得混合药液;
(3)将麦芽糖、苹果汁加入到步骤(2)的混合药液中,小火熬煮,至麦芽糖完全融化,得糖浆;
(4)取容器瓶洗净干燥消毒,将步骤(3)的糖浆倒入容器瓶,密封即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的止咳化痰糖浆,具润肺止咳、益胃生津、清肺化痰、清热解毒的功效,经常食用还有促进血液循环,保健抗衰老的作用。

实施例1
一种止咳化痰糖浆,由以下重量份原料制备而成:北沙参5份、黄精5份、百合4份、银耳4份、甘草2份、陈皮3份、苹果汁10份、麦芽糖100份、清水50份。
上述止咳化痰糖浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将北沙参、黄精洗净,放入锅中,加入清水,大火熬煮至沸腾,过滤,取滤液,得中药液;
(2)将百合、银耳洗净,沥干,加入步骤(1)的中药液里,再加入甘草、陈皮,继续加热,小火熬煮10分钟,过滤,取滤液,得混合药液;
(3)将麦芽糖、苹果汁加入到步骤(2)的混合药液中,小火熬煮,至麦芽糖完全融化,得糖浆;

1.一种止咳化痰糖浆,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:北沙参5-10份、黄精5-10份、百合4-8份、银耳4-8份、甘草2-4份、陈皮3-6份、苹果汁10-20份、麦芽糖100-200份、清水50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止咳化痰糖浆,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:北沙参7.5份、黄精7.5份、百合6份、银耳6份、甘草3份、陈皮4.5份、苹果汁15份、麦芽糖150份、清水75份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的止咳化痰糖浆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将北沙参、黄精洗净,放入锅中,加入清水,大火熬煮至沸腾,过滤,取滤液,得中药液;
(2)将百合、银耳洗净,沥干,加入步骤(1)的中药液里,再加入甘草、陈皮,继续加热,小火熬煮10分钟,过滤,取滤液,得混合药液;
(3)将麦芽糖、苹果汁加入到步骤(2)的混合药液中,小火熬煮,至麦芽糖完全融化,得糖浆;
(4)取容器瓶洗净干燥消毒,将步骤(3)的糖浆倒入容器瓶,密封即可。
