Abstract
一种养生茉莉花精油花茶,由以下重量份原料制成:茉莉花105‑110、绿茶20‑25、红枣20‑25、甘蔗汁30‑35、米酒30‑35、石斛5‑6、益智仁5‑6、丹参4‑5等;本发明的一种养生茉莉花精油花茶,主要采用天然茉莉花、绿茶浸提发酵制备而成,将茉莉花、绿茶浸提物用红茶菌进行发酵,不仅能够改善花茶的风味,并且对胃炎、胃溃疡有辅助治疗作用,有调节血压、改善睡眠等保健作用;添加五味子精油,将五味子精油进行微胶囊粉末化添加进本发明的花茶中,在冲调本发明的花茶时,有丝滑的口感,并且能够增加五味子的纯正香气,有保肝护肝、明目美容的保健功效。

本发明涉及一种养生茉莉花精油花茶,尤其涉及一种养生茉莉花精油花茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
花茶有很多种,玫瑰花茶、菊花茶、茉莉花茶等,都具有花的香气,并且花茶都有一定的美容改善口气的 作用,因此深受人们喜爱,但是市场上的花茶基本上是以原花型的花茶为主,饮用起来并不方便并且其口味也收到限制,因此人们需要更为方便和美味的花茶,因此更需要即冲即饮花茶来满足人们的这些需求。
目前已有的关于坚果松子仁的申请如下:
申请公开号为201610025447.3的专利申请公开了一种勿忘我花茶的加工方法,用勿忘我、枸杞、丁香、红茶制备而成,主要是以花草茶为原料制备而成,有清热解毒等功效,但是此申请并没有在花茶的口感上进行改进,并不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种养生茉莉花精油花茶。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种养生茉莉花精油花茶,由以下重量份原料制成:茉莉花105-110、绿茶20-25、红枣20-25、甘蔗汁30-35、米酒30-35、石斛5-6、益智仁5-6、丹参4-5、欧石楠6-7、何首乌5-6、五味子精油1-2、维生素E0.2-0.3、大豆分离蛋白45-50、磷脂8-10、魔芋胶粉6-8、葡萄糖10-12、茶渣70-80、保加利亚乳杆菌5-6、嗜热链球菌5-6、脱脂奶粉20-25、蔗糖10-15、水适量。
一种养生茉莉花精油花茶的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将茉莉花、绿茶合并,碾磨成粉,与二者体积5-6倍量的水混合,加热至煮沸,保持沸腾4-5min,过滤,取滤液,冷却至30℃,与蜂蜜、红茶菌合并,充分搅拌,混匀,在30℃的恒温条件下发酵至成熟,得发酵花茶汁,经喷雾干燥,得发酵花茶粉备用;
(2)将大豆分离蛋白、磷脂与两者质量10倍的水混合,加热至60℃,充分搅拌制成均匀的蛋白质溶液,将魔芋胶粉与葡萄糖合并,与二者质量30倍的水混合,加搅拌均匀,与大豆分离蛋白溶液合并,充分搅拌,混匀后倒入五味子精油,充分搅拌,混匀后加热至50-60℃,恒温条件下进行凝胶反应,反应结束后,在-30℃,真空度16Pa的条件下真空冷冻干燥,破碎成粉,得五味子精油粉末备用;
(3)将茶渣干燥,入粉碎机中粉碎,过40目筛,得茶渣粉,与10倍量的水混合,混匀,得茶渣水备用;将保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌接种与10%的脱脂乳粉和蔗糖中,42℃条件下活化2次,再与茶渣水、剩余脱脂奶粉混合,在40℃条件下培养23-25小时,所得发酵液过滤,滤液用无水乙醇醇析,过滤,将滤渣干燥后粉碎,过40目筛,得茶叶可溶性膳食纤维备用;
(4)将红枣洗净,去核后与甘蔗汁、米酒混合加热,加入适量的水加热焖煮,待红枣煮化后,取出锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,过胶体磨,过滤,将滤液喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(5)将石斛、益智仁、丹参、欧石楠、何首乌用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取物,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(6)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中处理得到的物料合并,混匀后包装即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明的一种养生茉莉花精油花茶,主要采用天然茉莉花、绿茶浸提发酵制备而成,将茉莉花、绿茶浸提物用红茶菌进行发酵,不仅能够改善花茶的风味,并且对胃炎、胃溃疡有辅助治疗作用,有调节血压、改善睡眠等保健作用;添加五味子精油,将五味子精油进行微胶囊粉末化添加进本发明的花茶中,在冲调本发明的花茶时,有丝滑的口感,并且能够增加五味子的纯正香气,有保肝护肝、明目美容的保健功效,同时添加茶渣可溶性膳食纤维,能够充分利用绿茶,避免浪费,并赋予了本发明很好的润肠的效果,能够避免便秘,有益健康,添加米酒改性红枣粉,醇香甜爽,补血补气,与石斛、益智仁、丹参、欧石楠等中药提取物搭配,有延年益寿、养血安神、调整生理机能的功效,增强体质。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种养生茉莉花精油花茶,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:茉莉花105、绿茶20、红枣20、甘蔗汁30、米酒30、石斛5、益智仁5、丹参4、欧石楠6、何首乌5、五味子精油1、维生素E0.2、大豆分离蛋白45、磷脂8、魔芋胶粉6、葡萄糖10、茶渣70、保加利亚乳杆菌5、嗜热链球菌5、脱脂奶粉20、蔗糖10、水适量。
一种养生茉莉花精油花茶的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将茉莉花、绿茶合并,碾磨成粉,与二者体积5倍量的水混合,加热至煮沸,保持沸腾4min,过滤,取滤液,冷却至30℃,与蜂蜜、红茶菌合并,充分搅拌,混匀,在30℃的恒温条件下发酵至成熟,得发酵花茶汁,经喷雾干燥,得发酵花茶粉备用;
(2)将大豆分离蛋白、磷脂与两者质量10倍的水混合,加热至60℃,充分搅拌制成均匀的蛋白质溶液,将魔芋胶粉与葡萄糖合并,与二者质量30倍的水混合,加搅拌均匀,与大豆分离蛋白溶液合并,充分搅拌,混匀后倒入五味子精油,充分搅拌,混匀后加热至50℃,恒温条件下进行凝胶反应,反应结束后,在-30℃,真空度16Pa的条件下真空冷冻干燥,破碎成粉,得五味子精油粉末备用;
(3)将茶渣干燥,入粉碎机中粉碎,过40目筛,得茶渣粉,与10倍量的水混合,混匀,得茶渣水备用;将保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌接种与10%的脱脂乳粉和蔗糖中,42℃条件下活化2次,再与茶渣水、剩余脱脂奶粉混合,在40℃条件下培养23小时,所得发酵液过滤,滤液用无水乙醇醇析,过滤,将滤渣干燥后粉碎,过40目筛,得茶叶可溶性膳食纤维备用;
(4)将红枣洗净,去核后与甘蔗汁、米酒混合加热,加入适量的水加热焖煮,待红枣煮化后,取出锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,过胶体磨,过滤,将滤液喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(5)将石斛、益智仁、丹参、欧石楠、何首乌用5倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取物,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(6)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中处理得到的物料合并,混匀后包装即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种养生茉莉花精油花茶,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:茉莉花105-110、绿茶20-25、红枣20-25、甘蔗汁30-35、米酒30-35、石斛5-6、益智仁5-6、丹参4-5、欧石楠6-7、何首乌5-6、五味子精油1-2、维生素E0.2-0.3、大豆分离蛋白45-50、磷脂8-10、魔芋胶粉6-8、葡萄糖10-12、茶渣70-80、保加利亚乳杆菌5-6、嗜热链球菌5-6、脱脂奶粉20-25、蔗糖10-15、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种养生茉莉花精油花茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺:
(1)将茉莉花、绿茶合并,碾磨成粉,与二者体积5-6倍量的水混合,加热至煮沸,保持沸腾4-5min,过滤,取滤液,冷却至30℃,与蜂蜜、红茶菌合并,充分搅拌,混匀,在30℃的恒温条件下发酵至成熟,得发酵花茶汁,经喷雾干燥,得发酵花茶粉备用;
(2)将大豆分离蛋白、磷脂与两者质量10倍的水混合,加热至60℃,充分搅拌制成均匀的蛋白质溶液,将魔芋胶粉与葡萄糖合并,与二者质量30倍的水混合,加搅拌均匀,与大豆分离蛋白溶液合并,充分搅拌,混匀后倒入五味子精油,充分搅拌,混匀后加热至50-60℃,恒温条件下进行凝胶反应,反应结束后,在-30℃,真空度16Pa的条件下真空冷冻干燥,破碎成粉,得五味子精油粉末备用;
(3)将茶渣干燥,入粉碎机中粉碎,过40目筛,得茶渣粉,与10倍量的水混合,混匀,得茶渣水备用;将保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌接种与10%的脱脂乳粉和蔗糖中,42℃条件下活化2次,再与茶渣水、剩余脱脂奶粉混合,在40℃条件下培养23-25小时,所得发酵液过滤,滤液用无水乙醇醇析,过滤,将滤渣干燥后粉碎,过40目筛,得茶叶可溶性膳食纤维备用;
(4)将红枣洗净,去核后与甘蔗汁、米酒混合加热,加入适量的水加热焖煮,待红枣煮化后,取出锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,过胶体磨,过滤,将滤液喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(5)将石斛、益智仁、丹参、欧石楠、何首乌用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取物,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(6)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中处理得到的物料合并,混匀后包装即可。
