Abstract
本发明公开了一种化妆棉制作方法,其步骤为:①精炼,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;②漂白,将精炼完成的棉片放置于漂白药液中,去除棉片中的色素,达到产品所需的白度;③中和,将漂白之后的棉片放置于中和药液中,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;④汤洗,将中和之后的棉片放置于汤洗药液中,去除棉片内的杂质;⑤清洗烘干,对棉片进清洗,并将棉片中的水分进行烘干,并进行收卷;⑥裁切包装,将制作收卷完成的棉片裁切成小片之后并进行包装,完成化妆棉的制作。本发明中有效保证了化妆棉的质量,保证使用者的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆棉,尤其涉及一种化妆棉制作方法。
背景技术
化妆棉一般是由棉花或纸浆压制而成的长约5-6厘米的小棉片,最主要的用途就是卸妆,因为它的质地很柔软卸妆的时候不容易把脸弄伤,而且倒爽肤水上面用起来很舒服,也会把妆清除得很干净。
在现有技术中,许多化妆棉的吸水性不好,而且化妆棉内的一些杂物等化学物质清理不够干净,影响化妆棉的质量,导致使用时对皮肤产生刺激性,造成皮肤的损害。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种化妆棉制作方法,通过使用该方法,有效处理化妆棉中的杂物及化学残留物,保证化妆棉的质量,保证化妆棉使用时的安全性。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种化妆棉制作方法,其步骤为:
①精炼,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;
②漂白,将精炼完成的棉片放置于漂白药液中,去除棉片中的色素,达到产品所需的白度;
③中和,将漂白之后的棉片放置于中和药液中,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
④汤洗,将中和之后的棉片放置于汤洗药液中,去除棉片内的杂质;
⑤清洗烘干,对棉片进清洗,并将棉片中的水分进行烘干,并进行收卷;
⑥裁切包装,将制作收卷完成的棉片裁切成小片之后并进行包装,完成化妆棉的制作。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤①中,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,将精炼药液升温至140℃~160℃,并保温50分钟~80分钟,完成精炼工序。
上述技术方案中,所述精炼药液包括片碱、氯丁胶、碳氢化合物及精练剂,各组分比为片碱20%~35%、氯丁胶0.1%~1%、碳氢化合物35%~45%及精练剂15%~20%。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤②中,将棉片放置于漂白药液中,将漂白药液升温至120℃~140℃,并保温30分钟~40分钟,完成漂白工序。
上述技术方案中,所述漂白药液包括液碱、氯丁胶、气相二氧化硅及过氧化氢,各组分比为液碱40%~60%、氯丁胶0.2%~1%、气相二氧化硅20%~35%及过氧化氢5%~20%。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤③中,将棉片放置于中和药液中,将中和药液升温至70℃~80℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成中和工序。
上述技术方案中,所述中和药液是浓度为85%的浓硫酸。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤④中,将棉片放置于汤洗药液中,将汤洗药液升温至60℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成汤洗工序。
上述技术方案中,所述汤洗药液是浓度为15%的稀硫酸。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本发明中利用化妆棉的制作方法,有效清除化妆棉中的灰分、蛋白质、有机物及杂质,同时还能利用硫酸对其进行杀菌消毒、除杂,并将化妆棉生产过程中的化学物质残留物给有效清除,既能保证化妆棉的吸水性,也能保证化妆棉的质量,保证化妆棉无刺激性,保证使用者的安全性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:一种化妆棉制作方法,其步骤为:
①精炼,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;
②漂白,将精炼完成的棉片放置于漂白药液中,去除棉片中的色素,达到产品所需的白度;
③中和,将漂白之后的棉片放置于中和药液中,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
④汤洗,将中和之后的棉片放置于汤洗药液中,去除棉片内的杂质;
⑤清洗烘干,对棉片进清洗,并将棉片中的水分进行烘干,并进行收卷;
⑥裁切包装,将制作收卷完成的棉片裁切成小片之后并进行包装,完成化妆棉的制作。
所述步骤①中,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,将精炼药液升温至140℃~160℃,并保温50分钟~80分钟,完成精炼工序。
所述精炼药液包括片碱、氯丁胶、碳氢化合物及精练剂,各组分比为片碱20%~35%、氯丁胶0.1%~1%、碳氢化合物35%~45%及精练剂15%~20%。
所述步骤②中,将棉片放置于漂白药液中,将漂白药液升温至120℃~140℃,并保温30分钟~40分钟,完成漂白工序。
所述漂白药液包括液碱、氯丁胶、气相二氧化硅及过氧化氢,各组分比为液碱40%~60%、氯丁胶0.2%~1%、气相二氧化硅20%~35%及过氧化氢5%~20%。
所述步骤③中,将棉片放置于中和药液中,将中和药液升温至70℃~80℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成中和工序。
所述中和药液是浓度为85%的浓硫酸。
所述步骤④中,将棉片放置于汤洗药液中,将汤洗药液升温至60℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成汤洗工序。
所述汤洗药液是浓度为15%的稀硫酸。
在本发明中,能有效效清除化妆棉中的灰分、蛋白质、有机物及杂质,同时还能利用硫酸对其进行杀菌消毒、除杂,并将化妆棉生产过程中的化纤物质残留物给有效清除,既能保证化妆棉的吸水性,也能保证化妆棉的质量,保证化妆棉无刺激性,保证使用者的安全性。

1.一种化妆棉制作方法,其步骤为:
①精炼,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;
②漂白,将精炼完成的棉片放置于漂白药液中,去除棉片中的色素,达到产品所需的白度;
③中和,将漂白之后的棉片放置于中和药液中,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
④汤洗,将中和之后的棉片放置于汤洗药液中,去除棉片内的杂质;
⑤清洗烘干,对棉片进清洗,并将棉片中的水分进行烘干,并进行收卷;
⑥裁切包装,将制作收卷完成的棉片裁切成小片之后并进行包装,完成化妆棉的制作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化妆棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤①中,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,将精炼药液升温至140℃~160℃,并保温50分钟~80分钟,完成精炼工序。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种化妆棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述精炼药液包括片碱、氯丁胶、碳氢化合物及精练剂,各组分比为片碱20%~35%、氯丁胶0.1%~1%、碳氢化合物35%~45%及精练剂15%~20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种化妆棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤②中,将棉片放置于漂白药液中,将漂白药液升温至120℃~140℃,并保温30分钟~40分钟,完成漂白工序。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种化妆棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述漂白药液包括液碱、氯丁胶、气相二氧化硅及过氧化氢,各组分比为液碱40%~60%、氯丁胶0.2%~1%、气相二氧化硅20%~35%及过氧化氢5%~20%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种化妆棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤③中,将棉片放置于中和药液中,将中和药液升温至70℃~80℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成中和工序。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种化妆棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述中和药液是浓度为85%的浓硫酸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种化妆棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤④中,将棉片放置于汤洗药液中,将汤洗药液升温至60℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成汤洗工序。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种化妆棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述汤洗药液是浓度为15%的稀硫酸。
