Abstract
本发明公开了一种脱脂棉制作方法,其步骤为:①精炼,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;②脱脂,将棉片中的脂肪进行去除;③漂白,将精炼完成的棉片放置于漂白药液中,去除棉片中的色素,达到产品所需的白度;④中和,将漂白之后的棉片放置于浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;⑤汤洗,将中和之后的棉片放置于浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,去除棉片内的杂质;⑥清洗烘干,对棉片进清洗,并将棉片中的水分进行烘干;⑦裁切包装,将制作完成的棉片裁切成小片之后并进行包装,完成脱脂棉的制作。本发明提高了脱脂棉的生产质量,保证了使用时的安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱脂棉,尤其涉及一种脱脂棉制作方法。
背景技术
脱脂棉,是指经化学处理去掉脂肪的棉花,比普通棉花容易吸收液体,是卫生用品,脱脂棉主要用于医疗单位使用。
但是,在现有技术中,脱脂棉主要存在以下问题:水中可溶物、残渣严重超标,酸碱度指标不合格,容易引起患者伤口愈合期长,发生感染难以愈合并留有明显疤痕等问题,严重时影响患者的生命安全。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种脱脂棉制作方法,通过使用该方法,有效清除脱脂棉内的残留物及杂质,保证脱脂棉的酸碱度,保证患者使用的安全性。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种脱脂棉制作方法,其步骤为:
①精炼,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;
②脱脂,将棉片中的脂肪进行去除;
③漂白,将精炼完成的棉片放置于漂白药液中,去除棉片中的色素,达到产品所需的白度;
④中和,将漂白之后的棉片放置于浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
⑤汤洗,将中和之后的棉片放置于浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,去除棉片内的杂质;
⑥清洗烘干,对棉片进清洗,并将棉片中的水分进行烘干;
⑦裁切包装,将制作完成的棉片裁切成小片之后并进行包装,完成脱脂棉的制作。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤①中,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,将精炼药液升温至140℃~160℃,并保温50分钟~80分钟,完成精炼工序。
上述技术方案中,所述精炼药液包括片碱、氯丁胶、碳氢化合物及精练剂,各组分比为片碱20%~35%、氯丁胶0.1%~1%、碳氢化合物35%~45%及精练剂15%~20%。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤②中,将棉片放于煮锅中,降入氢氧化钠及水,在温度为80℃~100℃的条件下煮15分钟~60分钟,然后放出废水利用净水清洗3次~5次,净水清洗温度为40℃~60℃,每次净水清洗时间为8分钟~12分钟。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤③中,将棉片放置于漂白药液中,将漂白药液升温至120℃~140℃,并保温30分钟~40分钟,完成漂白工序。
上述技术方案中,所述漂白药液包括液碱、氯丁胶、气相二氧化硅及过氧化氢,各组分比为液碱40%~60%、氯丁胶0.2%~1%、气相二氧化硅20%~35%及过氧化氢5%~20%。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤④中,将棉片放置于浓硫酸中,将浓硫酸升温至70℃~80℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成中和工序;所述步骤⑤中,将棉片放置于稀硫酸中,将稀硫酸升温至60℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成汤洗工序。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤⑥中,将汤洗之后的棉片放置于锅内进行冲洗,冲洗完成后利用离心机进行脱水,然后在80℃~120℃的条件下进行烘干。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本发明中有效清除脱脂棉中的灰分、蛋白质、有机物及杂质,同时还能利用硫酸对其进行杀菌消毒、除杂,平衡脱脂棉中的酸碱度,并将脱脂棉生产过程中的化学物质残留物给有效清除,既能保证脱脂棉的质量,保证脱脂棉内无残留物或者残留物指标符合标准,保证患者使用的安全性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:一种脱脂棉制作方法,其步骤为:
①精炼,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;
②脱脂,将棉片中的脂肪进行去除;
③漂白,将精炼完成的棉片放置于漂白药液中,去除棉片中的色素,达到产品所需的白度;
④中和,将漂白之后的棉片放置于浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
⑤汤洗,将中和之后的棉片放置于浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,去除棉片内的杂质;
⑥清洗烘干,对棉片进清洗,并将棉片中的水分进行烘干;
⑦裁切包装,将制作完成的棉片裁切成小片之后并进行包装,完成脱脂棉的制作。
所述步骤①中,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,将精炼药液升温至140℃~160℃,并保温50分钟~80分钟,完成精炼工序。
所述精炼药液包括片碱、氯丁胶、碳氢化合物及精练剂,各组分比为片碱20%~35%、氯丁胶0.1%~1%、碳氢化合物35%~45%及精练剂15%~20%。
所述步骤②中,将棉片放于煮锅中,降入氢氧化钠及水,在温度为80℃~100℃的条件下煮15分钟~60分钟,然后放出废水利用净水清洗3次~5次,净水清洗温度为40℃~60℃,每次净水清洗时间为8分钟~12分钟。
所述步骤③中,将棉片放置于漂白药液中,将漂白药液升温至120℃~140℃,并保温30分钟~40分钟,完成漂白工序。
所述漂白药液包括液碱、氯丁胶、气相二氧化硅及过氧化氢,各组分比为液碱40%~60%、氯丁胶0.2%~1%、气相二氧化硅20%~35%及过氧化氢5%~20%。
所述步骤④中,将棉片放置于浓硫酸中,将浓硫酸升温至70℃~80℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成中和工序;所述步骤⑤中,将棉片放置于稀硫酸中,将稀硫酸升温至60℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成汤洗工序。
所述步骤⑥中,将汤洗之后的棉片放置于锅内进行冲洗,冲洗完成后利用离心机进行脱水,然后在80℃~120℃的条件下进行烘干。
本发明中有效清除脱脂棉中的灰分、蛋白质、有机物及杂质,同时还能利用硫酸对其进行杀菌消毒、除杂,平衡脱脂棉中的酸碱度,并将脱脂棉生产过程中的化学物质残留物给有效清除,既能保证脱脂棉的质量,保证脱脂棉内无残留物或者残留物指标符合标准,保证患者使用的安全性。
Claims (8)
1.一种脱脂棉制作方法,其步骤为:
①精炼,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;
②脱脂,将棉片中的脂肪进行去除;
③漂白,将精炼完成的棉片放置于漂白药液中,去除棉片中的色素,达到产品所需的白度;
④中和,将漂白之后的棉片放置于浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
⑤汤洗,将中和之后的棉片放置于浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,去除棉片内的杂质;
⑥清洗烘干,对棉片进清洗,并将棉片中的水分进行烘干;
⑦裁切包装,将制作完成的棉片裁切成小片之后并进行包装,完成脱脂棉的制作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱脂棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤①中,将棉片放置于精炼药液中,将精炼药液升温至140℃~160℃,并保温50分钟~80分钟,完成精炼工序。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种脱脂棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述精炼药液包括片碱、氯丁胶、碳氢化合物及精练剂,各组分比为片碱20%~35%、氯丁胶0.1%~1%、碳氢化合物35%~45%及精练剂15%~20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱脂棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤②中,将棉片放于煮锅中,降入氢氧化钠及水,在温度为80℃~100℃的条件下煮15分钟~60分钟,然后放出废水利用净水清洗3次~5次,净水清洗温度为40℃~60℃,每次净水清洗时间为8分钟~12分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱脂棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤③中,将棉片放置于漂白药液中,将漂白药液升温至120℃~140℃,并保温30分钟~40分钟,完成漂白工序。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种脱脂棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述漂白药液包括液碱、氯丁胶、气相二氧化硅及过氧化氢,各组分比为液碱40%~60%、氯丁胶0.2%~1%、气相二氧化硅20%~35%及过氧化氢5%~20%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱脂棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤④中,将棉片放置于浓硫酸中,将浓硫酸升温至70℃~80℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成中和工序;所述步骤⑤中,将棉片放置于稀硫酸中,将稀硫酸升温至60℃,并保温10分钟~20分钟,完成汤洗工序。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱脂棉制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑥中,将汤洗之后的棉片放置于锅内进行冲洗,冲洗完成后利用离心机进行脱水,然后在80℃~120℃的条件下进行烘干。
