本发明涉及一种生物聚合物涂布型防油包装纸的制备方法,该制备方法包括制备防油剂、制备原纸、涂布、干燥以及恒温恒湿处理等步骤。在防油剂的配方中,海藻酸钠的质量分数控制在10%‑60%,大豆分离蛋白的质量分数控制在10%‑70%,甘油的质量分数控制在5%‑60%。采用本发明方法所制备的防油纸能满足日常生产和生活中的防油需求,其防油等级为7‑12级。除此之外,本防油包装纸还具有成本低廉、环保、对人体无毒害且易于实际生产操作等优点。

Description

一种生物聚合物涂布型防油包装纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及食品行业领域,尤指一种天然防油可降解日的生物聚合物涂布型防油包装纸的制备方法。
背景技术
在防油纸制备技术领域,最早采用提高纸浆打浆度的方法。但随着打浆度的提高,纸张的撕裂强度和耐破强度会随之下降。不仅如此,打浆度的提高还会导致电耗急剧上升,且使得纸浆的滤水及抄造性能变差,容易在网部、压榨部发生脱水困难,从而造成纸张干燥后表面平整度变差,产生纸病。因此仅仅依靠提高打浆度来制备防油纸不是一种经济合理的方法。
通过在纸张表面复合一层连续致密的合成聚合物薄膜可制备防油纸,但这些合成聚合物无法在自然界中降解,会带来环境污染问题。另外,也能在纸张表面涂覆蜡、铝粉或者复合一层铝箔来制备防油纸,但这些物质会改变纸张的一些表面物理性能,会对纸张的使用和回收利用造成一定的影响。
目前广泛采用在纸浆内添加或在纸张表面涂布氟碳化合物来制备防油纸。然而近年来研究发现,用来制备氟碳化合物的重要原料和中间体全氟辛烷磺酰基化合物(PFOS)在环境中具有高持久性、生物累积性,会对人体造成伤害。鉴于它对环境和人体健康带来的极大威胁,世界各国相继出台各种政策禁止PFOS的使用。
生物聚合物无污染、可降解,不会对食品和环境造成危害,保证了消费者的身体健康和环境的可持续发展。以生物聚合物为主要原料来制备环保型纸张防油剂是目前防油包装纸研究领域的一个趋势。公开号为CN102242533A的专利提供了一种生物聚合物涂布型防油包装纸的制备方法,该专利以壳聚糖、乙酸作为主要原料来制备防油剂,其中壳聚糖价格昂贵,造成该防油纸的成本较高,并且壳聚糖和海藻酸钠的粘度均较高,造成所制备的防油剂的粘度过高,不利于实际生产操作。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种成本低廉、环保、对人体无毒害且利于实际生产操作的防油包装纸的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案是:一种生物聚合物涂布型防油包装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:制备防油剂:依次将海藻酸钠、大豆分离蛋白及甘油加入到盛有蒸馏水的容器中并搅拌均匀,然后使用1mol/L的氢氧化钠或盐酸溶液调节PH值为7-12,最后将容器置于95-100℃的高温水浴中磁力搅拌0.1h-0.4h制得防油剂,对所制配的防油剂进行过滤,除去其中未溶解的杂质;除杂后进行真空脱气,直到防油剂表面基本没有气泡时为止,真空度为0.06-0.09MPa;在制备防油剂组分中,海藻酸钠的质量分数控制在10%-60%,大豆分离蛋白的质量分数控制在10%-70%,甘油的质量分数控制在5%-60%;
步骤二:制备原纸,以废弃的农作物果实或叶子或稻草或秸秆为原料,洗净后置于含小苏打的沸水浴中浸泡处理,再冷却;将冷却的农作物果实或叶子或稻草或秸秆原料置于打浆机中打浆,并进行汁渣分离;将渣粉碎10-20min,过50-80目筛;滤液置40-60MPa下均质3-5次,得均匀的纤维混合液,加入重量比羟甲基纤维素和海藻酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入滑石粉、琼脂胶、淀粉胶,搅拌均匀,冷却,在室温、0.10-0.20Mpa下保存1-2h,使脱气,得膜液;利用涂膜棒在玻璃板上涂布膜液,控制湿膜厚度为1-2mm;干燥,即得原纸芯层,在原纸芯层上下表面涂布由糊化淀粉胶、漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆和木薯淀粉组成的混合物,待烘干成型,即得原纸;
步骤三:涂布:把原纸以100-200g/m2单元进行裁剪为若干块板纸,将防油剂涂布在板纸表面,即得防油纸,防油剂的涂布量为2-10g/m2
步骤四:干燥:将防油纸放入温度为50-100℃的干燥箱中干燥100-300s;
步骤五:恒温恒湿处理:将干燥后的防油纸放置在温度为23℃,相对湿度为50%的恒温恒湿箱中24h进行回湿处理。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明原纸采用可降解材料,符合“可回收、减少浪费、重新使用、再循环利用”的特点,通过对纸制材料的原料的合理配比和工艺步骤的改进,使制得的原纸材料强度高,在原纸表面涂布由生物聚合物制得的防油层,无污染、可降解,不会对食品和环境造成危害,保证了消费者的身体健康和环境的可持续发展。本发明能满足日常生产和生活中的防油需求,其防油等级为5-11级。除此之外,本发明还具有成本低廉、环保、对人体无毒害且易于实际生产操作等优点。
具体实施方式
本发明关于一种生物聚合物涂布型防油包装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:制备防油剂:依次将海藻酸钠、大豆分离蛋白及甘油加入到盛有蒸馏水的容器中并搅拌均匀,然后使用1mol/L的氢氧化钠或盐酸溶液调节PH值为7-12,最后将容器置于95-100℃的高温水浴中磁力搅拌0.1h-0.4h制得防油剂,对所制配的防油剂进行过滤,除去其中未溶解的杂质;除杂后进行真空脱气,直到防油剂表面基本没有气泡时为止,真空度为0.06-0.09MPa;在制备防油剂组分中,海藻酸钠的质量分数控制在10%-60%,大豆分离蛋白的质量分数控制在10%-70%,甘油的质量分数控制在5%-60%;包装纸表面涂布由生物聚合物制配的防油剂,无污染、可降解,不会对食品和环境造成危害,保证了消费者的身体健康和环境的可持续发展。其防油等级为7-12级。
步骤二:制备原纸,以废弃的农作物果实或叶子或稻草或秸秆为原料,洗净后置于含小苏打的沸水浴中浸泡处理,再冷却;将冷却的农作物果实或叶子或稻草或秸秆原料置于打浆机中打浆,并进行汁渣分离;将渣粉碎10-20min,过50-80目筛;滤液置40-60MPa下均质3-5次,得均匀的纤维混合液,加入重量比羟甲基纤维素和海藻酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入滑石粉、琼脂胶、淀粉胶,搅拌均匀,冷却,在室温、0.10-0.20Mpa下保存1-2h,使脱气,得膜液;利用涂膜棒在玻璃板上涂布膜液,控制湿膜厚度为1-2mm;干燥,即得原纸芯层,在原纸芯层上下表面涂布由糊化淀粉胶、漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆和木薯淀粉组成的混合物,待烘干成型,即得原纸;本发明原纸主要材料通过废物利用,从腐烂的果实、蔬菜等作为原料,成本低且符合“可回收、减少浪费、重新使用、再循环利用”的特点,通过对纸制材料的原料的合理配比和工艺步骤的改进,使制得的原纸材料强度高;
步骤三:涂布:把原纸以100-200g/m2单元进行裁剪为若干块板纸,将防油剂涂布在板纸表面,即得防油纸,防油剂的涂布量为2-10g/m2
步骤四:干燥:将防油纸放入温度为50-100℃的干燥箱中干燥100-300s;
步骤五:恒温恒湿处理:将干燥后的防油纸放置在温度为23℃,相对湿度为50%的恒温恒湿箱中24h进行回湿处理。

步骤二:制备原纸,以废弃的农作物果实为原料,回收腐烂的水果,或者当年农民过剩的收成,洗净后置于含小苏打的沸水浴中浸泡处理,再冷却;将冷却的水果原料置于打浆机中打浆,并进行汁渣分离;将渣粉碎10min,过50目筛;滤液置40MPa下均质3次,得均匀的纤维混合液,加入重量比羟甲基纤维素和海藻酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入滑石粉、琼脂胶、淀粉胶,搅拌均匀,冷却,在室温、0.10Mpa下保存1h,使脱气,得膜液;利用涂膜棒在玻璃板上涂布膜液,控制湿膜厚度为1mm;干燥,即得原纸芯层,在原纸芯层上下表面涂布由糊化淀粉胶、漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆和木薯淀粉组成的混合物,待烘干成型,即得原纸;
步骤三:涂布:把原纸以100-200g/m2单元进行裁剪为若干块板纸,将防油剂涂布在板纸表面,即得防油纸,防油剂的涂布量为2g/m2;
步骤四:干燥:将防油纸放入温度为50℃的干燥箱中干燥280s;
步骤五:恒温恒湿处理:将干燥后的防油纸放置在温度为23℃,相对湿度为50%的恒温恒湿箱中24h进行回湿处理。
依据目前防油纸及纸板工业广泛使用的测试标准TAPPI T 559cm-12对所制备的防油包装纸进行防油等级的测定,测得其抗油等级为7。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1区别在于:步骤一中使用1mol/L的氢氧化钠或盐酸溶液调节PH值为8,将容器置于60℃的恒温水浴中磁力搅拌0.2h制得防油剂。在防油剂的配方中,海藻酸钠的质量分数控制在20%,大豆分离蛋白的质量分数控制在50%,甘油的质量分数控制在30%;在步骤三中,防油剂的涂布量为4g/m2;在步骤四中:将防油纸放入温度为90℃的干燥箱中干燥150s。
依据目前防油纸及纸板工业广泛使用的测试标准TAPPI T 559cm-12对所制备的防油包装纸进行防油等级的测定,测得其抗油等级为8。
实施例3
实施例2与实施例1区别在于:步骤一中,然后使用1mol/L的氢氧化钠或盐酸溶液调节PH值为12,将容器置于100℃的恒温水浴中磁力搅拌0.4h制得防油剂。在防油剂的配方中,海藻酸钠的质量分数控制在30%,大豆分离蛋白的质量分数控制在60%,甘油的质量分数控制在40%;在步骤三中,防油剂的涂布量为8g/m2;在步骤四中,将防油纸放入温度为70℃的干燥箱中干燥210s。
依据目前防油纸及纸板工业广泛使用的测试标准TAPPI T 559cm-12对所制备的防油包装纸进行防油等级的测定,测得其抗油等级为11。

步骤一:制备防油剂:依次将海藻酸钠、大豆分离蛋白及甘油加入到盛有蒸馏水的容器中并搅拌均匀,然后使用1mol/L的氢氧化钠或盐酸溶液调节PH值为7-12,最后将容器置于95-100℃的高温水浴中磁力搅拌0.1h-0.4h制得防油剂,对所制配的防油剂进行过滤,除去其中未溶解的杂质;除杂后进行真空脱气,直到防油剂表面基本没有气泡时为止,真空度为0.06-0.09MPa;
步骤二:制备原纸:以废弃的农作物果实或叶子或稻草或秸秆为原料,洗净后置于含小苏打的沸水浴中浸泡处理,再冷却;将冷却的农作物果实或叶子或稻草或秸秆原料置于打浆机中打浆,并进行汁渣分离;将渣粉碎10-20min,过50-80目筛;滤液置40-60MPa下均质3-5次,得均匀的纤维混合液,加入重量比羟甲基纤维素和海藻酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入滑石粉、琼脂胶、淀粉胶,搅拌均匀,冷却,在室温、0.10-0.20Mpa下保存1-2h,使脱气,得膜液;利用涂膜棒在玻璃板上涂布膜液,控制湿膜厚度为1-2mm;干燥,即得原纸芯层,在原纸芯层上下表面涂布由糊化淀粉胶、漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆和木薯淀粉组成的混合物,待烘干成型,即得原纸;
