背景技术
便秘是一种临床上最常见的慢性消化道症状，慢性便秘主要是指粪便干结、排便次数减少、排便困难或不尽感以及排便次数减少等。慢性功能性便秘是指非器质性的，由各种原因所致的排便节律、排便习惯及粪便的性状改变而言，即排便次数减少，或排便困难和粪质干燥硬结或粘滞难排，症状持续或反复至少1年以上者。临床上也称为习惯性便秘、特发性便秘或单纯性便秘。其病因复杂，涉及多学科，给患者带来许多苦恼，影响日常生活。随着社会发展、竞争激烈、生存压力增加，造成的精神心理和社会因素的影响及饮食结构的改变，便秘的发生率呈上升趋势，严重影响人们健康和生活质量。由于较少导致住院或死亡，对人体健康的危害常被忽视。近年来，随着生活质量的提高，人们己逐渐认识到便秘对机体的危害性。
便秘的诊治已引起了全社会广泛关注。从早期认为便秘是肠道的功能性改变到发现一系列实质性损害；从单纯内科保守治疗到外科手段的干预；从泻剂滥用到目前我国《慢性便秘的诊治指南》出台；从胃肠激素、神经递质、肠神经系统到cajal起搏细胞等分子水平上对便秘病因病理的研究，我国便秘的临床诊治水平和基础研究都在不断提高。但目前祖国医学对便秘的辨病辩证和西方医学的病因病理及临床分型方面的认识以及诊治规范方面尚还存在明显不足，目前用于治疗便秘的西药可分为刺激性泻剂、溶剂性泻剂、渗透性泻剂和润滑性泻剂等。主要是对症治疗，效果并不满意，且随着用药时间的延长副作用逐渐显现出来：刺激性泻剂(如酚酞)长期使用会损害肠壁的神经，并可导致结肠黑变病；溶剂性泻剂靠增加粪便容量、软化粪便起作用，由此带来的腹胀使患者难以忍受；以石蜡油、甘油为代表的润滑性泻剂口感较差、作用弱，长期使用可导致脂溶性维生素的吸收障碍；渗透性泻剂如乳果糖可引起排气增多、绞痛、腹泻和电解质失调，且其价格较贵，不宜作为常规用药。国内也还缺乏真正的从祖国医学的证治分型、中医辨证治疗等角度来研究便秘的发生发展，缺乏对便秘的中医认识和系统性分型认识的相关研究。在临床工作上，便秘的诊断和治疗似乎很容易，许多患者常自服泻药，处理便秘，结果使病情加重，出现结肠黑变病，甚至发生癌变。而中医药治疗功能性便秘，副作用小，不易引起药物的依赖性，为目前治疗慢性功能性便秘的首选方法之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，具有健脾养胃、补中益气、理气活血、润肠通便之功效，服用后可以调理肠胃，消食化滞、破积散结，增加食欲，同时还可以清热利湿、通便泄热、疏导下焦。
为了实现以上目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：陈皮5-10份、木香5-10份、麦芽5-10份、茯苓3-8份、薏苡仁3-8份、豆蔻5-10份、苍术5-10份、厚朴5-10份、山药10-15份、党参5-10份、升麻5-10份、大枣10-15份、香附5-10份、川楝子5-10份、枸杞5-10份、绿茶15-20份、芦荟5-10份、火麻仁3-8份、生地3-8份、黑芝麻10-15份、枳实3-8份、生何首乌3-8份、大黄1-5份、甘草10-15份。

本发明提供的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物中采用的各味中药的性味及功效介绍如下。陈皮：苦、辛，温，理气健脾；木香：味辛，苦，性温，行气止痛，调中导滞；麦芽：甘，平，行气消食，健脾开胃；茯苓：味甘、淡，性平，利水渗湿，健脾；薏苡仁：味甘、淡，性凉，利水、健脾、清热排脓；豆蔻：辛，温，开胃消食；苍术：味辛、苦，性温，燥湿健脾；厚朴：味苦、辛，性温，燥湿消痰，下气除满；山药：甘、平、无毒，补脾养胃；党参：甘，平，补中益气，和胃生津；升麻：辛、甘，微寒，清热解毒；大枣：味甘，性温，补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性；香附：辛、微苦、微甘，平，疏肝解郁，理气宽中；川楝子：苦，寒，疏肝泄热，行气止痛；枸杞：甘，平，养肝滋肾；绿茶：杀菌、消炎，润肠通便；芦荟：杀菌、抗炎，健胃下泄；火麻仁：味甘，性平，润肠通便；生地：甘，寒，清热解毒；黑芝麻：味甘，性平，滋补肝肾，益血润肠，通便；枳实：苦、辛、酸，温，积滞内停，痞满胀痛，大便秘结；生何首乌：解毒、润肠通便；大黄：消积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒；甘草：气微，味甜，清热解毒，调和诸药。
本发明提供的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，经以上原料药合理配伍，具有健脾养胃、补中益气、理气活血、润肠通便之功效，服用后可以调理肠胃，消食化滞、破积散结，增加食欲，同时还可以清热利湿、通便泄热、疏导下焦。临床应用疗效确切。

本实施例提供的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：陈皮5份、木香10份、麦芽5份、茯苓3份、薏苡仁8份、豆蔻10份、苍术5份、厚朴10份、山药10份、党参5份、升麻10份、大枣10份、香附5份、川楝子5份、枸杞10份、绿茶15份、芦荟10份、火麻仁3份、生地3份、黑芝麻10份、枳实3份、生何首乌3份、大黄5份、甘草15份。
实施例2
本实施例提供的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：陈皮10份、木香5份、麦芽10份、茯苓8份、薏苡仁3份、豆蔻5份、苍术10份、厚朴5份、山药15份、党参10份、升麻5份、大枣15份、香附10份、川楝子10份、枸杞5份、绿茶20份、芦荟5份、火麻仁8份、生地8份、黑芝麻15份、枳实8份、生何首乌8份、大黄1份、甘草10份。

本实施例提供的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：陈皮8份、木香6份、麦芽8份、茯苓5份、薏苡仁6份、豆蔻6份、苍术8份、厚朴10份、山药12份、党参6份、升麻6份、大枣10份、香附6份、川楝子8份、枸杞9份、绿茶20份、芦荟8份、火麻仁5份、生地5份、黑芝麻15份、枳实5份、生何首乌5份、大黄3份、甘草10份。
实施例1-3提供的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物的使用方法为：将原料药陈皮、木香、麦芽、茯苓、薏苡仁、豆蔻、苍术、厚朴、山药、党参、升麻、大枣、香附、川楝子、枸杞、绿茶、芦荟、火麻仁、生地、黑芝麻、枳实、生何首乌、大黄、甘草混合，然后向混合原料药中加入适量的水煎煮5-10分钟，之后过滤去渣，药液分袋包装，每袋药液量为200ml。服用时加热服下，每天早晚各1次，5天为一疗程。
分别采用实施例1-3提供的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物进行了临床治疗。具体如下。
临床症状疗效评定
根据1994年国家中医药管理局发布的《中医临床病证诊断疗效标准》，制定了以下疗效判定标准：
痊愈：大便恢复正常，排便顺利；
显效：大便正常或恢复至病前水平，便秘明显改善，间隔时间及便质接近正常，大便稍干而排便间隔时间在72h以内，其他症状大部分消失，且积分减少>2/3；
有效：排便间隔时间缩短1天，或便质干结改善，其他症状均有好转，且积分减少>1/3，而不足2/3；
无效：便秘或其他症状无改善或积分值减少不足1/3。
其中临床症状评分标准采用的指标为：首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、排便速度、排便性状、排便难度、便意。评分标准按其难易程度分别记分(程度1＝0分、程度2＝2分、程度3＝4分)，症状积分评定表见下表。

实施例1-3提供的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物临床治疗统计情况如下。
采用实施例1提供的治疗便秘的中药组合物治疗患者60例，一个疗程治疗后，痊愈26例、显效30例、有效4例、无效0例。两个疗程治疗后，痊愈55例、显效5例；三个疗程治疗后，全部痊愈。
采用实施例2提供的治疗便秘的中药组合物治疗患者60例，一个疗程治疗后，痊愈24例、显效31例、有效5例、无效0例。两个疗程治疗后，痊愈56例、显效4例；三个疗程治疗后，全部痊愈。
采用实施例3提供的治疗便秘的中药组合物治疗患者60例，一个疗程治疗后，痊愈29例、显效21例、有效10例、无效0例。两个疗程治疗后，痊愈57例、显效3例；三个疗程治疗后，全部痊愈。

1.一种用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：
陈皮5-10份、木香5-10份、麦芽5-10份、茯苓3-8份、薏苡仁3-8份、豆蔻5-10份、苍术5-10份、厚朴5-10份、山药10-15份、党参5-10份、升麻5-10份、大枣10-15份、香附5-10份、川楝子5-10份、枸杞5-10份、绿茶15-20份、芦荟5-10份、火麻仁3-8份、生地3-8份、黑芝麻10-15份、枳实3-8份、生何首乌3-8份、大黄1-5份、甘草10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：
陈皮5份、木香10份、麦芽5份、茯苓3份、薏苡仁8份、豆蔻10份、苍术5份、厚朴10份、山药10份、党参5份、升麻10份、大枣10份、香附5份、川楝子5份、枸杞10份、绿茶15份、芦荟10份、火麻仁3份、生地3份、黑芝麻10份、枳实3份、生何首乌3份、大黄5份、甘草15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗便秘的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：
