本发明提供一种金属化薄膜在线分切收卷机构,包括分切支架和收卷支架,所述分切支架上设有传输装置和切割装置,所述收卷支架上设有收卷辊,所述传输装置包括接料转轴,滚直转轴和切割转轴,所述切割装置包括刀轴固定支架,刀轴,刀座和切刀,刀座外端的中部开设有一缺口,所述的切刀通过一固定销固定在缺口中且该切刀绕其固定销可摆动,还包括设置在切刀的刀背和缺口棱底之间的能使切刀摆动回弹的弹性薄片,所述的弹性薄片固定在缺口棱底上。本发明具有以下有益效果:主要用弹性薄片在切刀和刀座缺口棱底之间起到减震缓冲作用,对金属薄膜分切时,分切张力始终保持适当的力度,对金属薄膜分切彻底。

一种金属化薄膜在线分切收卷机构
技术领域
本发明涉及金属化薄膜制造技术领域,具体来说是一种金属化薄膜在线分切收卷机构。
背景技术
随着现代薄膜科学技术的发展,特别是电容器用和包装用金属化薄膜的大规模工业运用,庞大的薄膜生产和薄膜加工产业已在世界形成。家用电器、电力电器、电子产品以及包装产品需求迅速增加,从而使金属化薄膜的需求量不断增加,从而产生对高效率、高性能、多功能的薄膜蒸镀设备需求越来越迫切。
薄膜蒸镀设备集机械、真空、镀膜、制冷、自动控制等多学科技术为一体,是在高真空环境条件下(4×10-2Pa) 将铝或锌通过高温汽化蒸发到塑料薄膜基材上,从而使塑料薄膜基材金属化的一种高科技先进设备。可广泛运用于BOPP、OPP、PET、PC 等塑料薄膜基材蒸镀铝膜及锌铝复合膜。
整个镀膜过程中,薄膜基材的宽幅不变,都是一对一单独收放卷的,即放卷出来的薄膜基材宽幅与收卷时卷绕起来的薄膜基材宽幅相同,工作效率受到一定的限制。
现有技术中,分切刀是直接通过螺栓固定在刀架上的,不具有减震缓冲作用,对金属薄膜分切有可能造成金属薄膜张力不够,对金属薄膜分切不彻底。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种金属化薄膜在线分切收卷机构,在卷绕镀膜机上进行蒸镀后,在真空状态上进行在线高速分切后作多个同步收卷,从而大幅度提高生产效率,极大地降低了生产成本,对金属薄膜分切时,分切张力始终保持适当的力度,对金属化膜分切彻底。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种金属化薄膜在线分切收卷机构,包括分切支架和收卷支架,所述分切支架上设有传输装置和切割装置,所述收卷支架上设有收卷辊,所述传输装置包括接料转轴,滚直转轴和切割转轴,所述切割装置包括刀轴固定支架,刀轴,刀座和切刀,所述切刀安装在刀座上,所述刀座套装在刀轴上,所述刀轴安装在刀轴固定架上,所述刀座由上半圆环和下半圆环衔接而成,所述上半圆环和下半圆环一端铰接,另一端通过衔接面对设,所述衔接面为L型,所述上半圆环和下半圆环通过径向穿设过衔接面的螺钉固定;刀座外端的中部开设有一缺口,所述的切刀通过一固定销固定在缺口中且该切刀绕其固定销可摆动,还包括设置在切刀的刀背和缺口棱底之间的能使切刀摆动回弹的弹性薄片,所述的弹性薄片固定在缺口棱底上。
经过镀膜后的金属化薄膜传输至接料转轴处,依次通过滚直转轴。切割转轴,到达收卷辊处,通过设置滚直转轴对金属化薄膜进行平整压送,提高切割的平整性,通过刀座控制切刀对材料的切割深度,薄膜材料在收卷的同时分成所需宽度的条状,便于后道工序工人取用,提高了生产效率,刀座可以方便从刀轴上拆卸,如果松开螺钉,上半圆环与下半圆环可以以销轴为轴相对转动,使两个半圆环的衔接面相互分开,整个刀座则可方便地从刀轴上直接取下,而无需从刀轴上拆卸刀片更无需拆卸刀轴,从而提高效率和减少劳动量。
主要用弹性薄片在切刀和刀座缺口棱底之间起到减震缓冲作用,对金属薄膜分切时,分切张力始终保持适当的力度,对金属薄膜分切彻底。
优选地,所述刀轴上设有刻度线。
刀轴上设有刻度线,便于调节刀座的位置,来控制加工出的条状薄膜的宽度,无需边调节边使用量具测量,减少了该工序的准备时间,一定程度的提高了生产效率。
优选地,所述切刀的刀头呈三角形,位于刀尖处的两个边都开有刃口。
刀尖处的两个边都开有刃口,便于分卷开始时刀片刺入薄膜材料。
优选地,所述上半圆环内环顶部设有键槽。
在上半圆环的内环处有键槽,以与刀轴上的键对应,防止刀座相对于刀轴转动。更重要的是,即使在卸掉螺栓后,由于键槽与刀轴上方的键配合使其卡在键上,在下方下半圆环重力作用下上半圆环也能够挂在刀轴上而不掉落,这对刀座的拆装变得更为有利,能够提高工作效率。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
在卷绕镀膜机上进行蒸镀后,在真空状态上进行在线高速分切后作多个同步收卷,从而大幅度提高生产效率,极大地降低了生产成本,主要用弹性薄片在切刀和刀座缺口棱底之间起到减震缓冲作用,对金属薄膜分切时,分切张力始终保持适当的力度,对金属薄膜分切彻底。

一种金属化薄膜在线分切收卷机构,包括分切支架1和收卷支架2,所述分切支架1上设有传输装置和切割装置,所述收卷支架2上设有收卷辊7,所述传输装置包括接料转轴4,滚直转轴5和切割转轴6,所述切割装置包括刀轴固定支架8,刀轴9,刀座10和切刀11,所述切刀11安装在刀座10上,所述刀座10套装在刀轴9上,所述刀轴9安装在刀轴9固定架上,所述刀座10由上半圆环12和下半圆环13衔接而成,所述上半圆环12和下半圆环13一端铰接,另一端通过衔接面对设,所述上半圆环12和下半圆环13通过径向穿设过衔接面的螺钉14固定。
刀座10外端的中部开设有一缺口16,所述的切刀11通过一固定销17固定在缺口16中且该切刀11绕其固定销17可摆动,还包括设置在切刀11的刀背和缺口16棱底之间的能使切刀11摆动回弹的弹性薄片18,所述的弹性薄片18固定在缺口16棱底上。
主要用弹性薄片在切刀和刀座缺口棱底之间起到减震缓冲作用,对金属薄膜分切时,分切张力始终保持适当的力度,对金属薄膜分切彻底。
经过镀膜后的金属化薄膜传输至接料转轴4处,依次通过滚直转轴5。切割转轴6,到达收卷辊7处,通过设置滚直转轴5对金属化薄膜进行平整压送,提高切割的平整性,通过刀座10控制切刀11对材料的切割深度,薄膜材料在收卷的同时分成所需宽度的条状,便于后道工序工人取用,提高了生产效率,刀座10可以方便从刀轴9上拆卸,如果松开内六角螺钉16,上半圆环12与下半圆环13可以以销轴为轴相对转动,使两个半圆环的衔接面相互分开,整个刀座10则可方便地从刀轴9上直接取下,而无需从刀轴9上拆卸刀片更无需拆卸刀轴9,从而提高效率和减少劳动量。
