本发明涉及中药配方领域，具体地说是一种护理糖尿病足的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料药制成，白薇15～20、黄芪10～15、路路通8～12、臭椿皮10～12、忍冬藤10～15、荆芥6～10、白芨20～25、马齿苋6～8、菝葜10～12、吴茱萸12～15、巴戟天15～20、墨旱莲8～10、徐长卿12～16、赤芍6～10、千层楼15～20、伸筋草16～18、华凤仙12～16、三铃子3～5、老鹳草3～5，将上述19味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。本发明成本低、无毒副作用，治疗糖尿病足疗效高。

Description

护理糖尿病足的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种护理糖尿病足的中药组合物。
背景技术
众所周知，随糖尿病病情进展，糖尿病足是糖尿病中晚期常见并发症，特点为下肢远端神经异常和不同程度周围血管病变相关的足部溃疡、感染和（或）深层组织破坏。轻者表现为足部畸形、皮肤干燥和发凉、胼胝，重者可出现足部溃疡、坏疽，目前无论中医或西医的治疗效果都不太满意。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有的技术不足，提供一种护理糖尿病足的中药组合物，成本低、无毒副作用，治疗糖尿病足疗效高。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种护理糖尿病足的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料药制成，白薇15～20、黄芪10～15、路路通8～12、臭椿皮10～12、忍冬藤10～15、荆芥6～10、白芨20～25、马齿苋6～8、菝葜10～12、吴茱萸12～15、巴戟天15～20、墨旱莲8～10、徐长卿12～16、赤芍6～10、千层楼15～20、伸筋草16～18、华凤仙12～16、三铃子3～5、老鹳草3～5，将上述19味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，成本低、无毒副作用，治疗糖尿病足疗效高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
其组分（重量份）每副药为白薇18、黄芪13、路路通10、臭椿皮11、忍冬藤12、荆芥8、白芨22、马齿苋7、菝葜11、吴茱萸13、巴戟天17、墨旱莲9、徐长卿14、赤芍8、千层楼17、伸筋草17、华凤仙14、三铃子4、老鹳草4。取上述19味原料药总重量为250克，加水1000ml，浸泡4小时，然后用武火煮沸文火煎熬至60分钟左右，去渣得滤液200ml左右，药渣再加水300ml左右，煎熬30分钟左右，去渣得滤液100ml左右，共得300ml左右药汁，即制得本发明汤剂，每日1剂分早晚2次口服。
本发明白薇有除虚烦、清热散肿、生肌止痛之效；黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用；路路通有祛风活络，利水，通经的作用；臭椿皮具有清热燥湿、收涩止带、止泻、止血之功效；忍冬藤具有清热解毒，疏风通络的疗效；荆芥祛风，解表，透疹，止血；白芨用于收敛止血，消肿生肌；马齿苋有清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎、止渴、利尿作用；菝葜祛风利、解毒消痈；吴茱萸有散寒止痛、降逆止呕之功；巴戟天主治阳痿遗精、宫冷不孕、月经不调、少腹冷痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软；墨旱莲能收敛、止血、补肝肾之功效；徐长卿用湿疹、风疹块、顽癣等皮肤病；赤芍有清热凉血，活血祛瘀的功效；千层楼治痈疖肿毒，痄腮，烧伤，外伤出血；伸筋草祛风散寒，除湿消肿，舒筋活络；华凤仙有清热解毒、消肿拔脓、活血散瘀之功效；三铃子补虚，治痨伤、头晕；老鹳草祛风，活血，清热解毒。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例（重量份）混合的实施例来实现，其加工方法与实施例一相同。

下面结合我院进行的临床试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
1、病例选择：80例糖尿病足患者，其中男46例，女34例，年龄38－65岁。
2、治疗方法：实施例1中药，每日1剂分早晚2次口服，共治疗四个周时间。
3、诊断标准：参照《糖尿病足国际临床指南》。
4、疗效评定：临床治愈为局部肿胀消失，皮肤颜色恢复正常，溃疡面完全愈合；显效为局部肿胀及皮肤颜色改善，溃疡面缩小70％以上；有效为局部肿胀及皮肤颜色改善，溃疡面缩小30％以上；无效为达不到有效指标。总有效率为治愈率、显效率和有效率之和。
5、治疗效果：本发明的治疗糖尿病足的中药治疗4周，临床治愈38例，显效34例，有效8例，无效0例，总有效率达到100%。

1.一种护理糖尿病足的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料药制成，白薇15～20、黄芪10～15、路路通8～12、臭椿皮10～12、忍冬藤10～15、荆芥6～10、白芨20～25、马齿苋6～8、菝葜10～12、吴茱萸12～15、巴戟天15～20、墨旱莲8～10、徐长卿12～16、赤芍6～10、千层楼15～20、伸筋草16～18、华凤仙12～16、三铃子3～5、老鹳草3～5，将上述19味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
