临床观察：
1、本发明人共对200例骨刺骨质增生患者进行临床观察治疗，其中男性64，女性136例，年龄为48岁到65岁，患病时间三年到十五年不等。
2、治疗方法：所选病例全部服用追风祛湿骨刺胶囊，一日3次，一次3-5粒，20天为1个疗程。
3、疗效评定标准：
痊愈：腰颈肩骨质增生临床症状消失，肢体活动自如，工作和生活恢复正常，骨刺患者针刺状疼痛消失，X线复查骨质增生未有增长，1年后随访无复发。
显效：肢体疼痛症状基本消失，基本肢体活动无明显受限，可恢复原来工作。
有效：骨质增生临床症状明显改善，劳累或活动不当可出现症状，但症状较之前有所减轻，生活自理情况有很大改善。
无效：用药治疗2～3个疗程，临床症状改善不明显，疼痛症状无明显改善。
4、治疗效果：结果治愈138例，为69％；显效33例，为16.5％；有效21例，为10.5％；总有效率96％。治疗时间最短2个月，最长5个月。
结论，本发明的配方成分简单，成本低廉，治疗骨质增生能达到标本兼治的目的，且经临床观察本发明药物未发现毒副作用。
