麻黄：发汗解表，宣肺平喘，利水消肿。风寒表实证，胸闷喘咳，风水浮肿，风湿痹痛，阴疽，痰核。蜜麻黄性温偏润，辛散发汗作用缓和，增强了润肺止咳之功，以宣肺平喘止咳力胜。多用于表症已解，气喘咳嗽。麻黄绒作用缓和，适于老人、幼儿及虚人风寒感冒。蜜麻黄绒作用更为缓和，适于表证已解而喘咳未愈的老人、幼儿及体虚患者。
桂枝：发汗解表、散寒止痛、通阳化气。用于风寒感冒、寒凝血滞诸痛症、痰饮、蓄水证、心悸。
金钱草：利湿退黄，利尿通淋，解毒消肿。用于湿热黄疸，胆胀胁痛，石淋，热淋，小便涩痛，痈肿疔疮，蛇虫咬伤。
追地风：祛风除湿，行气止痛。用于风湿痹痛，腰肌劳损。
急性子：治外疡坚块，酸肿麻木，阴发大症。研末熬膏贴患处，极能软坚消肿。
苍耳子：发散风寒，通鼻窍，祛风湿，止痛。用于风寒感冒，鼻渊，风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒等证。
威灵仙：有祛风湿，通经络的作用。用于风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，筋脉拘挛，屈伸不利。
土元：破瘀血，续筋骨。用于筋骨折伤，瘀血经闭，症瘕痞块。下瘀血，消症瘕，疗折伤：用于血瘀经闭、跌打损伤及症瘕肿块。用于血瘀引起的肝脾肿痛及腰肌劳损、扭伤。
全虫：息风镇痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结。用于肝风内动，痉挛抽搐，小儿惊风，中风口㖞，半身不遂，破伤风，风湿顽痹，偏正头痛，疮疡，瘰疬。
乌梢蛇：有祛风，通络，止痉的功效。用于治疗风湿顽痹，麻木拘挛，中风口眼喁斜，半身不遂，抽搐痉挛，破伤风，麻风，疥癣。
穿山甲：活血散结；通经下乳；消痈溃坚。主血瘀经闭；症瘕；风湿痹痛；乳汁不下；痈肿；瘰疬。用于经闭癓瘕，乳汁不通，痈肿疮毒，关节痹痛，麻木拘挛。
羌活：解表散寒，祛风胜湿，止痛。用于风寒感冒，风寒湿痹，项强筋急，骨节酸疼，风水浮肿，痈疽疮毒。
独活：祛风除湿，痛痹止痛。用于风寒湿痹，要洗疼痛，少阴伏风头痛，风寒挟湿头痛。
红花：活血通经，散瘀止痛。用于经闭，痛经，恶露不行，症瘕痞块，胸痹心痛，瘀滞腹痛，胸胁刺痛，跌扑损伤，疮疡肿痛。
补骨脂：补肾壮阳，固精缩尿，肾虚腰痛，小便频数，小儿遗尿，肾漏，温脾止泻，纳气平喘。用于治疗肾虚阳痿，腰膝酸软冷痛，肾虚遗精，遗尿，尿频等。用于治疗脾肾阳虚引起的五更泄泻。用于治疗肾不纳气之虚寒喘咳。
伸筋草：有祛风除湿，舒筋活络的功效。用于关节酸痛，屈伸不利。
透骨草：祛风除湿，该品辛温，辛能行散，温胜寒湿。舒筋活络，该品辛散温通，入肝经，而肝主筋.故该品具有舒筋活络之功效。对于外感风寒之邪，经气失宣，症见肢体筋脉收缩抽急，不能舒转自如。可选用透骨草，祛风散寒，舒筋活络治之。
冰片：具有开窍醒神，清热散毒，明目退翳的功效，主治热病高热神昏，中风痰厥惊痫，暑湿蒙蔽清窍，喉痹耳聋，口疮齿肿，疮痈疳痔，目赤肿痛，翳膜遮睛。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明疗效显著，对各种老年疾病和经络血脉疾病都有极好的疗效。本发明依据通则不痛，痛则不通的中医理论，采用纯中药制剂，外敷给药，没有副作用，药力直达病灶，见效快，效果好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明：
实施例一
一种通筋活血膏药，由下列原料按重量份数组成：生川乌4份，生草乌4份，木瓜4份，防风4份，木鳖子7份，乳香7份，没药7份，马钱子7份，路路通7份，川芎8份，麻黄6份，桂枝4份，金钱草3份，追地风3份，急性子3份，苍耳子3份，威灵仙3份，土元3份，全虫8份，乌梢蛇5份，穿山甲5份，羌活7份，独活7份，红花7份，补骨脂8-12份，伸筋草8份，透骨草10份，冰片4份，铅丹35份，香油120份。
称取相应重量份数的除香油和铅丹以外的其他原料，将各原料混合均匀放置在相应重量份数的香油中，浸泡20-40小时，然后加热至180°，熬制2-3小时，离火冷却，将油过滤，流去油液，再将过滤后的油液加热至100°，加入相应重量份数的黄丹，搅拌并加热半小时，即得成品。
实施例二
一种通筋活血膏药，由下列原料按重量份数组成：生川乌3份，生草乌3份，木瓜3份，防风3份，木鳖子8份，乳香8份，没药8份，马钱子8份，路路通8份，川芎8份，麻黄8份，桂枝3份，金钱草2份，追地风2份，急性子2份，苍耳子2份，威灵仙2份，土元2-5份，全虫6.5份，乌梢蛇6.5份，穿山甲6.5份，羌活6.5份，独活8份，红花8份，补骨脂8份，伸筋草8份，透骨草8份，冰片5份，铅丹50份，香油100份。
称取相应重量份数的除香油和铅丹以外的其他原料，将各原料混合均匀放置在相应重量份数的香油中，浸泡20-40小时，然后加热至180°，熬制2-3小时，离火冷却，将油过滤，流去油液，再将过滤后的油液加热至100°，加入相应重量份数的黄丹，搅拌并加热半小时，即得成品。
实施例三
一种通筋活血膏药，由下列原料按重量份数组成：生川乌5份，生草乌5份，木瓜5份，防风4份，木鳖子8份，乳香8份，没药6份，马钱子6份，路路通8份，川芎5份，麻黄8份，桂枝5份，金钱草5份，追地风5份，急性子4份，苍耳子5份，威灵仙5份，土元5份，全虫8份，乌梢蛇6份，穿山甲6份，羌活6份，独活6份，红花6份，补骨脂12份，伸筋草12份，透骨草12份，冰片5份，铅丹65份，香油150份。
称取相应重量份数的除香油和铅丹以外的其他原料，将各原料混合均匀放置在相应重量份数的香油中，浸泡20-40小时，然后加热至180°，熬制2-3小时，离火冷却，将油过滤，流去油液，再将过滤后的油液加热至100°，加入相应重量份数的黄丹，搅拌并加热半小时，即得成品。

1.一种通筋活血膏药，其特征在于：由下列原料按重量份数组成：生川乌3-5份，生草乌3-5份，木瓜3-5份，防风3-5份，木鳖子5-8份，乳香5-8份，没药5-8份，马钱子5-8份，路路通5-8份，川芎5-8份，麻黄5-8份，桂枝3-5份，金钱草2-5份，追地风2-5份，急性子2-5份，苍耳子2-5份，威灵仙2-5份，土元2-5份，全虫5-8份，乌梢蛇5-8份，穿山甲5-8份，羌活5-8份，独活5-8份，红花5-8份，补骨脂8-12份，伸筋草8-12份，透骨草8-12份，冰片3-5份，铅丹35-65份，香油100-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通筋活血膏药，其特征在于：由下列原料按重量份数组成：生川乌4份，生草乌4份，木瓜4份，防风4份，木鳖子7份，乳香7份，没药7份，马钱子7份，路路通7份，川芎8份，麻黄6份，桂枝4份，金钱草3份，追地风3份，急性子3份，苍耳子3份，威灵仙3份，土元3份，全虫8份，乌梢蛇5份，穿山甲5份，羌活7份，独活7份，红花7份，补骨脂8-12份，伸筋草8份，透骨草10份，冰片4份，铅丹35份，香油120份。
3.一种通筋活血膏药及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述制备方法包括以下步骤：称取相应重量份数的除香油和铅丹以外的其他原料，将各原料混合均匀放置在相应重量份数的香油中，浸泡20-40小时，然后加热至180°，熬制2-3小时，离火冷却，将油过滤，流去油液，再将过滤后的油液加热至100°，加入相应重量份数的黄丹，搅拌并加热半小时，即得成品。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种通筋活血膏药，其特征在于：所述香油为黑芝麻油。
