本发明药酒搽剂所用原料药材的入经、功能、主治如下：红花—入心、肝经。功能：活血散瘀，通经。主治：月经不调，经闭腹痛，跌打损伤，关节酸痛。川芎--入肝、胆、心包经。功能：活血行气，祛风止痛。主治：月经不调，经闭腹痛，胁肋作痛，肢体麻木，跌打损伤，疮痈肿痛，头痛，风湿痛。独活--入肝、肾、膀胱经。功能：祛风湿，通络，止痛。主治：风寒湿痹，腰膝酸痛，风寒表证，湿邪。羌活—入膀胱、肾经。功能：解表散寒，祛风胜湿，止痛。主治：感冒发热，头痛身痛，风湿痹痛。生姜--入肺、脾、胃经。功能：发表散寒、温中止呕。主治：感冒风寒，腹痛吐泻，风寒客肺之咳嗽。五加皮--入肝、肾经。功能：祛风湿，壮筋骨，活血去瘀。主治：风寒湿痹，筋骨挛急，腰痛，阳痿，脚弱，疮疽肿毒，跌打损伤等。天南星--入肝、肺、脾经。功能：燥湿化痰，祛风止痉。主治：顽痰咳嗽，胸膈胀满，风痰眩晕，中风痰壅，口眼歪斜等。苍术--入胃、脾经。功能：燥湿健脾，祛风湿。主治：湿阻泄泻，胸腹胀满，水肿，足膝痿软。半夏—入脾、胃、肺经。功能：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。主治：咳嗽气喘痰多，胸脘胀满，反胃呕吐，中风痰厥。麻黄--入肺、膀胱经。功能：发汗、平喘、利水。主治：感冒，风寒发热，怕冷无汗，咳嗽气喘，水肿，风疹。刘寄奴—入心、脾经。功能：祛瘀通经，消胀止痛。主治：血滞经闭，月经不通，跌打损伤,胸腹瘀积胀痛。威灵仙--入膀胱经。功能：祛风湿，通络止痛。主治：风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，关节屈伸不利，腰膝关节酸痛等。木鳖子--入肝、脾经。功能：通络散结，消肿定痛。主治：痈肿，疮毒，瘰疠，痔疮，跌打损伤,肿痛,风湿痹痛。天花粉—入胃、肺经。功能：生津止渴，清热解毒，消肿排脓。主治：热病伤津口渴，咽喉肿痛，疮疖红肿不溃。白芷—入肺、胃经。功能：散风，燥湿，排脓，止痛。主治：感冒头痛，头胀鼻流浊涕，带下，痈肿疮毒。骨碎补--入肝、肾经。功能：补肾，活血，续筋骨。主治：腰背酸痛，脚弱，耳鸣，耳聋，牙痛，久泻，跌打损伤，筋骨疼痛。乌梢蛇--入肝经。功能：祛风解毒，通络定惊。主治：风湿痹痛，麻木不仁，破伤风，疥癣疮毒，皮肤瘙痒等。延胡索--入心、肝、脾经。功能：活血行气，止痛。主治：胃痛，痛经，心腹痛，疝痛，肢体疼痛，伤痛。片姜黄--入肝、脾经。功能：行气，活血，通经止痛。主治：风寒湿痹，肢体酸痛，损伤瘀痛，心腹痞满胀痛，妇女血瘀经闭，产后瘀积腹痛，痈肿。大黄--入脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经。功能：泻下攻积，清热泻火，解毒，活血祛瘀。主治：大便秘结，血热妄行之吐血，衄血，腹痛胀满，热毒疮疡，烧伤，妇女经闭，肝炎黄疸，目赤口疮，瘀血症。赤芍—入肝经。功能：凉血，祛瘀。主治：热在血分，斑疹及血热所致吐血、衄血，月经不调，闭经，痈肿疮疡，损伤瘀痛。续断--入肝、肾经。功能：补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎。主治：腰膝酸痛，崩漏，遗精，跌打损伤。全蝎--入肝经。功能：镇痉息风，解毒散结，通络止痛。主治：惊风抽搐，中风面瘫，破伤风，半身不遂，口眼歪斜，疮疡肿毒，风湿痹痛等。木瓜--入肝、脾经。功能：舒筋活络，化湿和胃。主治：筋脉拘急，风湿痛，关节不利，脚气肿。樟脑--入心经。功能：开窍，止痛，杀虫。主治：疥癣，牙痛，跌打损伤，神志昏迷或痧胀腹痛。川乌--入心、肝、脾经。功能：祛风湿，散寒止痛。主治：寒湿痹痛,心腹冷痛，头风痛，偏头痛，跌打损伤。草乌--入心、肝、脾经。功能：祛风湿，散寒止痛。主治：风寒湿痹，中风瘫痪，破伤风，头痛，脘腹冷痛，痰癖，气块，冷痢，喉痹，痈疽，疔疮，瘰疠。血竭--入心、肝经。功能：活血止痛，止血生肌。主治：月经不调，痛经，产后瘀阻腹痛，瘀血肿痛，外敷刀伤出血，溃疡不合，跌打损伤。从上述各味药材的入经、功能、主治可以看出，这些药物对治疗软组织损伤针对性很强，纵观整体组方按君、臣、佐、使相配伍，在各种药材的相互配合下，可以使其发挥最大效率，用药取叠加方式,可增强药物的疗效。
本发明药酒搽剂的制备方法：
按组方及重量精选原料药材，晒或烘干，除樟脑外，分别制成粗药粉，置容器内，加入乙醇，密封浸泡15天，滤出酒，樟脑用少量乙醇溶解后兑入酒中混匀，药酒搽剂即成。
本发明药酒搽剂的用法禁忌：

软组织损伤的诊断、治疗标准和本发明药酒搽剂疗效总结：
1、诊断标准：因急性外伤或慢性劳损及风寒湿邪侵袭，致皮肤及皮下软组织疼痛，肿胀，功能障碍及皮下浅深肌肉、筋膜、韧带、关节囊、周围神经血管等组织的病理损害。
2、治疗标准：有效--症状减轻。治愈--症状消失。
3、2013年至2015年，有34名患者使用本发明软组织损伤药酒搽剂，治愈32人，病症减轻者2人。
