Abstract

本发明公开一种液体防腐剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.5‑2.0份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.5‑1.2份、苯氧乙醇2‑3份、茶叶提取液2‑4份。本发明的液体防腐剂由对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、苯氧乙醇和茶叶提取液复配而成,各种物质具有很好的协同作用,具有更好的防腐效果,增加溶解度,抗菌性能优异,适用的pH范围广,具有用量少,防腐效果好,毒性小的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品防腐剂技术领域,具体是一种液体防腐剂。
背景技术
食品防腐剂是抑制物质腐败的药剂。即对以腐败物质为代谢底物的微生物的生长具有持续的抑制作用。重要的是它能在不同情况下抑制最易发生的腐败作用,特别是在一般灭菌作用不充分时仍具有持续性的效果。中国目前仍以苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾为主。品种单调,防腐效果差,是中国目前食品防腐剂市场存在的主要问题。因此,研制开发应用范围广,防腐效果好,毒性小,综合成本低的系列新型防腐剂,以适应中国食品工业发展的需要,已势在必行。
对羟基苯甲酸酯类是普遍使用的防腐剂之一。它能抑制微生物细胞的呼吸酶系与传递酶系的活性,并破坏微生物的细胞膜机构,从而对霉菌、酵母与细菌有广泛的抗菌作用。其抗菌能力比山梨酸和苯甲酸强,且抗菌作用受ph值影响不大,在ph值4~8的范围内效果均好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液体防腐剂。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种液体防腐剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.5-2.0份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.7-1.2份、苯氧乙醇2-3份、茶叶提取液2-4份。
优选的,由以下重量份的组分组成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.7份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1.0份、苯氧乙醇2.5份、茶叶提取液3份。
优选的,所述茶叶提取液由以下方法制得:茶叶粉碎过80目筛,按1:30的茶水重量份比加入蒸馏水,在40-60℃温度下搅拌提取1h,离心、过滤,得茶叶提取液。
优选的,所述茶叶为绿茶、红茶中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种液体防腐剂在食品保鲜中的应用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的液体防腐剂由对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、苯氧乙醇和茶叶提取液复配而成,各种物质具有很好的协同作用,具有更好的防腐效果,增加溶解度,抗菌性能优异,适用的pH范围广,具有用量少,防腐效果好,毒性小的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种液体防腐剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1.2份、苯氧乙醇2份、茶叶提取液4份,复配而成。
茶叶提取液由以下方法制得:红茶茶叶粉碎过80目筛,按1:30的茶水重量份比加入蒸馏水,在60℃温度下搅拌提取1h,离心、过滤,得茶叶提取液。
实施例2
一种液体防腐剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2.0份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.7份、苯氧乙醇3份、茶叶提取液2份,复配而成。
茶叶提取液由以下方法制得:绿茶茶叶粉碎过80目筛,按1:30的茶水重量份比加入蒸馏水,在50℃温度下搅拌提取1h,离心、过滤,得茶叶提取液。
实施例3
一种液体防腐剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.7份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1.0份、苯氧乙醇2.5份、茶叶提取液3份,复配而成。
茶叶提取液由以下方法制得:红茶和绿茶以1:1的重量比混合,粉碎过80目筛,按1:20的茶水重量份比加入蒸馏水,在40-60℃温度下搅拌提取1h,离心、过滤,得茶叶提取液。
将实施例1-3制备的液体防腐剂、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙和苯甲酸钠等防腐剂进行测试比较。
试验材料:大豆素食、卤金针菇、卤蛋,加入防腐剂,制得成品食品
其中,防腐剂的加入量均为0.1wt%。
将成品食品经真空包装置于30℃,相对湿度85%环境下。具体数据,见表1。

本发明复配液体防腐剂明显提高食品防腐的时间。

1.一种液体防腐剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.5-2.0份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.7-1.2份、苯氧乙醇2-3份、茶叶提取液2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体防腐剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.7份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.8份、苯氧乙醇2.5份、茶叶提取液3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种液体防腐剂,其特征在于,所述茶叶提取液由以下方法制得:茶叶粉碎过80目筛,按1:30的茶水重量份比加入蒸馏水,在40-60℃温度下搅拌提取1h,离心、过滤,得茶叶提取液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种液体防腐剂,其特征在于,所述茶叶为绿茶、红茶中的至少一种。
5.一种液体防腐剂在食品保鲜中的应用。
